It took this victim of Jeffrey Epstein 24 years to figure out what happened to HIM, but the above and below visual summaries explain why.
This matter was complex, hidden, and being enabled by a criminal element operating in the government, serving Jeffrey Epstein's and the Habsburg's ('prince' Andrew's and merged NXIVM's Catherine Oxenberg) crime syndicate, in conspiracy with government contractors involved in massive government fraud for retaliating and harassing a protected whistleblower against Jeffrey Epstein's financial network of billionaires grouped with Edge Foundation in our Editor's home state of CA.
Researchers will retroactively find decades of RICO obstruction of our matter coming from both parties in California, originally the GOP, but it seems the CA Democrats, like Gavin Newsom, are all too willing to serve Epstein's billionaires' interests over regular Californians like our Editor, is a reasonable inference. This of course is to be able to pass the RICO obstruction baton back to some other CA billionaire or the GOP or someone else they will control and force to RICO obstruct our matter, is a reasonable inference and predicition.
They'll eventually murder, poison, render sick, pull from life support, entrap, and/or deport our Editor towards certain harm, because the laws and the facts he revealed to the DOJ prove they all need to go to jail, and that they likely need to face a firing squad for their provable and enormous harm to USA and our people, as a matter of law, and not at all something we are advocating -- but just the opposite here.
This is why they are panicking, and why they have escalated, because more and more of the Epstein victims whose lives they destroyed have been coming forward, and in a manner that "colors" in the RICO obstructed crimes of Epstein's "associates" in an unescapable conclusion that Epstein rigged the 2016 election to RICO obstruct for the matter that was unlawfully seized by Sacramento GOP's Scott Jones, and then RICO obstructed by the GOP in Sacramento, who had access to the likes of Devin Nunes (now provably an agent of Russia more than one way, including via Putin-linked Paxum porn bank, ES Family trust we linked back to Jes Staley and/or to the UK royals in Santa Monica and Australia), Friends of Ron DeSantis, and/or Trump Social Media). Epstein was also connected to this financing as he was using the child sex trafficking online platform, PornHub, whose child sex trafficking funds were being managed by Paxum porn bank linked to Putin (per DOJ Epstein was Putin's money manager, and so here a financial argument for Putin, Epstein, Trump, GOP, and/or others comixing financing with treasonous child sex traffickers, now wanted by the ICC, and bridged by the Trump Tower 2016 meeting with the Russians to traffic children from Russia to Trump Tower, masked as fake "adoptions" (and where few people to no one in the world are going to believe that the Trumps linked to child sex trafficking, and Putin too, were not plotting to engage in child sex trafficking here with Russia's sanctions lawyer inside and plotting with tenants of Trump Tower, specifically Jared Kushner and/or Paul Manafort) drop the sanctions it looks like Epstein may have engineered, to make himself more important to other world leaders).
The criminal element operating in the governments of the world have now conspired to label anyone whose rights were violated by Epstein's crime syndicate left-wing radical, socialist, communist, anti-Christian, and/or anti-American "terrorists", and they are expressly violating the 1st, 4th, and 14th Amendment rights of Epstein victims, retroactively searching for anything that can be used to entrap, unlawfully stop, unlawfully search, defame, wrongfully prosecute, deny due process almost as a default defense, to secure convictions, to possibly execute Epstein's victims, in order to protect treasonous child sex traffickers involved in war crimes against innocent people, unlike Jesus Christ would do, murdering them. And we found plenty evidence of murder linked to Epstein's RICO operations, and we presented that evidence to the DOJ, who seems to gather all of this evidence revealing these heinous criminal patterns, but administration after administration, in a bipartisan manner they almost always RICO obstruct for Epstein's voiceless non-billionaire victims.
We have repeatedly contacted Epstein lawyers Brad Edwards, Lisa Bloom, and Wigador, who continue to refuse to meet with us to protect us, because then all of the evidence for 2016, would be under the view of lawyers, who would only be able to come to our conclusions, because as Jack Smith said of our evidence provided to him, we provided him evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.
And so this criminal element -- a minority of loyalists and crime syndicate members loyal to and/or scared of treasonous child sex traffickers -- had our Editor stalked, intimidated, and retaliated against to RICO obstruct, and to distract from Trump's and Epstein's major crimes against the United States, our Editor, and gang raped, sodomized, and murdered sex trafficked American and/or Commonwealth children is what the fuller body of missing evidence reveals. And once paired with the DOJ files, leaves ZERO doubt, and so Trump, GOP, Blanche, Rubio, Pirro, Quinones, Clarence Thomas, Aileen Cannon, and/or others are plotting hard to RICO obstruct by ANY means now, overtly furthering ongoing threats against us Epstein victims.
The "shared Epstein victim story" of all his billionaire and non-billionaire victims tells the true story, which is why Epstein's associates and proxies -- now in the most powerful positions in government, and illegitimately due to their disqualifying crimes -- don't want to release the files, because it exposes all the crimes of the billionaires, but much more important here to national security, it exposes they were victims too, beholden to Epstein, threatened with death and exposure via what Epstein and Brockman referred to as "The Prince Andrew Treatment", one of public humiliation based on media exposure, followed by criminal investigations.
Except, we found evidence the billionaires harming us were being blackmailed and controlled by Epstein, including being threatened with death, and with plenty of Epstein's and Russia's 2016 proxies being murdered and suicided, and so the threats of death the billionaires faced while harming us were real threats of death, and the most powerful people in the world could not escape the same, Epstein, Brunel, Prigovich, and/or John McAffee, but not at all limited to the same. This is why we have continued our reporting, to literally defend all of our country from all of this, including the billionaires that harmed us as Epstein victims, and not because we are corrupt, but because we have among the greatest understanding of all the evidence, and we are not for sale, nor could Alfa Bank's Fomitchev bribe us, nor could Paul Allen Martin (left his wife for a Russian around the general time he sought to introduce our Editor to a Russian communications oligarch) from Epstein's Harvard's global leadership program bribe us -- we were uncorruptible (born and raise in Canada among good people like Colonel Vindman, who also became a victim of all of this, and because of our attempts to seek justice is provable) -- and that was a big problem for them, and we stood up to the richest, most powerful, and allegedly the smartest people on Earth, all by ourselves, because of 24 years of ongoing RICO corruption and obstruction. But we did not win. No one really won here, not even the Epstein billionaires, now loathed by the world, ready to take action against them, marching 4 times the number of people in the streets that all of the federal forces available to Trump, on "No Kings Day", and that was less than a 1/10th of the population able to march against them on any day.
So they are terrified that the facts are so close to the surface, the public knows the same, and they clearly have no real ability to defend this in any court as ALL of the laws and facts are against them, and their prosecutors are being readily disqualified and all of their changes to the government voided, and now Judge Sullivan wants to record all of the Epstein files unredacted under camera, no longer providing deference to the DOJ nor to Tod Blanche, based in part on Blanche's admission he was not in compliance with the release of the files (which we can prove is true beyond a reasonable doubt with the million or so Epstein-Russia conspiracy pages we provided to the DOJ, and which they did accept to conduit to Jack Smith and/or other Trump investigators, and that is why we know for a fact DOJ is obstructing our million or so files from being released.
