New reporting by Daily Beast, specified that a Nevada Judge has dismissed a defamation law against Kash Patel, the former aide to Devin Nunes, who took over Trump's failing Social Media platform, which during the few times we researched the same, was bleeding the small percent of the US population interested in what Trump had to say on that platform.
When we calculated the same years ago, only about 1-3% of the US population had signed up to support Trump on his social media website -- provided that wasn't him or them fabricating their user base -- in which case even this small percent might be way off, and where for example, if they created 3 to 9 million accounts internally, would anyone be able to tell the difference in the number of users here?
We aren't saying they did this, but we are saying they could have done this, and that the same was at least possible, because they controlled who could open an account, and they opened their own accounts, and thus could have opened many others, or not.
The defamation the judge DISMISSED against Kash Patel specified he was a "Kremlin asset" ... who allegedly sought to ... “overthrow the government” via “sedition” and "helped ensure the Capitol was undefended” as a "Googly-eyed Kremlin bitch”.
And that is who was made the FBI Director, who it has been leaked is planning to meet with Russia's GRU immediately before our elections this year. In fact Trump allegedly picked Patel to attack journalists, then Patel did, the same guy published Trump as a king in royal fantasy books, targeting children, that guy. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se.
The same should terrify every American subjected to crushing engineered inflation -- so Americans will focus on barely getting by -- and won't have time to read the news that enemies may have taken over our government and intent to remain, regardless of elections results, because they already did that once, and so of course that's what they are up to, is a reasonable inference.
Interestingly, Russia's Bill Burns was made the former CIA Director by Biden, after Bill Burns, Bill Gates, Ariane Rothchild, and/or others met the Russia-France-Ruemmler-Sarkozy-Thiel-Barak-Epstein situation described in the DOJ files, happening immediately before and after our Editor was entrapped by those heavily connected to them, because he had implicated Trump orbit, Russians, French nationals, and others in crimes against the United States by January 2013, and before our Editor could file among the largest whistleblower lawsuits in US history against this orbit, they conspired to entrap our Editor, in a manner deeply connected to these same people, but orbiting around Leon Black, our Editor's former employer. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se here also.
Why wouldn't they want to cheat again with US enemies during wartime with the same enemies to overthrow the US government as agents of Russia, to RICO obstruct them going to jail again? That's literally their brand. Why wouldn't they cheat with Russian enemies if they are agents of Russia, again, seeing as they got away with it the first time? It only makes sense they would try and cheat in US elections with enemies again, as this is seemingly a GOP tradition handed down by the Bush, Nixon, Reagan, and Bush de facto governments to the Trumps, is a reasonable inference.
They are sticking with what works, because most of what they have attempted hasn't worked, or hasn't worked well, or not how they thought it would work, but credit to them for the efforts they have put into this ongoing harm against the United States government and our people, seemingly all they care about, other than grifting and RICO obstructing all of them same. It is actually kind of amazing to watch them RICO obstruct their crimes in plain public view and with little accountability.
On the one hand, Patel has been accused of being a Russian agent, and on the other hand, it has been leaked that he is literally going to meet with those who overthrew our 2016 elections to engineer Trump into office -- per the Sater and Cohen 11/03/2015 emails -- immediately before our next elections.
It isn't hard to imagine why someone would accuse Patel of being an agent of Russia here, as it is a reasonable inference, directly or indirectly.
As his leaked intent is to meet with Russia before our next elections, after they rigged our 2016 elections -- but now we know this was likely at the request of Jeffrey Epstein and his associates -- maybe even at the request of Bill Burns (or not) -- possibly earning him France's highest national medal immediately after the 2016 elections with Bill Gates (able to spy on Americans like the Editor of Uprights News implicating Gates and Microsoft in fraud and other crimes against the United States, in conspiracy with Jeffrey Epstein) -- all of whom (not including Patel to our knowledge) met Epstein before and after our Editor was entrapped, to seize his pro se qui tam civil complaint against Trump orbit, Bill Gates, French and Russian nationals in 2014 -- followed by those who had been implicated conspiring to overthrow the 2016 elections, is what we believe based on 24 years of researching Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, as a victim, witness, whistleblower, and concerned citizen helping US law enforcement keep America safe, or at least we tried, but there is no doubt we failed.
