Above is a quick guide to Jeffrey Epstein's criminal operations within largely the State of California under the auspices of Gavin Newsom and Rob Bonta. Under their 'leadership', and/or Trump's, a massive criminal conspiracy to stalk and harm Epstein's victims, witnesses, and whistleblowers is ongoing, as follows.
We begin with an introduction to statistical intent. Statistical intent supports that the more the same people are involved in the same criminal or harmful misconduct, the less likely it is random misconduct, and the more likely it is intentional misconduct.
As specified by the victims, Trump, Leon Black of Apollo, and/or Jeffrey Epstein are the sort of losers that kidnap, (gang) rape, and/or sodomize the asses of little kids with tools or toys -- to the point of causing them to bleed out of their asses (Leon Black of Apollo, possibly with [Attorney General] Bill Barr present, watching, and/or participating) -- beating them up also, and/or threatening to stalk and murder sex trafficked children, some with Down's Syndrome and autism.
Read the same from the victims -- don't take our word for it -- and the reason we are going here is that this is a pattern of behavior we are also being subjected to also, with stalking, actual violence against our Editor twice by two separate conspirators linked to Epstein, one at Epstein's University of CA -- and the other at Epstein's and Leon Black's Sacramento Police [at Apollo's University of Phoenix, Gateway Oaks, Campus], and their overt and ongoing documented stalking and death threats against our Editor, which we will get to in short time, proving the same beyond all reasonable doubt.

Similarly, the lawsuit below is the lawsuit of Jane Doe, and whose two lawsuits depict the crimes and perversions of sub-humans, animals, beasts, and who collectively hold the title of Great Deceiver AND who also conspired to buy a property on 5th Avenue, with the address 666 together. Certainly prepare yourself for why Leon Black was allegedly the most blackmailed and/or extorted of all of Epstein puppets.

Returning, statistical intent is all about proving patterns of the same people involved in the same sorts of crimes against the same sorts of people for the same sorts of reasons.
For example, you are walking down the hallway, and bodycheck someone else walking in the other direction, running your shoulder into theirs, but arguably if harmless and without intent, the other person has walked into you, and then if totally harmless, neither of you intended to run into the other.
Either of you can accuse the other of not looking where they were going, and yet each of you were not looking where you were going, and so there is a spectrum of reasonable belief of no intent (white scale) through to (gray scale) intent (Black).
And so the point here is that the first occurrence of misconduct may be sometimes unintentional, but other factors determine if even that is true. If the first encounter comes with a flying kick or roundhouse kick, then the conduct is certainly intentional the first time.
Statistical intent then needs another shoulder to shoulder encounter to then move to a pattern, closer to intent.
Then statistical intent moves to the three strikes rule employed by many forms of government, where for example if you commit three of the same crimes, for example rape, then many governments would consider you a rapist, and then you'd have to be locked up.
And so have more than 3 victims of Jeffrey Epstein, Donald Trump, Jared Kushner, and Leon Black (Apollo) come forward specifying they are being stalked, cyberstalked, harassed, discriminated and retaliated against, RICO obstructed, threatened with death, prosecution, deportation, adverse employment action, wrongful termination, government fraud and other financial crimes, uncheck bribery and unchecked corruption, interference with economic activity, blackmail, extortion, money laundering, hush money payments, cyberbullying, cyberharassment, cyberstalking, and/or other forms of intentional infliction of severe emotional distress?

