Uprights News is finally able to prove the intent of federal employees under the control of Putin's and Epstein's Trump, who have been stalking, cyberstalking, harassing, intimidating, retaliating, and threatening our Editor with death and with deadly weapons and nearly daily for a decade -- before and after our Editor brought about a million pages of the conspiracy between Jeffrey Epstein and Vladimir Putin and Russians to the Department of Justice in August 2024, to defend the United States from its provable enemies, which they failed to do in overt furtherance of the government fraud proven to them.
But the DOD and DOJ cannot exist without the behavior of its employees, and the law specified how the employees have to behave, to act within official capacity, and here Epstein's and Putin's network have behaved well outside of official capacity, because they are violating all sorts of rights of others, including our Editor's whistleblower protection rights, which are as valuable as a handful of wet mud under failed and criminal 'leadership'.
But what's the backstory or substantive intent regarding Hegseth's admission of Trump's guilt here, with respect to the low-flying military aircraft Hegseth and others referenced as intentionally engaged in ongoing (dangerous and illegal) low flying to boost Trump's morale?
Here it is, our researched understanding of the truth behind Epstein, Trump, and Russia, and helps explain why Trump has low morale and feels the need to stalk and threaten Epstein and Russia 2016 victims -- expressed as a reasonable inference below by a serial or ongoing RICO-obstructed government fraud investigator, the Editor of Uprights News -- who the current administration seems intent (per leaks) on engineering fraud or other charges against our Editor and others like him, but that requires fishing or unlawful search and seizure in overt furtherance outside of official capacity, for our Editor simply trying to defend himself, the government, and kids in illegal experiments at CHORI for Epstein's Roche from 24 years of violation of rights by Jeffrey Epstein's, Trump's, and Putin's organized crimes, while Aileen Cannon has unlawfully sealed the evidence supporting most of our reporting, as well as our Brady evidence, as well as the Brady evidence of other Trump, Epstein, and Russia investigators facing criminal inquiry.
And so Trump's crime syndicate installed by a conspiracy between Russia and Jeffrey Epstein is violating our Editor's rights in an ongoing manner, keeping their criminal conspiracy going, and to RICO obstruct all of the above is a reasonable inference.
None of the million pages or so we submitted to the DOJ were found in the DOJ database, so we let Congressmen Ro Khanna and Adam Schiff know about the same, and we asked to testify before Congress, and yet no one will follow up to meet with our Editor, and instead they have turned this key Epstein witness away, to leave him and America defenseless against what can otherwise be defended against.
Crooked democrats involved in or furthering government fraud and/or RICO obstruction of justice to give aid, comfort, and adhere to enemies of the United States? Where's the beef here? Why can't Epstein victims like our Editor get the government paid to protect him from all of this to actually protect him from all of this?
What kinds of members of Congress pretend to be champions of Epstein victims and defenders of America against Russia's Trump, who then ignore pleas from stalked and intimidated Epstein victims, witnesses, and whistleblowers seeking to testify to Congress with the other Epstein victims?
Except, unlike these other Epstein victims, we have a million or so pages of evidence being illegally withheld from Congress, us letting Congress know we can provide them all of the missing information for all of these overlapping investigations into Trump, Epstein, and Russia, and no one want to meet with us?
This seems like overt furtherance of RICO obstruction of justice in an ongoing government fraud conspiracy we have specified, and having worked with artificial intelligence for the better part of a year examining the legality of this situation, it seems pretty clear by the responses that our rights have been so heavily violated as to cause artificial intelligence to make claims like our Editor's story is one of the most serious examples of violations of laws against our Editor and country in all of U.S. history.