And now Patel is going to meet with some of those conspirators (FSB) -- and not in America where he can be properly observed, but in Russia -- where he can meet with FSB in secret, immediately before our next elections in the context Trump is wildly unpopular, and is likely to be impeached, and possibly along with Patel, if they lose the next elections, and so Patel may or may not have a motive here to meet with enemies of the United States during wartime, immediately before elections -- which could see them all go to jail if they lose the elections, so from our perspective it seems that they intend to "engineer" another win with Russia, is the reasonable inference here, but doing so would overtly further the exact conspiracy that first disqualified Trump from public office OUTSIDE of SCOTUS' RICO obstructing retroactive immunity, for the presidents that disqualified themselves before appointing ALL of the GOP SCOTUS is what we found, and reported to the DOJ in our Epstein-Russia conspiracy disclosures, now missing from the DOJ files.
We argued to DOJ in 2024 that SCOTUS GOP was not properly appointed, because of the treason and elections fraud conspiracies of the Bush family, Reagan, Nixon, and/or Trump, making them de facto officers behaving badly and in bad faith, whose changes to the government needed to be voided or mooted, as de facto officers behaving badly and in bad faith.
Furthermore, each of those treason and/or elections conspiracies involved at least one murder of at least one American citizen, as a direct result of serial treason and/or elections fraud by GOP POTUS, and where there is no statute of limitation for murder, and so this created a situation where investigations into those murders would reveal they were a direct result of the GOP treason and elections fraud of individuals who became POTUS -- thereafter appointing SCOTUS.
A priori, a fortiori, stare decisis, de facto officer doctrine, Baude and Paulsen (2024), and Prakash and Smith (2006), as well as every required step for qualification BUT ALSO for disqualification, revealed that 6/9 GOP SCOTUS were de facto officers, and that they were behaving badly and in bad faith, receiving all sorts of undisclosed bribes and gifts, concealing bribes to them, thereafter behaving unlawfully, which they wished away by granting all people appointing them retroactive immunity -- but only if they acted in official capacity -- and where giving aid, comfort, and/or adhering to enemies to cheat in US elections to further deprive victims their rights, is certainly outside of official capacity.
So in 2024, we asked the DOJ to investigate to make sure Russian agents hadn't been conspiring to overthrow SCOTUS to RICO obstruct after they received bribes, which seemed to be the case, and so of course we wanted to protect our government and selves from the same, and reasonably. It is hard argue we don't love our government and country given we have likely done more to try and defend America than any other Americans. Who else spent 24 years truly and legally seeking to defend America, as much as we provably tried? We didn't fail America. America failed America, and we tried to prevent the same as insider victims of Epstein's crime syndicate able to prove enormous harm to us in order to keep harming America. It has always been reasonable for us to want to defend against the same.
After we elucidated that 6/9 SCOTUS justices were de facto officers behaving badly, thereafter SCOTUS fabricated retroactive immunity for the presidents (April to July 2024) that were disqualified from appointing them, for SCOTUS to secretly act as their own judges for their own matters (which violates one of Western societies' longest standing laws), self-appointing themselves to the bench, from which they RICO obstructed their own flaws in their own appointments, in a bad faith and bad behavior manner that lower courts could remedy by removing them all from the bench, and voiding all of their changes to the government.
SCOTUS has the sole discretion to determine who is qualified to be SCOTUS, but they like every other government employee receiving taxpayer funds MUST also comply with the "laws of disqualification", ignored by SCOTUS here as they themselves were disqualified from public office, because those appointing them had disqualified themselves from public office, resulting in the improper appointment of 6/9 SCOTUS 'justices', who then used their usurped offices to RICO obstruct all of the same by fabricating laws of retroactive immunity for POTUS acting within official capacity, and yet we can prove that the conspiracy to deprive us of our rights as whistleblowers on behalf of the government was outside of official capacity. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se here also.
Very important here, SCOTUS only agreed to take up the retroactive immunity case for Trump AFTER we have published evidence 6/9 GOP SCOTUS were not actually SCOTUS justices, but de facto officers, who were appointed by others who had disqualified themselves.
Note the February 2024 date of this next article relative to when SCOTUS examined retroactive immunity as RICO obstruction defense for Russia's and Epstein's Donald Trump, in total violation of stare decisis, making every SCOTUS guilty of government fraud who marketed they would not violate stare decisis in order to be confirmed, and then violated stare decisis. Our research found every SCOTUS judge but Clarence Thomas in some way or form did agree not to attack the rule of law, followed by substantive attacks on the rule of law, outside of official capacity, and in a manner that RICO obstructed our Editor, joining them to that conspiracy to deprive our Editor his rights in this new manner.