Now, in defense of the DOJ and DOS, they also haven't arrested us -- YET -- nor has anyone sued us for our three years of reporting on Epstein BEFORE the Epstein Files were released, nor would the same be a good idea -- and so that's probably why they haven't.
And so in further defense of the American government and its people facing "Epstein leadership exposure panic" -- in a bid to help our government manage these ongoing threats from enemies within and without -- we continue to put ourselves at serious risk of harm to defend the United States our Editor family did help found, and arguably more than any other family.
We are literally the founding family of the United States with its greatest legal and military defense (which is why we can't be enemies ourselves) -- and why Trump, Epstein, Kushner, Black, GOP, and/or the Russians conspired to meet on our Editor's birthday to plot treason and elections fraud with U.S. enemies Russia/Rosneft at the "Mayflower Hotel", because John Adams, the founder of America, came from the Mayflower families to America. And so what more symbolic gesture to signal the total end and destruction of America by its conspiring enemies than to plan to meet to overthrow the country at a place named after its founding family, in a bid to RICO obstruct America's greatest defense it ever had against these enemies, by stalking, entrapping, intimidating, cyberattacking, cyberstalking, cyberbullying, threatening with death regularly (using government assets, employees, and contractors -- all provable, see our Terror Log section in our menu above).
The evidence we provided to DOJ, now beyond a reasonable doubt with their release of Epstein files, supports Epstein had Putin, whose accounts Epstein managed, "engineer Trump into office to RICO obstruct" our Editor, who was in the process of suing the same network as other Epstein victims, and so they were doomed if these matters landed in court at the same time, so they made sure our Editor's matter never landed in court, and if it did, they had full RICO obstruction of that court, and provably with the conduct of Clarence Thomas, Aileen Cannon, Carl Nichols, Morrison England, M. Gilliard, and/or the de facto judges appointed by people who disqualified themselves before appointing the justices, which our research was able to prove was true for 6/9 SCOTUS and Aileen Cannon, who after Harlan Crow bribed Clarence Thomas, and after Harlan Crow and Leon Black's Bill Barr met with our Editor's brother to intimidate our Editor in secret, then Clarence Thomas, Aileen Cannon, and/or SCOTUS conspired to RICO obstruct what we had found and could prove, by attacking both whistleblower and separately Special Counsel authorities, joining them to the RICO obstruction conspiracy, and much of the same court also legalized bribery of themselves and those RICO obstructing with Citizen's United, whose David Bossie, became Trump's, Russia's, and Epstein's 2016 GOP campaign manager, because of course.
And so after Harlan Crow bribed Clarence Thomas to RICO obstruct our matter, Harlan Crow and Bill Barr secretly met with our Editor's brother, who of course told our Editor as an interesting experience for the brother, but which manifested as RICO obstruction by witness stalking and intimidation, and whistleblower retaliation -- and secretly -- and only AFTER our Editor implicated Leon Black, who Bill Barr witnessed sex trafficking rape for, specified a victim complaint in the DOJ files. S
Barr then obstructed Mueller's investigation, in the context Mueller's law firms were connected to not one but two different conspirators ((law firms of Novartis-Roche and/or Kushner-Trumps).
Separately, GW Bush's, GOP's, and/or Mueller's (now Kash Patel's) office(s) is/are who in part financed Epstein's Roche, Alameda, CA, and/or CHORI in 2002, involved in illegal medical experiments killing at least one child is a reasonable inference based on the evidence supporting the same, and for which there is no statute of limitation, and it was for a matter our Editor whistleblew with the FDA as he did for Cal OSHA, and Cal OSHA immediately investigated and documented a conspiracy to harm our Editor, the protected whistleblower, but GW Bush's and the GOP's FDA literally RICO obstructed the murder and endangerments of children linked to Epstein, around the same victims in Florida were demanding justice. History will eventually learn that these two Epstein victim paths seeking justice, and eventually linked to the same RICO obstructing people, is what happened to America 2004-2026, and beyond a reasonable doubt. Us figuring the same out to protect America does not make us now terrorists, nor radicals, nor ideologues, but rather victims seeking justice for their entire adult lives being destroyed by Epstein and his "associates". What is the price for the loss of most of one's life to treasonous child sex traffickers stealing and rigging elections to RICO obstruct in an ongoing manner?
Three whistleblowers have collectively corroborated our Editor's documented legal analysis provided to the DOJ, specifically Chris Delario (against Leon Black and Apollo), the Editor of Uprights News (against Leon Black and Apollo), and an Australian whistleblower found in the DOJ files -- who like our Editor blew the whistle on murder and/or endangerment of children linked too Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's operations, and just like our Editor was stalked and threatened by government employees in Australia -- who shares intelligence with the USA through EYE and/or Echelon, and so our Editor's documented claims within the EYES community, has been corroborated in part by not one but two other whistleblowers in the EYES community, who also faced stalking and intimidation to RICO obstruct, a pattern of RICO by the EYES community (but in the context that Epstein got Putin et al. to engineer Trump into office over the USA EYES community, but he RICO influenced Putin et al. to engineer Brexit in the UK in circa the same year, to give Jeffrey Epstein's UK 'royals' fuller command over investigations into treason, elections fraud, RICO obstruction, witness and whistleblower stalking and intimidation.
And so now you have a 2002-2024 situation where Epstein had Russia and others overthrow countries to RICO obstruct Epstein's many victims, but where he used his billionaire victims to accomplish the same, as they had the greatest ability to RICO obstruct for Epstein, by corrupting public offices with bribes, exactly like the bribes provided by Harlan Crow to Clarence Thomas before Thomas and Aileen Cannon conspired to RICO obstruct using lawfare, bad behavior, bad faith, lies, misprision of felonies, harboring, and/or more to attack the Special Counsel and whistleblower authorities that would have otherwise protected our country and people from all of this totally unnecessary harm. And figuring the same out as a victim of the same, doesn't make us terrorists, nor radicals here either, but rather reasonable victims reasonably seeking to defend our nearly totally destroyed adult lives from being destroyed further, and with no guarantees, and likely more harm to follow. But at some point, as Epstein victims coming forward, each of us knew we had to come forward to try and get this harm against us to stop.
In our Editor's case, he was a whistleblower against children lacking health insurance who were lured from surrounding poverty around Oakland, CA, into illegal medical experiments at Children's Hospital in Oakland (CHORI) for Jeffrey Epstein's Roche, who he seemingly funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars to via "internal banking" via book transfer debits a year later as we sued Roche, and where Jeffrey Epstein and Leon Black financed Edge Foundation, whose participants included the founders, owners, and/or operators of Roche (Maja Hoffman), Google (Brin and Page), Microsoft (Gates and Allen), PayPal (Peter Thiel and/or Elon Musk), Yahoo (Marissa Mayer, Leon Black), University of Phoenix (Leon Black), Apollo (Leon Black), who then conspired to obstruct the murder and endangerment of children and other Epstein victims, by ensuring RICO obstruction, by way of bribery and/or intimidation of government employees, appointees, de facto officers behaving badly and in bad faith, and with government contractors -- all meeting minds to RICO obstruct for their merged crimes against children, and in our Editor's case, for 24 continuous years of harm -- and exactly the same harm documented by the other whistleblowers and victims of Epstein.