And today, we have our first admission by the DOD under Epstein's Putin's control, in the context that Epstein made sure that Putin would be trained in how to control Donald Trump, and in the context that Epstein ran the largest blackmail conspiracy in the world, and Epstein dictated instructions to Putin via Thornbjorn Jagland and others, and per the DOJ files, Epstein was Putin's wealth manager and/or money manager, but in the context that those accounts who Epstein controlled were associated with those he was blackmailing (Les Wexner, Leon Black, Bill Gates, and/or others), and so by reasonable inference, Epstein if following his own MO here, was able to blackmail Putin into attacking Jeffrey Epstein's Clinton campaign to instead engineer Jeffrey Epstein's Trump into power, and unlawfully per Schiff and Special Counsel Durham to Congress in 2023, and in a manner that disqualified Trump and GOP forever back in 2015-2016 before and/or after Trump ran for office.
Separately, DOJ files proved that Epstein repeatedly met with Putin, and Epstein started applying for visas to Russia the same year our Editor sued Epstein's Roche, 2002.
Roche operated in Russia, and our Editor had worked with Russians at Roche, as specified to the DOJ, who threatened our Editor as did others, when he started to raise concerns about the known and not remedied lethal operating conditions he was hired into.
In 2003, Epstein started funneling hundreds of thousands of dollars into Roche, roughly equal to what our Editor was suing Roche for. For 24 years, our Editor has been a serial whistleblower of nearly all of the harm to him, the government, Americans, and others by government contractors and government employees involved in this ongoing conspiracy of harm against him and other Epstein victims.
Today, the DOD both praised, and separately admitted intent to, dangerously low-flying government aircraft, intended to harm the civilian taxpayers paying for the same.

Below is a print screen of a video shared by the public online, and gives readers here an idea of the decade of this sort of dangerous misconduct our Editor has been subjected to almost DAILY (and why Trump, Hegseth, and/or others have made light of this otherwise criminal conduct, per the legal guide below), because our Editor sought to protect the government, murdered and endangered kids in illegal medical experiments funded by taxpayers, and himself from being harmed or killed by a conspiracy involving Jeffrey Epstein's Edge Foundation's participants and their companies involved in government contracting.
We urge anyone to go to the links above in order to experience this very dangerous low flying harm, which our Editor faces nearly daily, and nearly all day every day, though he doesn't live anywhere near an airport, nor does he live between any local airports, and so pilots stalking, intimidating, and retaliating against him daily to RICO obstruct his ongoing disclosures and elucidations regarding Epstein's conspiracy with Russian enemies of the United States in 2016, now proven beyond a reasonable doubt by the DOJ's Epstein files, and which we brought to the DOJ in 2024, and yet none of our million pages of Epstein-Russia evidence are found anywhere in the DOJ's Epstein files.
We are heading towards a Syria/ISIS or Israel/Palestine situation, where a scared minority (Trump supporters) -- who clearly based on historic unpopularity, few want in power -- are conspiring to harm, destabilize, poison, and strip rights from the majority of Americans, so that eventually we could look like Assad's Syria or Edward VIII's Britain -- where the elite begin "bombing citizens into submission" (what English monarch and traitor Edward VIII urged Hitler to do to Britain during the Battle of Britain, the Nazis' attack on Britain financed by the GOP's Prescott Bush (to improve morale of the usurpers involved in treason crimes then and now, and in fact linked via the Habsburg-Epstein crime syndicate).
And somehow the UK royals spun that into they were the war's heroes, and convinced America to hand over their military secrets to English Nazis by the end of the war (EYES intelligence program)?
This all coupled to royal loyal freemasons FDR and Truman (Democrats) conspiring with Nazis and GOP's Bush family, in what resembles modern times, where America is being totally destroyed by its enemies from within and without, in a preventable manner, but for the conspiracy between Republicans and Democrats to RICO obstruct the evidence and history of all of the same, has taken us to where we are now. It turns out that building a world on a usurping organized crime syndicate only results in more and more organized crimes against the world.
Returning to provable aerial terrorism, whistleblower stalking and intimidation, RICO obstruction, Epstein victim stalking and intimidation, and intentional infliction of severe emotional distress intent by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate -- now beholden to Putin and Russia -- after Epstein let Putin know that Epstein would aid, comfort, and adhere to enemies of the United States by teaching Putin how to control, handle, or blackmail Trump, per the DOJ files.