And we weren't the only ones publishing these new findings, with other very credible investigative journalists independently coming to the same conclusions, and/or providing evidence towards those conclusions, which we also published, just like with all our articles, as a manner of public interest, but also see our disclaimers at the bottom of the page. Note the dates of these articles before SCOTUS took up retroactive immunity.
Here it is important to note that as Epstein victims for 24 years, we have always been concerned with elucidating what happened to us and why, and so we aren't frivolous conspiracy researchers, but legal conspiracy researchers, and this took us to research situations involving usually the same people, families, organizations, and countries in a manner that we were able to connect to a much older conspiracy, reported to the DOJ, and missing from the Epstein files. So to be clear we did not set out to solve the world's conspiracy theories, but rather, we followed investigative leads which resulted in the same people involved in all sorts of crimes together, and corroborated and researched by others in a manner we did find credible because of the level of detail, leaving little to no doubt.
The legal reasoning is sound, but RICO obstruction and corruption won't hear the same, because it would remove all of them from power, and moot their attacks on the rule of law, to give aid, comfort, and/or to adhere to agents of Russia during times of war, is a reasonable inference.
SCOTUS then retaliated against our researched reporting online and to the government by attacking Jack Smith and our whistleblower authority to prosecute their crime syndicate, after Harlan Crow and others bribed many of the GOP SCOTUS justices, and after Harlan Crow and Bill Barr secretly met with our Editor's brother, followed by Clarence Thomas and Aileen Cannon conspiring to RICO obstruct our matter provided to the DOJ in 2024, now entirely missing from the DOJ files, permanently sealed by Aileen Cannon, along with our Brady evidence of our Editor's entrapment and torture by GOP operatives in Sacramento 09/21/2014.
This 09/21 date was used by Lev Parnas' lawyer to threaten Mike Pence with upon Parnas' arrest linked to Russia 2016, and so here evidence of a Russian agent from 2016 threatening the Trump administration with our Editor's 2014 entrapment date, meant to RICO obstruct one of the largest whistleblower complaints in US history, against the Trump orbit, GOP, Russians, and Jeffrey Epstein's Edge Foundation billionaires, which included Bill Gates' Microsoft, and then Bill Gates, Epstein, Leon Black, Peter Thiel, Katherine Ruemmler, Ariane Rothchild, Nicholas Sarkozy, and/or others pulling strings and/or meeting with one another before and after our Editor was entrapped by their "associates"). Res ipsa loquitur malum in se here.
Per Daily Beast, "A federal judge has thrown out a defamation lawsuit filed by FBI Director Kash Patel against a blogger who accused him of being a “Kremlin asset.”
Patel filed the lawsuit against Jim Stewartson in June 2023 in a Nevada court. Patel sought $10 million in damages after the blogger suggested the former MAGA podcaster had tried to “overthrow the government” and helped plan the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol in 2021.
In court filings, Patel cited a series of X posts that he claimed defamed him. These included Stewartson accusing Patel of “sedition,” suggesting he had “helped ensure the Capitol was undefended” ahead of the Jan. 6 riot, and calling Patel a “blatantly incompetent chud” who should be in custody.
The phrase “chud” is a derogatory term used to describe MAGA supporters, as well as to attack their physical appearances.
Patel and the Kash Foundation were awarded $250,000 in compensatory and punitive damages in August 2025 in connection with the lawsuit. Federal Judge Andrew Gordon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada issued the default judgment because Stewartson did not respond to the lawsuit.
Stewartson later moved to have the case dismissed, arguing that he was never properly served and had no meaningful ties to Nevada.
[And yet Patel and/or the DOJ knew or should have known how to properly serve a defendant, and so is this evidence of intentional harm by Patel against (a) journalist(s) who simply report what they have found and/or believe is their opinion?) Trump orbit and Patel have strong opinions on various issues, including freedom of speech by journalists critical of their regime, and so why can't journalists also have strong opinions about them? Is this a case of do what I say and not what I do? Similarly, if the defendant had no meaningful ties to Nevada, why sue him there? Was this a case of judge shopping gone wild?]
Judge Gordon ruled in Stewartson’s favor in a July 25 decision dismissing the case, referencing the numerous insults Stewartson hurled at Patel online, including one calling him a “Googly-eyed Kremlin bitch."