Just like many other Epstein victims, our Editor was a visiting student to the United States, but unlike most to all other Jeffrey Epstein victims, our Editor's family literally founded America, its first rule, its first armies, and its first governments -- the family of President John Adams -- who wrote both the Declaration of Independence and America's first Constitution in Massachusetts. Ironically, our Editor has been ghosted by the government for 22 years of the 24 years he has suffered, for almost all of his adult life, and now his story is enormously corroborated by the Congressional and Special Counsel investigations into our Editor's life story, and then beyond a reasonable doubt by the DOJ's release of some of the Epstein Files, which did finally prove beyond ALL reasonable doubt that our Editor did correctly summarize this ongoing threat to the United States, by bringing about a million pages of Epstein-Russia evidence to the DOJ, specifically to AUSA in Seattle, WA, August 29, 2024, and none of those million or so files were found in the DOJ's release of Epstein files.
And so our Editor can account for roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of the files Trump et al. stole from the government, specifically Crossfire Hurricane binder(s) and/or supporting evidence, later added to his "beautiful mind boxes", which were raided by the DOJ, and found to indeed contain top secret documents Trump wasn't allowed to steal, conceal, destroy, nor share with foreigners, but he did, and they shared that information with former heads of State, and Trump was charged with espionage, but a prosecutor/judge that Epstein was tracking, Aileen Cannon was their RICO obstruction solution.
They would made her a judge to RICO obstruct for Trump if they needed to do the same, and they needed to do the same, and she did the same in a provable manner, and repeatedly, establishing a pattern of her misconduct and criminal intent to harm the United States to protect treasonous child sex trafficker from being lawfully executed for their crimes against the country, who under Trump and Rubio are conspiring to engineer legal problems for Epstein victims, and they are threatening our Editor daily, who has birthright citizenship, and now it seems clear by their public threats meant to intimidate the public, government employees trying to do their job, victims, witnesses, and government whistleblowers -- because now enough evidence of their crimes is public, and their only response in more crimes and more violence.
To try and mitigate the actual terrorism and harm they can do unto themselves, our country, and our people -- we have been advocating a "joint victim" path, as there is significant evidence that Epstein's billionaires were threatened and RICOed into misconduct by Epstein, making the billionaires that affected our matter, less culpable, with us having found evidence of death threats against billionaires like Theil, and we found lots of of evidence of "do this, or else" behavior by Epstein.
Researching the same for 24 years as Epstein victims -- so much longer than most people, and where we were/are insiders -- we found that Epstein had a "creeping blackmail approach", bifurcated around his first prosecution, where he was very powerful before he was prosecuted, but after he was prosecuted for prostitution of children, and the conspiracy charges against as many as 1,971 other conspirators dropped by RICO obstruction linked to GW Bush, Robert Mueller, GOP, Alex Acosta, and others -- Epstein became emperor-like -- able to influence the richest countries in the world, because their leaders were pedophiles and/or pedophile-philes. And so ANY association with Epstein before and after his prosecution, and with Epstein having been tipped off before his first raid, as many as 5 different hard drives and computers were found "disappeared" by the time Epstein's properties were raided by Epstein's Trump and Epstein's Bill Barr (whose father, Donald Barr, was a pedophile fantasy author of Space Relations, and was Epstein's "mentor" at Dalton school for children, where Epstein had to leave due to problems associated with him showing up to children's parties and problems being reported).
After Harlan Crow bribed Clarence Thomas (which may have prompted SCOTUS' RICO obstruction conspiracy to harm the United States by unlawfully legalizing bribery and RICO, masked as campaign speech) -- Harlan Crow and Leon Black's Bill Barr [but also GW Bush, Jeb Bush, H.R. McMaster, Chris Christie, Stephen Harper (Canada's former conversative Prime Minister, a proxy of 'prince' Andrew's and Cambridge Analytica's SCL's family), and/or others] -- secretly met with our Editor's brother in the Bohemian Club woods outside of Santa Rosa, CA -- to spy, infiltrate, intimidate, retaliate, harass, stalk, and/or RICO obstruct the Editor of Uprights News, engaged in an investigation against them on behalf of the government as a whistleblower), while Bill Barr was Attorney General, while our Editor was was processing a firehose of Special Counsel and Congressional investigations rapidly and without deviation filling in the blanks of our Editor investigation, which had been RICO obstructed by the GOP beforehand in Sacramento, 09/21/2014 (a date Lev Parnas' lawyer threatened Mike Pence with after Parnas was arrested, was a Russian-Trump orbiter linked to 2016, clearly with knowledge of the date of our Editor's entrapment by the GOP).
Within the DOJ's files, Bill Barr had been accused of being present by victim(s) during a sex trafficking rape by Leon Black -- our Editor's former employer at the most relevant times -- as our Editor was writing one of the largest whistleblower complaints in history against Leon Black's Edge Foundation billionaires, Trump orbit, Russians, and the GOP, by January 2013.
By 09/21/2014, our Editor was provably entrapped by those he had implicated a week earlier (Sacramento Police), who was provably unlawfully stopped and searched for his pro se qui tam civil complaint draft investigation materials, seized from him by Sacramento Police (who he had worked with as a volunteer prior to implicating them in crimes with and for Jeffrey Epstein), 09/21/2014, after GOP's Scott Jones and Ann Marie Schubert conspired with their GOP campaign manager, David Gilliard, and his judicial wife, M. Gilliard, to bury our Editor in false accusations that were provably false and perjury by Sacramento, and not a little perjury, a lot.
Prior to determining if our Editor had violated any laws, SacPD's arresting officers on their own MVARS video could be heard conspiring to later torture our Editor "black and blue", followed up by their own body cams and MVARS video capturing them later conspiring to extra-judicially execute the Editor in the back of their cruiser, while he was being calm and compliant. One officer realized their body cams were still on, and another officer walked by, and so the execution was thwarted, because the officer walking by in addition the video and audio makes clear our Editor was calm and quiet during the times the officers plotted to execute the Editor. The fact that one officer specified their body cameras were on, was proof of consciousness of guilt, as was the earlier-recorded plot to torture him into a bruised state. He was eventually tortured from behind, while bound from behind, in GOP's Scott Jones' controlled facility.
Scott Jones and the all GOP cast of prosecutors and judges, all of them connected in part by the GOP, and to a lesser extent to GOP's David Gilliard and Judge Gilliard, corroborated the provable perjury of the officers, and refused to answer a properly served subpoena by Sonda Coates (the former Secretary of Casper Weinberger, whose orbit Trump later pardoned), who had infiltrated our Editor at church, at the Unitarian Universalist church in Sacramento. Our Editor has since seriously lost his faith in a good God because of 24 years of torment by evil incarnate, for which no level of prayer did remedy, and instead just more and more harm, for decades, and the near exact same harm specified by all of the other victims of Epstein, Trump, and Leon Black, who are provable emotional and physical abusers, per witness statements.