This must have been a type of safeguard Epstein set up, so that the Trumps and Clintons he could blackmail into running to RICO obstruct our Editor and other Epstein victims in 2016, wouldn't turn on him, and if they did, Epstein would have Putin subject them to what John Brockman specified in the DOJ files as "The Prince Andrew Treatment", or worse, the Brunel-Epstein "suicided" treatment, and so unnerving enough to blackmail really anyone compromised by Epstein and Putin into doing really anything, as we have all been witnessing over the last decade, with Trump's and GOP's ongoing attacks against the United States and its people, including the Editor of Uprights News.
But in this criminal admission by Pete Hegseth, he specified “The flyovers (plural here and so not linked to this single incident, thus linked to our Editor's plural reporting and official DOJ complaints regarding these sorts of crimes against him, documented throughout our Terror Log link at the top of the page in our menu) will continue until morale improves,” DOD's Pete Hegseth wrote on Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Elon Musk's and Russia's and Epstein's 9/11 Saudis' on X/Twitter.
Acting Navy Secretary Hung Cao said that the pilot would face no disciplinary action for the stunt. “Flight debrief complete. No reprimands. No firings. No problem,” Cao wrote on social media. “That’s the sound of Freedom!” H
Here it is important that Cao mentioned "sound" and that she did only AFTER our Editor began employing the legal statistics tool found in this article, which includes the harm caused by sound, but not limited to the same, and thus further proves intent of the low-flying military and other government aircrafts being directed at our Editor for years, by now confessing criminals against their victims here, after our Editor filed a complaint with the DOJ for the same and specified the conduct was linked to Epstein in 2024.
Except, now we can prove -- as of this month and using DOJ Epstein files -- that those harming us are directly linked to Jeffrey Epstein, Reach Air and Cal-Star belong to Epstein's Henry Kravis, and NetJets and/or FlexJet joining the low-flying dangerous conspiracy to stalk and intimidate our Editor to RICO obstruct his ongoing disclosures, is a reasonable inference.
Similarly, Thiel AV LLC out of Montana, who also joined this dangerous low-flying stalking and Epstein victim intimidation conspiracy, may be directly linked to Epstein's Peter Thiel of Montana.
Then couple that with every federal employee who flew way off course, sometimes hundreds of miles off course, to beeline to the home of our Editor, then divebombing him, often below the legal altitude in his area about 1300 ft, and thus illegal divebombing meant to intimidate stalked Epstein victims and whistleblowers from holding the crime syndicate accountable.
Here's is the statistical proof of intent of the crimes Pete Hegseth and Cao just admitted he, she, and/or Trump were intentionally directing at our Editor in a "plural manner" (and so Hegseth used this incident to piggyback an ongoing and intentional threat to the Editor of Uprights News, and which includes calculations for Cao's "sound", making her a coconspirator intimidating Epstein victims with harmful sounds, intentionally caused by low-flying government aircraft, stalking and intimidating Epstein victims to RICO obstruct their stories (and the evidence behind their stories) from reaching the public, is a reasonable inference, and provable as follows.
So thanks for throwing Epstein's and Putin's Trump under the bus Pete. You may have actually done your job today, which must feel great, to actually defend our country from its actual enemies.
With these admissions of intent by at least two of the conspirators, and coupled to the above statistical and legal analysis tool, Pete Hegseth admitted the aerial stalking, terrorism, whistleblower retaliation, and intimidation our Editor has faced for a decade was intentional, and thus outside of official capacity, and thus can be prosecuted.
And they they conspired to do the same, in order to RICO obstruct for enemies of the United States -- was indeed intentional criminal behavior, and thus grossly violated the rights of our Editor -- and thus Hegseth and Cao just put Trump, GOP, MAGA, and these others in legal jeopardy OUTSIDE of immunity, because of this admission that this criminal behavior of employing low flying dangerous military aircraft (against the Editor of Uprights News was and is and will continue to be) intentional, and so now we and anyone else facing this sort of dangerous stalking and intimidation we reported for years, have a legal basis to sue and possibly remove Trump from office OUTSIDE of the impeachment process, only one of many ways criminals within offices and government employment may be removed OUTSIDE of the impeachment process.