Trump's pre-2024 elections social media company decline does very reasonably call into question the integrity of the last elections also, because if Trump was wildly popular before the last election, why didn't his Social Media company thrive?
It is an outlier that kind of speaks for itself, as how can someone who has a bleeding social media company with already a small percent of the population win national elections, if they were increasingly unpopular as measured by their own social media company? This doesn't make much sense.
What would have made sense is if Trump's social media company would have exponentially grew before the election, followed by a win. We asked the DOJ to investigate if this was all linked to Jeffrey Epstein and Russia in 2024, and then none of the million or so pages of evidence we provided the DOJ in 2024 could be found in the DOJ files.
They discredited or ignored many other Epstein victims complaints like ours in the DOJ files and yet made that evidence available, but not ours? Everyone who knows should be asking why our million pages of evidence are missing? Enter Judge Sullivan, who is forcing Blanche to turn over all unredacted evidence and for all evidence to be recorded on video and the lawsuit of Katie Phang.
Also important to determining who is an agent of Russia, the DOJ files proved Epstein was sex trafficking on PornHub. PornHub's finances were therefore comixed with Epstein. PornHub's bank was Putin-linked Paxum Bank, which through intermediaries, including but not limited to ES Family Trust (which we linked back to Epstein's UK royals' Australia and/or in Santa Monica, CA (to an individual who lived down the street from 'prince' Harry and sparkles, who was linked to Epstein's banking, possibly through Barclays, and/or to other Epstein's bankers) and where Paxum, PornHub, and/or ES Family Trust financed Trump's social media company operated by Devin Nunes, Kash Patel's former boss, but also Friends of Ron DeSantis.
Since then this matter has been linked to insider trading with Trump, per Miami Herald.
"A Russian-American businessman based in Miami is suspected of making nearly $23 million from alleged insider trading involving former President Donald Trump’s media company, according to federal court records.
The businessman, Anton Postolnikov, is the owner of a Caribbean bank that caters to the porn industry and also reportedly loaned $8 million to Trump’s media company. Postolnikov, who owns a few residences on exclusive Fisher Island in Miami, is the nephew of a former high-ranking Russian government official who at one time was a staffer for Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to media reports.
The insider trading allegations surfaced in court documents filed last month in a New York securities fraud case brought last year against three South Florida men: Michael Shvartsman, 52, of Sunny Isles Beach; Gerald Shvartsman, 46, of Aventura; and Bruce Garelick, 54, of Fort Lauderdale.
They are accused of making about $23 million from insider trades on the Trump Media merger with a Miami-based company, Digital World Acquisition Corp., and sharing non-public information with friends and business associates about the impending deal so they could profit, according to an indictment.
Trump, who is the front-runner to win the Republican nomination for president this year, has not been accused of any wrongdoing in the case. The former president is the chairman of Trump Media and Technology Group, the parent company of social media platform Truth Social, and he indicated in an April 2023 financial disclosure that he owns 90% of the company. He pegged the value of his stake as between $5 million and $25 million.
The startling revelations about Postolnikov were included in government documents filed by defense attorneys for Garelick and Michael Shvartsman in their efforts to get evidence collected by federal investigators thrown out of the case.
Postolnikov, 41, has not been charged with any wrongdoing. However, FBI search warrant applications filed in the New York case show that federal agents were investigating his relationship with the three defendants and his trades on Digital World Acquisition’s stock before and after the announcement of its merger with Trump Media in October 2021. His New York defense attorney, Douglas Jensen, did not return voice and email messages seeking comment.
Other recent filings in the federal insider trading case suggest that more charges could be coming — though it’s unclear if Postolnikov would be added to the trio of current defendants. Michael Shvartsman’s attorney, Tai Park, wrote in a court filing that federal prosecutors have told Shvartsman that they intend to charge him with money laundering for his efforts to hide his profits from his insider trades in Digital World Acqusition. Shvartsman’s investment firm, Rocket One Capital, made $18.2 million in profits from the trades, according to the federal indictment.
His brother, Gerald Shvartsman, who owns a furniture store, made $4.6 million, and Garelick, who worked for Rocket One Capital, made about $50,000. The basis for those additional charges could come from material prosecutors obtained through a confidential informant working for Homeland Security Investigations who from late 2022 through much of 2023 posed as a financial professional offering to help Michael Shvartsman move his assets to an offshore company, according to the filing.