And so in 2013, our Editor was in law school -- and separately a graduate business professor working for (Leon Black's) University of Phoenix, 2010-2016 -- when on Jeffrey Epstein's Leon Black's computers, using Jeffrey Epstein's Bill Gates' Microsoft software, and Jeffrey Epstein's Yahoo and Jeffrey Epstein's Google search engines, our Editor was writing one of the largest pro se qui tam civil complaints in US history, then valued at about $39 billion in government contracting fraud by Jeffrey Epstein's-financed and Jeffrey Epstein's Leon Black's-financed Edge Foundation's billionaire participants' companies they founded, owned, and/or operated.
More simply, our Editor had worked for not one, but two different companies that Jeffrey Epstein could control because he could blackmail their founders is now a reasonable and/or provable inference -- Epstein able to influence and move child sex trafficking, blackmail/extortion, and money laundering money through the companies of Leon Black and Maja Oeri Hoffman (Roche-Novartis-Genentech complex and network, who Special Counsel Robert Mueller was an attorney of their law firm(s), but also the law firm(s) of Jared Kushner, of the Trump family). The DOJ files prove the same beyond a reasonable doubt, and back to 2003, when our Editor first sued Roche, prompting Epstein to immediately beginning filing visas to go to Russia, to meet with Putin, beginning then.
And so our Editor's serial whistleblowing against Jeffrey Epstein's money laundering assets and blackmail marks, is why he conspired to have other stalk, intimidate, retaliate, and obstruct our Editor for 24 years, and in precisely the same manner specified by other Epstein, Trump, and Black victims, and so another pattern.
And so now a reasonable and/or provable inference -- as an ongoing USA government fraud investigator on behalf of the government AND because the matter continues to be RICO obstructed even after we brought a million or so pages of Epstein-Russia evidence to the DOJ in Seattle, Washington, to AUSA, WA, and to DOS RFJ -- all of whom agreed to serve as conduits and/or who agreed to have the same investigated, for cause -- and yet NONE of our million of so files are found ANYWHERE in their public files -- and Todd Blanche (the former criminal defense attorney for Trump's crimes and also for the Russians) has seemingly admitted to following illegal orders of Trump outside of official capacity, him having admitted he is not in compliance with the Congressional demand to hand over our files -- which laid out the legal argument OUTSIDE of SCOTUS' RICO obstructing immunity for those disqualified to appoint 6 of them -- proving Trump was never legally the President, for example, but not limited to all of his felonies, each of which disqualified him, we pointed out to the DOJ with evidence proving the same, August 24, 2024, is a reasonable inference.
The inference was reasonable, as our Epstein files are now missing (proof of consciousness of guilt, and also proof of an exceptional legal analysis that can't be defended against, which is why they are obstructing Congress is a reasonable inference).
Epstein files are missing from the DOJ's database when we checked over and over again. If we were way off base, our million pages of evidence would still be available, and there would be internal DOJ documents discussing the nature of the same, and what to do about the same, and at least some of what we provided would have been made available to the public, but our files were not made available and are still missing.
We employed keyword searches using AI to search 2-3 million pages of evidence within minutes, and none of the keywords we employed, and which would not have been the subject of redactions, could be found. And so we tried more keywords we knew were employed in the DOJ files we provided, and also missing.
And so there is no evidence our Epstein files ever were released. So we have been complaining to law makers and others about the same ever since, because we know what we found in our files, and we know why our files aren't being released, because the same would require removal of Epstein's and Russia's proxies from our American public offices, to protect our country from their campaign of harm against us all, now seeking to harm the American government and people in as many ways as possible to intimidate and RICO obstruct. Anyone who disagrees with this ongoing terrorism is now DARVO-labeled to RICO obstruct a "terrorist", in our Editor's case for trying to protect himself and little kids from being murdered in illegal experiments, comixing government contracting financing with the treasonous child sex trafficking and elections theft to RICO obstruct operations of Jeffrey Epstein. These folks own more than half of all wealth on Earth between 8 of them.
Our missing million or so DOJ Epstein files, which came with spreadsheets of their financial arrangements, is a glaring red flag, because other "discredited" Epstein victims and their complaints are found in the DOJ files, but not ours, and we provided the files to the DOJ well before Congress demanded the files be released. So where are our files?
Based on leaks by the DOJ, Pam Bondi, Special Counsel Jack Smith, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and the GOP, and based on video recorded and/or written assurances by DOJ and DOS circa 08/29/2024 and 08/24/2024, respectively, we believe we know and can prove our Aileen Cannon and/or Clarence Thomas-buried files are found in Jack Smith's Report, Part II, likely within Arctic Frost (formerly Crossfire Hurricane, in a manner to perpetually keep our matter an "ongoing investigation" for the sake of RICO obstructing that investigation forever, coupled to Aileen Cannon sealing our evidence of all of this forever), and in the context she unlawfully gagged our Editor's and others' Brady evidence, and in the context that what we provided to DOJ, DOS, and Jack Smith in 2024, proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Aileen Cannon also sealed flaws in her own appointment and that of 6/9 GOP SCOTUS 'justices', who like Trump, aren't legally nor officially appointed, making them de facto officers at best. De facto officers may not in any manner operate outside of official capacity, nor can they engage in bad behavior, nor bad faith behavior, or else they may be removed from office and all of their changes to government voided or mooted by US laws we cited to DOJ, DOS, and Special Counsel Smith, all missing from the DOJ files, buried by Aileen Cannon in conspiracy with Clarence Thomas and/or others in a provable manner, but for the RICO obstruction of our Editor in the State of CA, by the State of CA, who became implicated by 2005, along with Arnold Schwarzenegger, whose office refused to nip this in the bud in 2005, and how Sacramento Police became implicated, refusing to investigate the crimes linked to Epstein we reported to Sacramento Police before volunteering to serve our community with and for them.
In the Epstein client lists and books we make available in our menu at the top of the page, one thing is true, that the three largest named families in the Epstein book were EYES' UK/EU royals, EYES' Trump family, and Trump's Kennedy family (included Schwarzenegger, Shriver, Cuomo, and Hollywood's Pratt), and so the GOP and Schwarzenegger RICO obstructed Epstein's matter in 2005, while other Epstein victims harmed by the same people, were trying to sue these Epstein offenders in Florida.
We have actually read the original charging document and it sought to charge Epstein in a conspiracy, which was later abandoned, and the same allowed Trump to later run for office, and to RICO obstruct this 2005 obstruction, which he would not have been able to do if Alex Acosta, GOP, Mueller, and/or others hadn't RICO obstructed the conspiracy prosecution. Once we figured out the conspiracy, Trump, Schwarzenegger, GW Bush, Bill Barr, and others scrambled to "engineer distance", by public comments and/or lawsuits attacking one another and/or other conspirators, to make it look like conspirators were enemies, when they were "friend-enemies".