Pete Hegseth just destroyed Trump's immunity in office for these crimes outside of official capacity, GLORIOUS, but really none of what Trump is doing is within official capacity, because that required him not to have disqualified himself (which are different laws that qualifying laws, which may qualify an individual to occupy public office, but that is separate than if they are disqualified, for example SCOTUS may engage in judicial overreach to specify they alone determine if they are qualified for the bench, but U.S. laws are more powerful than even them, specifying ANY government employee and ANY officer involved in specific prohibited conduct they and others have conspired to, immediately and forever disqualified them from public office (Baude and Paulsen, 2024, and Prakash and Smith, 2006), in a manner than no subset of government employees nor officers, especially de facto officers, can evade.
More simply, there are plenty of legal checks and balances to stop all of this, but there are too many desperate cowards and conspirators interfering with America's ability to defend itself against these FEW enemies from within and without.
And last but not least, with regards to intent, the following is a photo of Trump at conspirator and government contractor McClellan Park, literally providing medals to the agencies he and Gavin Newsome funded at McClellan Park who "intentionally" in a criminal and civil conspiracy chose to begin stalking, intimidating, and retaliating against us outside of official capacity in order to give aid, comfort, and to adhere to enemies of the United States.
The flags of the government agencies Trump met with and awarded with medals are found below, and many of these agencies are who GOP's Trump and/or Dems' Gavin Newsom have "intentionally" been sending to endanger our Editor, his family, his business, their community, by stalking and intimidating Epstein and Russia 2016 victims to RICO obstruct them seeking justice for all of the same.
Gavin Newsome is "pro-billionaire" and he has made that clear publicly to threaten our Editor seeking Rob Bonta to protect our Editor from these crimes in California, but Rob Bonta like Ro Khanna's office asked us to contact conspirators harm us to report their harm to them. Again, this reads like RICO obstruction of justice in overt furtherance to us by those receiving bribes from Jeffrey Epstein's Edge Foundation's billionaires and/or their companies is certain.
Gavin Newsom and Trump have something else in common, in that Newsom was formerly married to Eric Trump's ex-fiancé, and so justice in Democratic California and Republican federal administrations seems to be conspiring to RICO obstruct justice here for our Editor, as organized crime beholden to the enemies would.

And so here Putin's, Epstein's, and/or Trump's Pete Hegseth made a fatal error here with his Russian propaganda meant to make light of the conspirators using government assets to threaten American citizens with deadly weapons -- first by not acknowledging a whole beach of Americans could have been killed by this dangerous pilot, making light of dangerous behavior by government employees outside of official capacity here to RICO obstruct the same by pulling a Bill Barr and preemptively downplaying crimes against Americans by their RICO corrupted military leadership usurpers.
Second and worse, Pete Hegseth admitted his, Trump's, Putin's, GOP's, and/or MAGA's "intent" for what is otherwise criminal behavior, when he said "“The flyovers will (intentionally) continue (to violate criminal laws) until (Jeffrey Epstein's and Putin's blackmailed Trump's) morale improves (after murdering totally innocent and defenseless women and children with COVID gain of function bioweapons, and/or murdering them in illegal wars not approved by Congress, and thus outside of official capacity, to distract from the evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Jeffrey Epstein and Russia plotted to overthrow the 2016 elections, in order to RICO obstruct the million pages of DOJ evidence our Editor delivered to the DOJ in 2024, and earlier in 2013, BEFORE Trump ran for POTUS, which Aileen Cannon doesn't want anyone to see, and forever, because this evidence proves Aileen Cannon was not properly appointed to the court, she knows the same, and is RICO obstructing the same to self-appoint herself a regular judge as a de facto officer behaving badly and in bad faith to give aid, comfort, and adhere to enemies of the United States", is a reasonable inference.