Shvartsman’s lawyer argued that the federal authorities violated his constitutional rights in using the informant after Shvartsman and his investment firm had already been subpoenaed and they continued to do so after he was charged with insider trading last July. From merger to meme stock Garelick formerly served on the board of Digital World Aquisition, a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, that announced in October 2021 that it intended to merge with Trump Media.
SPAC mergers are an alternative avenue for companies seeking to become publicly traded on stock market exchanges. They have grown in popularity in recent years because they typically require less regulatory scrutiny than a traditional initial public offering, though the extensive government investigations into alleged insider trading in this case illustrates part of the reason why the intended Trump Media-Digital World merger is still awaiting approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission more than two years after it was first announced. Last year, Digital World Acquisition admitted in a settlement with the SEC that it had fraudulently misled investors about its plans to merge with Trump Media.
The company agreed to pay $18 million if the merger winds up going through. “This is pretty unprecedented in terms of how long it has dragged on,” said Jay Ritter, a business professor at the University of Florida who has extensively researched the launch of public companies.
Those delays contributed to Trump Media’s loss of $1 billion in investment commitments last fall. Truth Social has struggled to match the user base of competitors such as Facebook and X, formerly known as Twitter, and Trump Media recently reported that it took in just under $3.4 million in revenue for the first nine months of 2023
Despite its struggles, Digital World Acquisition’s stock price has soared in recent days to more than $50 a share at the close of trading Tuesday, more than double what it traded for last week. It happened at the same time as Trump appeared to have locked up the GOP nomination for president. Ritter compared the stock’s performance to so-called meme stocks, which see huge swings in stock price that are driven more by social media than their balance sheets.
“It’s like AMC and GameStop, where the price is kind of divorced from any economic fundamentals of the company,” he said. Trump Media and a spokesman for Trump’s presidential campaign did not respond to numerous requests for comment. ‘Good times last night’ The allegations of insider trading regarding Postolnikov are included in FBI search warrant applications that Garelick’s lawyer, Alexandra Shapiro, included to support her motion to bar evidence against Garelick.
In her filing, Shapiro said government agents illegally collected evidence from Garelick by asking him to provide his phone password during a customs screening on New Year’s Eve in 2021 on his return from vacation in Cancún. Shapiro did not respond to voice and email messages seeking comment. Those warrant requests include affidavits from FBI Special Agent Marc Troiano, who alleges that Garelick as a Digital World board member shared private information about the merger months before it was announced, and that he and Michael Shvartsman tipped off numerous friends and business associates.
One of Troiano’s affidavits includes an e-mail Garelick sent Postolnikov on June 24, 2021, about four months before the merger was announced. “Anton, Good times last night! Following up on that Trump Media Group SPAC we mentioned. The deal is going to finalize this week. Please let us know if you are interested in investing. . . .,”
Garelick wrote in the message, which was also copied to Michael Shvartsman. The FBI affidavit also says that Postolnikov communicated by phone with Gerald Shvartsman and Patrick Orlando, the former chairman and chief executive officer of Digital World Acquisition, as he was purchasing shares ahead of the merger announcement. Gerald Shvartsman’s attorney, Roland Riopelle, did not respond to multiple requests for comment.
Orlando led the effort to merge the company with Trump Media, a deal that was conceived at Trump’s favorite haunts: his opulent Palm Beach estate, Mar-a-Lago, and his exclusive golf club in Bedminster, N.J., according to a Trump Media executive now no longer with the company. The executive spoke with the Miami Herald and provided records, including emails, photos and contracts of the merger agreement. The executive, who was fired by Trump Media after a previous Herald story was published, had already filed a whistle-blower complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Orlando did not respond to multiple requests for comment. Former President Donald Trump stands with Trump Media’s Truth Social investors and supporters at Mar-a-Lago, including Patrick Orlando and Andrew Dean Litinsky to Trump’s left and Wes Moss and William Wilkerson, standing behind Donald Trump Jr., to Trump’s right. Courtesy of William Wilkerson and attorneys Postolnikov wound up making numerous investments in Digital World in September and October before the merger was announced. In the week following the announcement, he sold “substantially all” of his holdings for a profit of roughly $22.8 million, according to Troiano’s affidavit. Former federal prosecutor David Weinstein said the fact that Postolnikov has not been charged and that his name appears unredacted in the FBI search warrant applications could suggest that he agreed to cooperate with prosecutors to avoid being prosecuted.