Insiders at Bohemian Club have revealed Bill Barr postures that he hates Donald Trump, after spending years RICO obstructing the many crimes Barr could have put Trump in prison for, but didn't, and he didn't because Barr needed to obstruct as badly as Trump, each accused of being present with raped sex trafficking victims, per the victims statements to the DOJ, ignored like ours, again because our "joint victimhood" reveals everything that happened to American 2002-2026, which is why our files our missing, and why our Brady evidence proving all of this has been sealed forever. And so Judge Sullivan wanting to videotape of the unredacted files is a God-sent for us, because it will reveal whether or not our files are there, and if so, our concealed files will finally be revealed, as we have pushed hard for.
But we are advocating responsible release of the same, which means we want those we accused to be recognized as victims also, because we can prove that the most powerful of them influencing most of the others harming us, were more likely than not victims of Epstein also. So we are not crazy radicals hoping to takedown the government, nor are we radicals nor terrorists, nor are we foreign agents like Epstein, Trump, Barr, Thiel, and/or Ruemmler, but instead and like them, victims of Epstein, victimized by other victims of Epstein, who now after his death find themselves trapped in escalation of commitment by his blackmailing of them to harm non-billionaire victims. Though they have the greatest voice, and we have almost none, our small voice is their greatest defense to their decades of crimes against our countries and peoples.
And so we have asked to testify to Congress (we asked Adam Schiff and Ro Khanna's offices, also asking to meet with Thomas Massie), and we have asked DOJ to meet with DOJ and DOS, to protect us all, but instead, we continue to be ignored, and worse, we continue to be threatened with death EVERY DAY by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, who have been using government assets, employees, and contractors, to stalk, cyberstalk, cyberterrorize, intimidate, retaliate, harass, interfere with economic activity and communications to other investigators, also sending government employees and contractors to our Editor's home and place of business to literally and provably (see our Terror Log) stalk, intimidate, retaliate, harbor, further misprision, witness intimidation, whistleblower retaliation, and more, to RICO obstruct justice for the United States and its people, beholden to treasonous child sex traffickers.
The following is a precursor to visiting our Terror Log section -- as is the following legal and statistical analysis of the death threats we face almost DAILY by government contractors directly linked to Jeffrey Epstein, including but not limited to Jeffrey Epstein's Henry Kravis' KKR's Reach Air, Jeffrey Epstein's Warran Buffet's NetJets, Thiel AV LLC, McClellan Park, and/or others, and reported to the DOJ by August 29, 2024, and so this is now retaliation of that DOJ ignored whistleblower retaliation complaint, ignored specifically to harm the United States, murdered and trafficked children, and our Editor.
What follows this summary and the "statistical legal analysis of intent", are more examples of our Editor being stalked, intimidated, and threatened with death by government employees and contractors in gross violation of Sarbanes Oxley, Whistleblower Protection, False Claim, and Posse Comitatus Acts -- in hopes that maybe Judge Sullivan or someone will eventually protect us and other victims, including billionaire victims, from all of this. But it seems the billionaires have lost hope, turned radical terrorists, and it seems they feel a need to continue to stalk, punish, harm, retaliate, threatened with death, and they are using government assets to do the same against Jeffrey Epstein's victims, as they specified they would in Trump's and Leon Black's victims' lawsuits, and so a pattern by the same people harming different victims all linked to Epstein here.
The problem we face is that we are trying to follow the law, which they need us not to do, and which they don't do unless it protects them, and so they are the ones violating the law, and they don't want others to know, and all of this is how they achieved the same and "got away with it".
Interestingly, in the same year Epstein was first arrested, our Editor wrote a book using Bill Gates' Microsoft, one he never published and entitled, "How to kill a baby and get away with it". Our Editor's adult life has since been near totally been destroyed for 24 years, and per our reporting here at UPRights News, that's how the book ends, with them getting away with it, unless a critical mass of government employees and/or deceived civilians can very quickly come together to protect the country from ALL of Epstein victims, not just the billionaires.
Here are some of the billionaires of Jeffrey Epstein we believe we can prove have violated our rights over a period of 24 years, supported by the million of so pages of evidence we provided DOJ and DOS in 2024, supported by three Special Counsel investigations born out of our Editor's RICO obstructed pro se qui tam 09/21/2014, with the defendants and others named therein thereafter conspiring to overthrow the 2016 elections to permanently RICO obstruct our matter, now being RICO obstructed by Aileen Cannon, Clarence Thomas, SCOTUS, Trump, GOP, Todd Blanche, Jeanne Pirro, and/or others we document below this visual summary.
The following misconduct was documented by "print screen-ing" flight radar available online during times we were stalked and threatened with death by government assets, employees who should know better than to violate illegal orders by badly behaving de facto officers giving harmful orders in bad faith, which we reported to at least one Inspector General, the DOJ, DOS RFJ, two CA State Senators (Feinstein and Schiff) and/or others, and artificial intelligence has concluded in the file above that this harm we have documented proves statistical intent to harm, and separately, DOD's Pete Hegseth admitted to this harmful conduct being intentional, leaving ZERO DOUBT.
We begin with the military assets being illegally employed out of California to stalk and intimidate Epstein victims in Rocklin, CA, specifically our Editor, who has been a victim of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate's ongoing RICO obstruction conspiracy for government fraud since 2002, the conspiracy documented by Cal OSHA (now the Department of Industrial Relations who chose to further RICO obstruction of justice this year under the failed leadership of Trump and Fox News favorite, Gavin Newsom.
State of CA RICO obstructing the retaliation of our Editor, after them documenting the conspiracy to retaliate and obstruct a protected whistleblower, is evidence of consciousness of guilt by failed leadership. Because the actual law required State of CA to investigate, but they won't because we implicated them in the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein to the DOJ, and so here a bipartisan organized crime syndicate operating a RICO obstruction enterprise, connected by Gavin Newsom's ex-wife, which was Donald Trump Jr.'s ex-fiance, and in the context Gavin Newsom is openly stumping for Epstein's billionaires, protecting them from being fairly taxes in CA, while they fund him towards POTUS, where he is expected to RICO obstruct our matter further is a very reasonable inference, and now calling into question why Kamala Harris ran for POTUS, as one of the Attorney Generals in CA under whose auspices we were so gravely harmed. We had named her in one of earlier investigations, but then found she behaved in a manner that would have protected the US and CA, so we dropped her from our investigation, but then she ran for POTUS, and our matter was RICO obstructed while she was VPSCOTUS, and so smells real bad from here.
We had also named Dianne Feinstein, and removed her for similar reasons, only to find out she was secretly meeting with our Editor's brother in restaurants and in her office Washington, DC, while having fingers in Crossfire Hurricane obstructed by Bill Barr (who also met with our Editor's brother in secret, along with GW Bush and Jeb Bush, EACH of whom we had implicated in our investigation BEFOREHAND in a provable date-stamped manner). So that smells pretty bad also.
And since we dropped a million pages of IRAC-analyzed Epstein-Russia pages of evidence onto the DOJ, with 10,000 pages of IRAC-analysis, and proved that government assets were being used to deprive us of our rights, the following fighter jets have flown way off course to retaliate against our whistleblowing to protect the United States from its criminal element.
Per artificial intelligence analysis of the laws and incidences recorded, fighter jet pilots have divebombed our Editor's home and place of business, accelerated military weapons towards him and his family's home and/or their community, in a manner artificial intelligence revealed was in fact criminal behavior, deprivation of rights, and major violations of all sorts of criminal laws.