Uprights News is the best positioned to provide additional context and evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to Hegseth's, Trump's, MAGA's, GOP's, and/or relevant pilots' criminal intent admission for every low flying flight we have reported as flying way off course directly to our Editor's home, divebombing aircraft towards his home as in the video above, while accelerating towards the home, in what our Editor and Hegseth can EACH now prove is intentional criminal and dangerous misconduct by government employees behaving outside of official capacity.
The provided legal and statistical analysis tool proving their criminal intent even further leaves seemingly ZERO room for doubt with respect to their intent -- using statistical analysis and elements of law -- and where government employees only have immunity for official capacity, and not for anything outside of official capacity, and where this sort of dangerous behavior is clearly outside of official capacity, recognized by the pilot, who seemed to officially agreed that low passing like this is dangerous (and thus criminal).
Now couple this to Pete Hegseth's admission that the low flying dangerous military aircraft (plural) is intentional, and this will all seemingly form the basis for biblical size lawsuits against the offending pilots, their agencies, and their leadership in any as many clever combination of pilots and Epstein's ongoing conspirators and violations of law as we will choose to pursue, and we can sue in more than one country, so it doesn't matter if they violate our 4th Amendment rights to try and spin whatever they can into charges to strip our Editor of his citizenship, to essentially RICO obstruct the American people and OUR government.
This may be Hegseth's get out of jail card in the future, because here he has at least temporarily exited the ongoing criminal RICO conspiracy as Pam Bondi did, by throwing Trump's "intent" under the bus -- DOJ's Bondi having allegedly (per Jamie Raskin) violated Aileen Cannon's order, as has the DOJ since then, specifying Aileen Cannon and/or Trump's intent is focused on "protecting his friends and business interests at Mar-a-lago", linked to espionage, treason, insurrection, elections fraud, child sex trafficking, murder/endangerment of children in illegal medical experiments, and/or so much more.
Pete, OUR nation thanks you for your clever attack on Putin's and Epstein's Trump's immunity from prosecution, stay blessed. Defender in chief, Pete Hegseth, a true American hero, along with Pam Bondi, collectively taking America's number one enemy out an immunity at a time, with these "intentionally low" blows.
All that said, as we have recently argued, it appears that Epstein was in a position to blackmail Trump, and that he sought to provide that blackmail to Putin is what the DOJ files revealed, literally proving Epstein and Putin conspired to harm Trump -- but as we can also prove -- to conspire to harm the Editor of Uprights News via ongoing stalking, intimidation, and RICO obstruction, in what is a surreal situation, where Trump and the Editor were harmed by the same conspirators in the same ongoing conspiracy spokes by Epstein.
This morning we read that it was "leaked" that FBI Director de facto officer and usurper Kash Patel has conspired to meet with Putin and/or other Russians in Russia during wartime, with the following backstory.
"Kash Patel is planning an eyebrow-raising trip to Russia that would make him the first known FBI director in more than a decade to visit the U.S. adversary.
Patel has come under fire for his extensive travel that often mixes business with pleasure, including partying with the U.S. men’s hockey team after their gold-medal win at the Milan Olympics, snorkeling near a battleship sunk by the Japanese in Pearl Harbor, and jetting around the country to see his country-singer girlfriend perform.
He also has a history of getting paid to promote Russian propaganda as part of a years-long crusade to dismiss the Kremlin’s meddling in the 2016 U.S. election as a “hoax,” despite ample evidence of interference.
Two sources told Politico that Patel was scheduled to visit Moscow and then St. Petersburg on Oct. 14 and 15, and that he would likely be hosted by Russia’s security service, the FSB (those who conspired to engineer Trump and GOP into office illegally in 2016, whereafter they used their fake win to install the SCOTUS RICO obstructors who have literally attacked America to protect its Russian and Epstein-linked enemies, as organized crime would do), the successor to the Soviet-era KGB (who Putin worked for).
It wasn’t clear what topics were on the agenda or whether Patel would meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, whom President Donald Trump hosted in Alaska last year, Politico reported.
The White House referred Politico’s request for comment to the FBI, which didn’t respond. The Daily Beast has reached out as well.