“It’s much easier to convince the government not to file something than to get them to dismiss something,” said Weinstein, former chief of the narcotics and national security sections of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami. The alleged insider trades aren’t the only financial connection between Postolnikov and the Trump company. Dominica-based Paxum Bank, which public records show is controlled by Postolnikov, was reportedly the conduit of $8 million in loans to Trump Media, according to the Washington Post.
The money came from a mysterious entity called the ES Family Trust, which listed a Paxum Bank employee named Angel Pacheco as the trustee, according to the Post. The connection between Postolnikov and the loans was also previously reported by the Guardian. Trump Media has filed suit against the Washington Post for defamation. The company acknowledged last year to the SEC that it owes at least $2 million to the ES Family Trust. Postolnikov is reportedly the nephew of Aleksander Smirnov, the former deputy minister of justice in Russia who worked in Russian President Vladimir Putin’s executive office for five years.
Companies tied to Postolnikov and his wife, Olga, have owned property in Miami for decades. One company tied to the couple bought a Fisher Island condo in 1995, while a different company controlled by the couple bought two properties — for a combined $13 million — in 2021, the same year in which Postolnikov is alleged to have made $22.8 million from his sale of Digital World stock. Collectively, the Fisher Island properties are worth more than $23 million. Olga filed for divorce against Postolnikov in February 2023.
The proceedings are ongoing. Postolnikov is associated with multiple financial entities that have attracted both notoriety and regulatory penalties. Paxum Bank, the conduit for the loans to Trump Media, previously made a name for itself by processing payments for pornography websites. A Paxum executive said in a 2021 interview that the company is “proud and happy to be considered the #1 trusted payment service for the adult industry!”
Postolnikov is also the chief executive and holds the controlling interest of the British financial technology company Dek-Co, which operates the payment company Paydek. Last year, Britain’s Financial Conduct Authority banned the company from taking on new customers without the approval of the financial regulatory agency."

Does all of this make Kash Patel a Russian agent? Not necessarily, but it sure doesn't help the case that he isn't. And now a judge has dismissed a defamation case that he is a Russian agent, also not helpful to Patel.
Given that Russia and Russians admitted to tampering in US elections (Yevgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin admitted the same), and given that it has been reported that every US state had their voting machines hacked by Russia before the 2016 elections in a manner linked to FSB and GRU), and given that Michael Cohen and Felix Sater had exchanged 11/03/2015 emails documenting a treason and elections fraud conspiracy where Putin would "engineer" Trump into office, which Special Counsel John Durham affirmed they had, it seems more reasonable to conclude the 2024 elections were also engineered, but of course that's conjecture based on a failure of patterns to align, with one downwards trajectory (social media) not aligned with the other pattern (sweeping win due to excessive popularity), and now all of this linked to Russia again? This smells pretty bad.
Immediately before and/or after our Editor entrapment, Jeffrey Epstein met with Russia's and France's Bill Burns, who was thereafter like Bill Gates, provided France's highest medals after the 2016 elections, likely on the recommendation of the orbit of Epstein's (Guy) Wildenstein family (including Alec, who had Mark Lloyd invite Epstein over to the Wildensteins' alleged private island seemingly very close to Jeffrey Epstein's), and where Guy Wildenstein was who interfered with our Editor's family in many different ways, linked to Epstein's Roche and to Epstein's Sarkozy, who was Guy Wildenstein's childhood friend and presidential orbiter, and so one big snake pit of slithering monsters, interfering with US elections to engineer a win for Epstein's orbit, from which America may never recover from the carnage they brought onto us all, to essentially RICO obstruct for decades of crimes against our Editor, is a reasonable inference, to continue to RICO obstruct our Editor's Epstein victim story, as well as the victim stories of the sex trafficked children -- but whistleblowers in Australia and California and in Washington have also let governments know they were victims of Epstein, and so there are all sorts of different categories of Epstein victims.
America can't heal, nor move on properly, until all Epstein victims are identified and compensated for government corruption denying them access to the justice system, some maybe as far back as 1984.
Having researched the same, there are whistleblower victims, sex trafficking victims, there are career victims in law enforcement and other government agencies, there are blackmailed and threatened billionaire victims, there are blackmailed and threatened non-billionaire victims, and yet only a small number of people are being allowed to access justice against Epstein.