Isn't it important for every American to defend against ANY abuse of power used to deprive the government and their people of their rights demanded by their legal system and Constitution, if the purpose of the violators is to overthrow and destroy the American government and people as agents of Russia and Saudi Arabia (Epstein specified to Jaglan that he could help Putin control Trump, and now new reporting appears to reveal maybe he also provided the same blackmail materials to 9/11's Saudis -- who Trump and Kushner are business 'partners' with -- and who Trump just approved nuclear weapons for, the folks behind 9/11 it is alleged)? Isn't defending one's self and government from organized crime seeking to destroy one's government and self reasonable? Sure it is, that is what Trump, Epstein, Russia, Saudis, and/or others are doing here below, defending themselves, but clearly failing to understand that the same only harms them more, and will only threaten them more in the future. Again, their conduct is legal only if in official capacity, and there is no official capacity for using military assets against U.S. citizens, because they are victims of Jeffrey Epstein with some to most of the missing million or so pages of evidence, also proving their intent.
And so the following conduct is evidence of proof of consciousness of guilt, and everyone should read the file above first, to understand statistical intent, before going forward.
The basic idea and conclusion is that if a pilot has a 1/360 chance of flying in any direction -- though we also did an analysis for straight line paths, and the results are always the same -- specifically, ANY pilot or network of pilots, who fly/flies way off course by at least 1 mile, at least twice, has proven statistical intent to harm.
If they do the same 3 times alone or together, then it is a provable criminal conspiracy to deprive our Editor of his rights with ZERO DOUBT, which means they can go to jail.
Some of the offenders have flown off course, divebombed government assets, while accelerating (sometimes so far below the legal altitude as to immediately constitute a crime, including attacks between 200 ft and 500 ft in a 1300 ft minimum area), which courts have found is unlawful search, and which is considered extremely dangerous, because the pilots don't have enough time to respond if their vehicle fails, to prevent massive loss of life, and so this conduct is certainly criminal, and totally outside of official capacity, because the goal is to harm the US government, murdered and endangered children, and our Editor, and forever).
Some of these offenders wearing government uniforms and/or on government contract, have likely attacked us over 100 times by now, most of them government employees and/or contractors who work together in the Greater Sacramento Area.
The scale of government waste over 10 years of this harm directed at us in order to RICO obstruct for Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate is surely enormous here, used to deprive American citizens of their right to protect themselves, their government, and murdered and endangered children.
And so we most definitely welcome Judge Sullivan or anyone else trying to defend America and us all by unredacting the files, recording their contents, to determine in the future who knew what and when and what they did with that information, and if they used the same to harm our Editor, Judge Sullivan and the future will learn of the same, or not, depends on whether or not the threats against the United States by its criminal element within are legally-neutralized.
History isn't optimistic, and proposes more crimes and RICO obstruction and distractions and power grabs and false flag enemies will be used to further RICO obstruct, and yet so many people want this information released.
Interestingly, victims of Epstein who were paid to be victims, and later sued and received massive payouts, are advocating for files NOT to be released, and the failure to release the same is obstructing us, the government, and murdered and endangered children used in illegal medical experiments.
And so we are advocating for ALL victims to be recognized, not just the ones getting massive compensation for possibly lesser crimes with respect to the volume of crimes directed at us for 24 years, these other victims and billionaire victims they know too well and their RICO proxies ALL advocating for our obstruction by not releasing files, which seem to be mostly our files, smells really bad also.
Have any of these other victims been stalked, intimidated, retaliated against, and/or RICO obstructed by as many government assets, employees, and contractors to the same level, extent, or volume as the Editor of Uprights News? Why do only some Epstein victims get justice? Who is picking and choosing which victims get justice and who gets protected here from all of the following?
This is infamous recidivist Roper21, who had most certainly attacked us more than 3 times, and has proven their criminal intent, and their behavior outside of official capacity, which may include them joining the conspiracy because they were illegally ordered to, which won't be a defense here, because they had the legal option of not following illegal orders as a matter of legal conscientiousness, but chose to violate the rights of Epstein victims by agreeing to stalk them with military assets, divebombed our Editor, while accelerating weapons of mass destruction towards his home and community in a manner he was able to document, prove, and report, followed by ZERO investigation by RICO obstructors, so one big racket.
Taxation with ZERO representation, and so why pay taxes at all? To fund Trump? Jeffrey Epstein's billionaires? A pension for these monsters stalking and intimidating Epstein victims with fast and low flying fighter jets flown off course, and directed as weapons of death towards our Editor's family's home, destroying the whole family's sense of security, all of them living in fear Epstein's crime syndicate will harm them even more, for even longer than 24 years.

Here is a chopper blasting us below the 1300 ft minimum altitude in our city. Furthermore the speed and altitude prove divebombing + acceleration conduct over the home of our Editor, is intimidation to RICO obstruct.
Then this criminal dove to 1000 ft and circled over our Editor's family's home, well below the minimum altitude.
Here is Roper99 stalking and intimidating us with deadly weapons, and clearly flying off course also.
Towards the bottom left of the loop above the pilot who was headed Northwest, flew way off course to our Editor's home and blasted him at 344 miles per hour with deadly weapons.
Here is one of the types of paired cyberattacks we have experienced, which come in many forms, but our internet devices are attacked often when we are subjected to aerial terrorism and threats of death under color of law and in gross violation of US law, and so not at all official capacity, and one day Trump's pardons and clemency may be found to have been legally-non-existence or rendered moot, and future investigators may come after these folks harming us, and take their adult lives away from them, harming their families, but lawfully, unlike what is being done to us here.
Here below, an entire airport's arrivals and departures have been disappeared online, only to be found later. Here it is important to note that our Editor is a veteran, and so he bears no ill will against his brothers and sisters in arms, but will for sure stand up to anyone trying to harm the United States military or government in this manner by turning military assets against civilians paying for the same. Because that's what good people do, they stand up against evil people, any time, and every time, and they don't cower, nor do they stalk and attack the defenseless.
Our research into their conduct revealed that about 1/25 to 1/5 people are sociopaths and/or other dark triad personality types -- Trump's base -- and they are distributed across the population in every agency, company, non-profit, church, school, and the like, and they are the ones who cause all the problems for everyone else, as a result of ultimately them not feeling like they have received or stolen enough of more than their fair share of America's resources. And these are who are conspiring to harm us below.
Conversely, 24/25 to 4/5 people are not sociopaths nor dark triad, and that includes across the military, law enforcement, billionaires, and the like. So most people are good people, but these dark triad types are for sure humanity's central problem, and yet as we have argued, also the solution to overpopulation, or as EU 'royal' Hans Adam has been quoted as saying regarding the EU royals, and paraphrasing, their goal is to "scare the public into sacrifices of blood and treasure", the non-billionaires sacrificing their blood, so the billionaires can profit off the culling of the herd is a reasonable inference.
So we defended US troops more than once by trying to bring this matter to the government in as many ways as we could, but to no avail, resulting in so many more US troops being murdered to distract from the Epstein files.