News of the planned visit comes as the Trump administration has failed to stop Putin’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine—despite Trump’s vows to end the war on his first day back in office—leading U.S. lawmakers to demand heavy new sanctions against Russia.
The timing is also awkward considering just last week Trump declassified documents providing evidence that Moscow tried to help swing the 2020 election in his favor by directing proxy efforts to spread fake claims that his presidential rival Joe Biden had engaged in criminal activity.
U.S. intelligence officials also believe Moscow has been responsible for cybersecurity breaches of government agencies and private-sector companies.
The last known time an FBI director visited Russia was a 2013 trip by Robert Mueller, who was later appointed special counsel to investigate Russia’s interference in the 2016 election.
Mueller’s investigation concluded that Russia engaged in “sweeping and systemic” interference, including launching a social media “information warfare” campaign that favored Trump, hacking Clinton campaign-related databases and releasing stolen materials, and targeting state databases in an effort to gain access to millions of registered voters.
It also noted extensive ties between Trump officials and Russia, and detailed multiple examples of the president allegedly obstructing justice.

Kash Patel has spent years parroting Russian propaganda in a bid to discredit former FBI director and special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation.
But Patel—who from 2017 to 2018 was a staffer to then-Rep. Devin Nunes of California on the House Intelligence Committee—spent years trying to discredit the bipartisan finding that Russia mounted an influence operation to “undermine the U.S. liberal democratic order.”
In 2024, he was paid $25,000 by a Kremlin-linked film company to appear in a TV episode claiming that “Russiagate” was a hoax concocted by Democrats, the media, the FBI, and the CIA to discredit Trump, Mother Jones reported last year.
FBI Director Kash Patel was challenged to take an alcohol assessment after he agreed to take the "audit" if Sen. Van Hollen did as well at a fiery hearing on May 12, 2026.
In the episode, Patel said the FBI headquarters in Washington should be shut down, lied about the origins of the investigations, and pushed the Kremlin’s line that Russia did not attack the 2016 election, according to Mother Jones."

And so the following asks, what possible reason could Russia's Kash Patel have for flying to Russia during a time of illegal war against Russia via Iranian proxies? If Kash Patel has been compromised by Russia, and the above reporting seems to prove the same, then is Kash Patel in Russia with the FSB who overthrew the United States to keep Patel, Nunes, Paxum Porn Bank, ES Family Trust, Trump's social media company, Friends of Ron DeSantis, Trump, and/or others from being prosecuted for major crimes against the United States, an act aligned with official capacity under this context?
The answer seems to be no here, and all of America should be as concerned here as when Robert Mueller went to Russia in 2013 (which is when the Russian Federation attacked our investigation against Trump orbit, GOP, Russians, and Edge Foundation billionaires 10/20/2013), and given we have implicated Mueller in the ongoing conspiracy back to 2002 -- Mueller's office having financed the facility responsible for planning to subject little kids to illegal medical experiments killing and/or endangering them at CHORI for Epstein's Roche, supra. And so Mueller, Yuri Milner, FSB, GRU, Russia, Putin, and/or others may have conspired to attack our Editor's investigation via Russia in a conspiracy with Mueller here, becomes possible.
The DOJ files have further linked Epstein to the comixing of child sex trafficking finances between Putin-linked Paxum porn bank, PornHub, Trump social media (operated by Kash Patel's former boss, Devin Nunes of GOP), ES Family Trust, and Friends of Ron DeSantis, which we discovered before it was leaked Kash Patel was planning to go to Russia immediately before the 2026 elections, to do what exactly?
So the body of evidence is starting to look like Epstein was rigging the 2016 elections to RICO obstruct our Editor's unlawfully seized 09/21/2014 qui tam, seized by the conspirators he implicated well beforehand, as well as to RICO obstruct a barrage of lawsuits against Epstein, Leon Black, Donald Trump, and/or others, followed by Russian sanctions Epstein may have engineered to be able to force Russia to engineer Trump into power, but with Epstein and Putin conspiring to control Trump's destruction of the country by way of blackmail, is how the evidence is starting to resolve.