Largely because of the corruption of the justice system and courts by Epstein's crime syndicate, is a reasonable inference, which refuses to hold Epstein's crime syndicate for having disqualified themselves from public office, after they conspired with enemies of the United States to cheat in elections (per Trump's own Special Counsel John Durham), then they RICO obstructed that until they conspired to steal top secret documents (that proved they had committed treason and elections fraud is a reasonable inference based on the testimony of Special Counsel John Durham to Congress in the summer of 2023, cross-examined by Adam Schiff, revealing Trump and GOP "cheating with enemies" in US elections in 2016).
Then with evidence beyond a reasonable doubt said Special Counsel Jack Smith, they interfered with the peaceful transfer of power refusing to give up power, and plotted an insurrection, sedition, espionage, stealing evidence (now permanently sealed by RICO obstructor Aileen Cannon) from the government of their crimes, and/or elections interference, and again Special Counsel Smith specified he had evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of the same (because our Editor conduited Smith that evidence through AUSA in WA to protect the United States from provable harm, whereafter about a million pages of that evidence was disappeared or not made available in the Epstein files two years after our Editor provided the same to DOJ, resulting in calls by DOJ to destroy evidence, whereafter they claimed they had given everything to Congress that they had (not destroyed), whereafter Blanche admitted to violating the EFT Act). And where Blanche and other Trump prosecutors, are literally the former criminal defense attorneys for Trump, Epstein, Maxwell, and 2016 Russians. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se here also.
And so maybe Putin-linked Paxum porn bank linked to child sex traffickers at PornHub, comixing finances and also operating with child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, who comixed finances with Trump's company led by Kash Patel's Devin Nunes, is the reason Trump and DOJ don't want anyone to investigate Trump's finances, and why Trump's and Nunes' Patel is heading to Russia -- to meet with our enemies that overthrew our 2016 elections, immediately before our 2026 elections to do the same again? The same is a reasonable inference.
And so even if Kash Patel isn't a Russian agent, a judge just dismissed a defamation lawsuit that he was. And now he 'intends' to meet with our established enemies of the United States during wartime with them, immediately before our elections, after these same established enemies overthrew our 2016 elections, under the seemingly full control of Jeffrey Epstein, as we have reported.
More specifically, it was Epstein who was applying for Russian visa since 2002, and it was Epstein who was Putin's money manager per DOJ files, and it was Epstein who had the long-position in Rosneft in 2017, and it was Epstein who gave directives to Putin via intermediaries like Jagland, and it was Epstein who had an Alfa Bank account, and it was Epstein who was likely able to have Russian sanctions against Rosneft imposed and lifted via Bill Burns, Kathernine Ruemmler, and/or others, and it was Epstein that Russia approached to have sanctions lifted before Epstein's Trumps ran against Epstein's Clintons, and it was Epstein who offered to help Russia and Rosneft with sanctions, and it was Epstein who literally threatened Ruemmler and Thiel about our Editor entrapment, followed by Gates and Burns receiving Sarkozy's France's highest national medals (likely proposed by Epstein's Wildenstein family, who lived in Trump Plaza or Tower, with different sources reporting differently).
So it makes sense that people think Patel is a Russian agent, because he is comforting, aiding, and/or adhering to them during wartime immediately before our elections, so probably expect a sweeping win from a most unpopular Donald Trump is a reasonable prediction. Trump Tower's Paul Manafort also met with Russians linked to GRU/FSB and handed them over polling data. Is that what Kash Patel is up to?
Why go to Russia, when we have an Ambassador to Russia? Why not just go to the Embassy of Russia within the United States? And why is Kash Patel going instead of Marco Rubio?
It seems if anyone has to skip over the Russian Embassy to speak to Russia -- in Russia -- that Marco Rubio is the guy who should be going, and not Patel (the guy being accused of being a Russian agent), and so all sorts questions here about the nature and timing of this trip doesn't lend well to Kash Patel not being an agent of Russia -- sent for, and on his way -- is a reasonable inference based on all of the evidence we know about. At the very least, it is very bad optics for Patel to go to Russia after a judge dismissed a defamation case that Patel was a Russian agent. Who is advising these people, if not Russia? Wow.
And then there is that DOJ evidence that Epstein told Jagland to tell Putin that Epstein would be advising Putin on how to control or "talk to" Trump, in a likely scenario where Epstein may have provided blackmail materials ("how to talk to Trump") to Putin, and/or providing blackmail materials to Putin's and Epstein's 9/11's Saudis (Linked to Trump and Kushner business partners, who Trump just approved nuclear weapons for.