And so while we are trying to protect the 24/25 in the US military who are good people, the 1/25 to 1/5 portion of the dark triad personality types have been conspiring to stop us from protecting the US/Commonwealth militaries/law enforcement being sacrificed for government contracting treasures received by Epstein's billionaires. The CIA knows all too well they have been put in harms way by all of this. And so if all of these institutions have to fail us, then as Epstein victims, we aid to defend as many troops, law enforcement, intel officers, our government, our rule of law, and our rights by coming forward and offering to help make better sense of all of this to protect our country, our troops, and ourselves. The same is only reasonable and lawful.
Here are additional military asset-based attacks and/or perceived attacks based on AI's statistical and legal intent guidelines. Most of these attacks come from Marysville, CA, about an hour drive away, and so for these pilots to regularly fly way off course to our Editor's home is provable intent calculated AI -- and in the context we offered a million missing Epstein-Russia conspiracy pages of evidence to Congress, DOJ, and DOS, who ignored the same, then sent these pilot to threaten us is a reasonable inference, but outside of official capacity, and provable.
And to be clear, we have years of documented harm, and so these hundred or so examples below are just some of the most recent examples of government resources being used to actively stalk and threaten Epstein's victims.
Here is likely military aircraft MANU61 caught flying off a straight line to McClellan Park terrorism cell, beelining North to our Editor's community, flying off course by an estimated 20 miles off course, when there was no need to do the same, other than to stalk and terrorize our Editor.

Here's Roper21 clearly flying off course from an otherwise straight path to Beale AFB, to terrorize us, again, intent proven with a 3rd stalking and intimidation event with deadly weapons. Statistically, this pilot would have to not fly over nor by our Editor's home 1080 times to randomly fly over 3 times, and that is low balling the same, based on the 1/360 degrees pilots can choose to fly, but if you compare the surface area of a mile around our Editor's home to the rest of California or Placer County, it becomes clear too fast that this conduct has to be intentional, because it is otherwise defying the laws of statistics, which is less likely.
This is the Aspen series of fighter jets being deployed to stalk, intimidate, retaliated against, harass, and threaten Epstein victims with deadly weapons at 1800 ft at 344 miles per hour is again probably too low and fast for this pilot to recover and not wipe out an entire neighborhood with deadly weapons attached to the fighter jets is a reasonable inference.

This next cache of very recent attacks by government contractors are very likely being directed by Jeffrey Epstein's Henry Kravis, a very close friend of Jeffrey Epstein, and who Epstein advised others to comix finances with.
We found Henry Kravis all over the Epstein files, and he owns KKR, which owns Reach Air and Cal-Star government contractors, who have been terrorizing us for years, and were among the first to terrorize us from Trump's and Newsom's subordinates and government contracting recipients at government contractor and conspirator McClellan Park.
Furthermore, as illustrated above and duplicated immediately below for convenience, Kravis is seemingly a contractor for UC Davis, Stanford University, and/or Kaiser Permamente, and each of them we blew the whistle on, and so here superimposed crimes by very same network of government contractors, named in our 9/21/2014 RICO obstruction, also the same conspirators named in our August 29, 2024 DOJ million page or so submission, and where AI can make short work of our million page investigation in minutes, and AI specified in minutes all the crimes we have been subjected to, leaving ZERO doubt that our IRAC legal analysis and evidence provided to DOJ, Aileen Cannon, Clarence Thomas, SCOTUS, Bill Barr, Robert Mueller was always on the mark, and precisely identified the contours and membership of Jeffrey Epstein's child sex trafficking ring, which is why we are being stalked and threatened with death daily by the criminal element perverting and harming our government agencies, now weaponized against the Editor of Uprights News here, to harm US troops, to put more and more law enforcement in harm's way also, and so of course we are going to defend ourselves, our troops, and our country from the same. Of course we are.
We would join treason and terrorism against our country if we didn't try to defend against the same, and it seems like in the future there is going to be a major reckoning, regardless if we continue to try and defend America, founded by the Editor's family, the first laws, the first armies, the first government, and that government was one for people, and not these foreign or any (billionaire) princes.
And so with some of that context, and linked to the broader conspiracy to deprive us of our rights, below -- after this image below we go into a big data dump against child sex trafficker-phile, Henry Kravis, in no particular order, just a data dump, but going through the same leaves little room for Henry Kravis and KKR to defend themselves against their years of stalking and intimidation of our Editor to RICO obstruct for comixed finances of Epstein, Kravis, and/or all these others into one big privatized socialist, anti-American, and anti-Christian child sex trafficking ring, stalking victims and engaged in witness intimidation to RICO obstruct here with deadly weapons, in gross violation of the False Claims Act, and at least three other acts we have specified herein, and in violations of all sorts of criminal, military, and civil law, due to failed leadership.
And so hear is Henry Kravis' Reach Air flying way off course North then West, instead of Southwest from Folsom Lake to return to MCC. This conduct alone is what AI found was likely proof of intent by a single pilot, because of how much off course the pilot flew off course to reach our neighborhood.

Here's the proof Epstein's Kravis was linked to Kaiser Medical Center, which is super important as we blew the whistle on Kaiser's government fraud, and so here you have a vendor or client of Kaiser, both receiving or sharing government contracting funds directly or indirectly.
Kaiser separately has conspired to harm the wife of the Editor, who worked there, but she was protected by a union, so they made her life hell instead, as follows. They made her responsible for training hundreds of nurses, but refused to provide her a team, like smaller Kaiser hospitals have, and hers is the largest and soon scheduled to be the largest in the state or country, and she still hasn't been provided the support other smaller Kaisers are being provided.
When she asked for the same, specifying patient safety concerns, they pretended to give her labor hours, but in a sneaky manner literally took those labor hours away from her, justifying the need for more labor for her, then not giving it to her.
Kaiser separately conspired to harm our Editor, when they slipped defamations into our Editor's health record, which remains significantly inaccurate, and where the defamations were slanderous accusations by Dr. Maria Caparas, who slipped in an incredibly damning medical note into our Editor's medical record, without ever letting him know about the same, and never treating him for what she fraudulently slipped into his record, accusing him of being schizophrenic, when he had been to law school, he had used the elements of law, and evidence, to come to his reasonable conclusions.
Our Editor was never told he was suspected of being schizophrenic, he was never treated for the same, and here is the additional proof -- Kaiser required patients take information classes before receiving treatment, and he was never offered nor took any sort of schizophrenia class. He was never provided any schizophrenic medicine by Caparas, in fact, she obstructed his ability to access medicine, so he let the DOJ know.
As communicated to the DOJ, Caparas worked at Kaiser in the same department as our Editor's coworker from Stanford, who our Editor blew the whistle on to the DOJ, only for us to find out now that Epstein's orbit was heavily linked to Stanford, and now Kravis linked to Stanford, who shared goverment funds with Kaiser, Roche, UC Davis, and other conspirators we blew the whistle against to the DOJ, all part of Epstein's crimes against us, disappeared from the Epstein files.