And so to be as objective as possible, we developed a "statistical intent tool" with AI, which can be used by prosecutors and defense teams alike, and it is entirely based on three things, physics, statistics, and the law.
We developed the same when it became clear we had enormous evidence that we were being stalked and threatened with death by government employees using government assets in a provable criminal conspiracy with government contractors, collectively engaged in government fraud at a criminal level, where ever incidence could be a 20 year jail sentence, times the number of times we caught them on free online radar, proving their intent -- but precisely not jump to conclusions, we used statistics to prove their criminal intent, and then we worked with AI, who 100% supported that the law and facts were and continue to be our side -- also proving that the evidence above and below proves -- as Special Counsel Jack Smith said -- "evidence beyond a reasonable doubt".
This statistical intent guide will prove that the evidence that immediately follows proves enormous and ongoing violations of major criminal and military laws and codes and oaths being violated in criminal enterprise with government contractors, collectively involved in government fraud ongoing conspiracy, and its RICO obstruction, by way of stalking, and threatening Epstein victims, whistleblowers, and witnesses with death on a regular basis, almost daily, sometimes all day, and yet our Editor doesn't live between any local airports, and so Epstein's RICO obstructors stalking and criminally threatening Epstein victims are required to fly way off course to our Editor's home and community, then divebomb militarized government assets towards, over, and by the home of the Editor, often while accelerating the militarized government assets towards the home, even below 500 ft, in an area requiring about 1300 ft minimum altitude per the FAA, in a manner even Epstein-linked AI found criminal.
And so we worked with AI to develop the following statistical intent tool, to prove beyond a reasonable doubt government employees and contractors are involved in massive government fraud, which they will have to pay back in treble, by stalking protected whistleblowers against Trump, Leon Black, Henry Kravis, Jared Kushner, and Jeffrey Epstein. And so using only reasonable basis in physics, statistics, and law -- to precisely not jump to frivolous nor delusional conclusions, nor false nor defamatory accusations -- statistical intent for stalking and threats with deadly weapons by a conspiracy of government employees and contractors is proven, if their network does any of the following three times or more -- followed by our evidence well beyond a reasonable doubt, of their network (ongoing RICO criminal enterprise involved in major crimes against children, the government, and their protective whistleblowers) engaging in this conduct 3 times or more.
JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S TREASONOUS CHILD SEX TRAFFICKERS' VICTIM STALKERS AT SACRAMENTO POLICE
We begin with Jeffrey Epstein conspirator, Sacramento Police, who we first implicated in Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate in 2005, in a conspiracy with Jeffrey Epstein's University of California Davis.
Below are only the most recent examples of Sacramento Police -- who train(ed) at Jeffrey Epstein's and Edge Foundation's Leon Black's University of Phoenix, Gateway Oaks Campus -- but requiring Sacramento Police to fly so off course as to fly across not one, not two, but three cities to "beeline" to the home/community of our Editor and his family, and more than three times just recently, in a manner that 100% proves their statistical intent to stalk and threaten our Editor, an Epstein victim, with death, to RICO obstruct for the organized crimes of Jeffrey Epstein with Sacramento Police.
The yellow graph that accompanies the flight paths is the speed, and the green path is the altitude, and here the Sacramento Police pilot that "beelined" to our Editor's home, flew at a criminal altitude of 900 ft, which is about 300 ft to 400 ft too low, and too low because the pilot may not have enough time to correct a mistake that can wipe out a neighborhood.
And so this here is provable criminal behavior with a single event, because the taxpayers of Sacramento don't pay for Sacramento Police to fly out of their city, and then out of their county, to stalk and threaten Epstein victims with death, outside of official capacity due to massive and ongoing deprivation of rights, and thus outside of qualified immunity concludes AI, physics, statistics, and the law. The amount of criminal laws this pilot violated here is enough for a life in prison sentence, with a single event, because of the circumstances.
Here's Sacramento Police again, way outside of the City of Sacramento, circling just outside of our Editor's neighborhood, over, and over, and over, and kind of like the behavior murders engage in as they repeatedly stab their victims, totally out of control, and here, totally out of the City of Sacramento.
Here's another recent example, and again, well outside the City and the County of Sacramento, flying by our Editor's neigborhood, well outside of their jurisdiction, and thus well outside of official capacity, and thus well outside of qualified immunity, and on their way to prison for life, and as soon as possible.
The pilot here is flying in an area surrounded by hills and communications and water towers, and so here seems to also be under the required 1300 ft minimum, so again engaged in criminal threats of death, intimidation, stalking, whistleblower retaliation, Epstein victim and witness intimidation, and so intent is proven. the Sacramento Police pilot here has overtly furthered the same criminal misconduct as specified by the gang raped and sodomized child sex trafficking victims and the other whistleblowers specified above. A $500 billion lawsuit against the department in conspiracy with Epstein should do the trick.
And here is Sacramento Police flying across more than 3 cities and 2 counties to then terrorize our Editor again. This is the third time, and per the statistical intent tool, intent proven.
Here's Sacramento Police almost directly over the home of our Editor, having flown across three jurisdictions to do the same -- BLASTING our Editor and his family at 900 ft -- provable criminal misconduct by government employees effectively stealing government assets to use them in the commission of stalking crimes, to threaten Epstein victims with death. Note also the acceleration choice and intent by the pilot is near the loudest over the home of our Editor's family. Ongoing ugly criminal stalking and death threats with militarized deadly weapons by Sacramento Police, who our Editor blew the whistle on at the DOJ in 2024, in the missing million pages we provided Jack Smith, forever sealed by Aileen Cannon.
We blew the whistle and proved their perjury, unlawful stop and seizure of the origins of Crossfire Hurricane and the Mueller Report, the RICO obstruction of the same, by stalking our Editor, entrapping him with Sacramento Sheriff (who also flies way off course to our Editor's family home to harm them in a similar manner furthering this ongoing conspiracy), unlawfully pulling him over, then on camera before determining if he committed any DUI crime, plotted to hurt him later, then on their own cameras caught debating his murder in the Sheriff's basement in the back of their car, then thwarted by them realizing they left their body cameras on, and then they seized the investigation materials of our Editor, and then they tortured him in the Sheriff's facility, torturing him from behind (left him with 5 serious spinal issues), and from the front, while he was bound from behind, and then Sheriff Scott Jones of the GOP refused to hand over that Brady evidence to an ALL GOP cast of prosecutors and judges, who denied our Editor almost every due process right together, and now Aileen Cannon has permanently sealed all that evidence forever in you guessed it, Florida.
And so the Major of Sacramento might as well hand over the keys to the City of Sacramento to our Editor.
JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S TREASONOUS CHILD SEX TRAFFICKERS' VICTIM STALKERS AT SACRAMENTO SHERIFF
Similarly, here's Epstein's and Russia's 2014 conspirators -- Sacramento Sheriff (in 2026) flying way out of the City and County of Sacramento -- right over the home of our Editor's family -- not once recently, but twice, and so intent proven, twice. Nothing a $500 billion lawsuit against Sacramento County can't fix.