What is interesting though is how Epstein's orbit engineered schizophrenia like behavior in Epstein victims, by threatening them for 24 years, leaving them in constant fear, only for the likes of Caparas to fail to ask, if our Editor had a reasonable basis or evidence of his claims, which should have been her first question to determine if he was a victim of crimes, as he said he was, or if he had no evidence, then perhaps this would mean no reasonable basis for his claims, and would lend well to being delusional and schizophrenic, but if he was, then why hide his million files addressing these false claims? Why not make them available for scrutiny, other than to RICO obstruct by medical fraud here? Res ipsa loquitur malum in se here also.
Our Editor has 3 university degrees, whereas most Americans have struggled to complete one. Our Editor has written 10 books in the last year, and most people will never write a book. Our Editor has been granted 5 patents, including for technologies that can solve most of the problems on Earth, coupled to 200 scribed trade secrets. Our Editor has written hundreds of articles, including peer-reviewed medical research publications in scientific journals. He has been a graduate business professor and has trained and managed an estimated 3,000 companies, executives, managers, employees, and graduate students.
Our Editor's whistleblower retaliation complaint was almost 9000 pages long, in IRAC civil complaint format -- the equivalent of about 33 university textbooks, carefully comparing evidence to the elements of law and their authorities to capture as much crime as possible in a methodical manner, across about a million pages of evidence.
This is not what schizophrenia looks like. Most people can't achieve and will never achieve even a small fraction of these accomplishments, which a schizophrenic could never organize. Our Editor has written an estimated 50 university textbooks worth of research, which even top university professors would struggle to do. But unlike them, his is a race against time, which is why he can rarely time more than a few second or minutes to edit what he writes, advocating for quantity of crimes over the quality of how to communicate the same.
We have had AI analyze the mental health of our Editor, and AI has concluded he is not at all schizophrenic, he reasons much better than most people, and that he was a victim of crime, who was harmed by those violating the law, and AI has written us mega lawsuits, because our facts supported the same AI, who argued serious crimes were violate to harm us in this manner -- so our Editor is not delusional, not schizophrenic, and all over Jeffrey Epstein's treasonous child sex traffickers harming our country -- in a manner the DOJ and all the richest people seem terrified of, and with good reason.
Because one of the Epstein victims may have been a truer stable genius relative to them all, and discovered their crimes and let as many people know as possible, to defend the United States, founded by his family.
This is why they are panicking, and why two Trump presidencies and SCOTUS dockets have been used to focus on RICO obstruction of our matter in all the ways we could prove they did, and why the most powerful people in the world are stalking and threatening our Editor with combined and shared resources with treasonous child sex traffickers, but now they are no longer using their resources, but taxpayer funds to stalk and intimidate and RICO obstruct taxpayers and OUR government, in overt furtherance of the govermment fraud we have whistleblown for is certain.
Unfortunately, our Editor now may face terminal cancer, and Kaiser is refusing him imaging appointments, and now the doctor has gone on leave, and our Editor may die of terminal cancer, because Kaiser is refusing to allow our Editor access to medicine again. Our Editor had an imaging appointment yesterday after wanting one for months, but it was "disappeared" hours after he made the appointment in person.
And so if our Editor has developed an early terminal cancer, it is likely because he has been murdered or poisoned, and Kaiser isn't treating him for the same. So he began demanding diagnosis, and is still waiting. He had an imaging appointment on 07/28/2026, which was disappeared, and then his imaging order disappeared, then he started filing written complaints, and now he has to wait for his appointment or for his death.
Separately, Kaiser Air also joined this aerial stalking and terrorism conspiracy, and from a 2 hour drive away, intent established, now heavily-linked to Henry Kravis, KKR, Jeffrey Epstein, Stanford, UC Davis, and other conspirators we will continue to elucidate any way we can to protect the government and troops from being killed. The following evidence from the DOJ specifies why Kravis became involved, because our Editor's former employer, Leon Black, asked Epstein to meet with Kravis to launder child sex trafficking ring and blackmail funds through Kravis also. And at defendant UC Davis, we found Kravis' Cal-Star (CMD6), and this important, as UC Davis and Sacramento Police conspired to obstruct on-campus sexual violence crimes, fraudulent medical research trials on cancer patients, blackmail of our Editor, and/or theft crimes, which our Editor asked Sacramento Police to investigate, but they RICO obstructed the crimes we asked them to investigate, and later we implicated them in the conspiracy as a result, and we did so at least one week before they conspired to entrap our Editor with GOP, 09/21/2014, and we found that before our Editor was entrapped, Epstein was furiously meeting not by phone, not by email, but in person with Leon Black (arguably blackmailed by Epstein about $160M), Bill Gates (arguably blackmailed by Epstein by at least millions we found), Katherine Ruemmler (Epstein's girlfriend, who was provably threatened by email by Epstein, to get rid of an apartment she liked, or else, he would revert to behavior from the past he threatened by email), Peter Thiel (was threatened by Epstein with the death of his Russian counterpart), France's and Russia's Bill Burns (who like Ruemmler was in a position to have the editor stalked and entrapped by leaders in the administration, currently plotting to do the same, or publicly threatening the same, while privately threatening our Editor with deadly weapons near-daily, while Aileen Cannon seals the evidence that would defeat all of this, including our Editor's Brady evidence).

This was followed by a defamation conspiracy in print and online, which is actually obstruction of justice and whistleblower retaliation overt furtherance of ongoing conspiracy spokes started at Roche and Kelly.
This 22 year online defamation and whistleblower retaliation conspiracy was spread by Jeffrey Epstein's Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo -- Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Sergey Brin, Larry Pages, Marissa Mayer, and Leon Black -- ALL of whom were Edge Foundation billionaires literally meeting minds with one another regularly, including discussing the problems they were facing together, per an Edge agenda, exactly around the time our Editor implicated Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, and Roche in one of the largest whistleblower lawsuits in US history.
The defamation article included comments from our Editor's lawyer, who concealed his participation in the defamatory article from our Editor, after defrauding our Editor to protect Epstein's Roche and his legal team linked to Kravis' college in the East San Francisco Bay, not far from CHORI, not far from Roche.
But the article also included comments from UCSF, and this was meant to intimidate our Editor, as he had worked there, done a good job, and they weren't involved in this situation at Roche, but as it was Kelly Services who had placed our Editor at UCSF, and who our Editor also sued, it is a reasonable inference that Kelly and/or Roche and/or other conspirators seeking to defame him, solicited UCSF to participate in the defamatory article, to have one of his former employers join this harm against him, to protect Epstein's Roche, whose owner Maja Oeri Hoffman was also an Edge Foundation members with these other billionaires.
In the DOJ files, we also found evidence of many of them forming a different business together, "Foundation" Medicine. And so Kravis operating Cal-Star and Reach Air in a conspiracy to stalk and terrorize Epstein victims, along with and/or at UC Davis, Stanford, Kaiser, and/or UCSF, is not insignificant nor irrelevant but significant and relevant.
How many schizophrenics possibly facing terminal cancer deprived access to medical care and legal rights would it take to figure out all of this before they die by way of poisoning and/or medical fraud at the hands of Kaiser, linked to Henry Kravis and Jeffrey Epstein?
