As specified in our section dedicated to the Crossfire Hurricane Origins, the Editor of UpRights News was stalked and lynched by the Russian Federation and/or Sacramento/CA GOP/RNC between 10/20/2013 and 09/21/2014, and thereafter -- who (Russian Federation and/or Sacramento/CA GOP/RNC) unlawfully-seized and distributed the pro se relator qui tam civil complaint investigation of the Editor of UpRights News.

This investigation was researching and proving from an "insider" perspective the ongoing organized crimes against the United States, the Editor of UpRights News, murdered and endangered children, and others by Trump Organization, Trump Tower tenants who were business partners with oligarchs operating in Russia by January 2013, the same Russian oligarchs operating in Russia, Russians, the GOP/RNC, and others.
The lynched investigation was RICO-obstructed by the GOP/RNC under the administrations of Arnold Schwarzeneggar (who Trump would later tap to replace him as the host of Celebrity Apprentice, after the Editor of UpRights News brought the crimes against children by the Trump orbit to Schwarzeneggar's CA Governor's Office, office only to be ignored or further RICO obstructed, and where the Editor of UpRights News was also RICO obstructed by the GOP's administration of G.W. Bush.
After the lynching of the investigation, G.W. Bush infiltrated and/or met with the brother of the Editor of UpRights News, along with his brother, Jeb Bush, along with the chief obstructor of Crossfire Hurricane/Mueller Investigation -- Bill Barr -- along with Harlan Crow -- who bribed SCOTUS, who dismantled a large volume of the law constructing the Editor's lynched qui tam thereafter.
Trump's General H.R. McMaster also met with the family of the Editor in California after the qui tam investation was lynched by the CA GOP -- in the context that the conspiracy was overtly furthered by other RICO obstructive agents linked to the tenants of Trump-visited and GOP administration-financed McClellan Park linked to McMaster and Mike Flynn.
McMaster had separately RICO-obstructed justice for Trump's treason by falsely proposing Trump had not committed treason with Russia, when former CIA Director Brennan and/or former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner specified the contrary.
Similarly, the champion of Crossfire Hurricane, Senator Dianne Feinstein met not once, but twice with the brother of the Editor of Crossfire Hurricane, after his investigation was stalked and lynched by the Russian Federation, GOP, and/or by former "advisors" of Rosneft's Alfa Bank (who later connected to Trump Tower servers the same year, and others), but not limited to the same.
Once engineered into power by the Russians, Cambridge Analytica, the orbit of Jeffrey Epstein, GOP, and others -- Trump, Kash Patel, the GOP, a former Russian military man (Alexander Muller), former advisor's to Alfa Bank (Fomitchev), agents of Russian oligarchs (A.P. This week some developing facts in the "Origins of Crossfire Hurricane" emerged and/or were furthered.
Specifically the 2015-2024 co-conspirators of,

(3) Paul Manafort from Trump Tower,
(4) Michael Cohen from Trump Tower,
(5) Russians from Trump Tower,

(10) Rosneft,
(11) Mike Flynn, and/or
(12) Putin's and Trump's Felix Sater, but not limited to the same -- specifically the Mercer family of Cambridge Analytica and Breitbart -- linked to Trump Tower tenant Kellyann Conway and Jeffrey Epstein's Steve Bannon -- (Mercers) were revealed this week as in part financing Trump's fraudulent bid for POTUS 2024 and/or his legal problems.
"Among those on the guest list are hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer and his daughter Rebekah who had distanced themselves from the former president and previously told friends they had no plans to help his 2024 campaign." Seats for the dinner are as much as $800,000 each, which is well above the $5000 political donation limit, and wreaks of privatized socialists linked to enemies of the United States and the crime syndicate and/or orbit of child sex trafficker to Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused in a lawsuit with Trump of gang raping and sodomizing children as young as 12 and 13 years.

As specified across our reporting, the ongoing organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein and Putin -- linked by the ICC arrest warrant for Putin for child (sex) trafficking, and the 06/09/2016 Trump Tower meeting seeking to traffic children from Russia to Jeffrey Epstein's Trump family -- has played an over-sized role in most of America's and the world's problems since at least 9/11 -- which we were able to trace back further to specific families of WWII, including but not limited to,
(1) the GOP's Bush family and administrations, who (A) helped finance Hitler's bombing of Britain at the urging of the "Traitor King" Edward VIII, who wanted the British bombed into submission, and (B) where the GOP Bush administration later provided as many as 1,971 Jeffrey Epstein's clients, financiers, and associates (including Donald Trump) unlawful RICO-obstructive "sweetheart" non-prosecution deals for their role or association with the raping of sex trafficked children by Jeffrey Epsetin (a RICO conspiracy later furthered by the GOP SCOTUS majority of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate's and Russia's Mercer's Federalist Society, illegitimately installed several GOP post treason and elections fraud conspiracies per our earlier reporting and that of The Hartmann Report), and who infiltrated and met with the family of the Editor of UpRights News after his investigation was lynched elucidating much of the same above;

(3) the Wildenstein family, who (A) in part financed G.W. Bush into Texas politics; (B) lived in Trump Tower; (C) worked with and were friends with the family of the Editor of UpRights News; (D) were the alleged godparents of Jeffrey Epstein's UK royals' child(ren) [likely Harry who moved to the home state of the Editor of UpRights News to become a democratic influencer, and whose family secretly tried to influence Governor Newsome to yield the late Senator Dianne Feinstein's seat to the UK royals over affairs in CA, to no avail]; and/or (E) were the art experts of Edward VIII's and the Bush family's Hitler as he bombed and looted Europe by way of the same type of purge Trump is advocating, and the same way Trump's ally Netanyahu is doing in Palestine, and/or others, but not limited to the same.
There are a lot more connections to America's and the world's greatest crises linked to these crime families, the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein, Putin, Russia, and/or others, and where our research found that these WWII crime families had overtly furthered ongoing organized crimes through to the modern era -- which was background research for the Russian and GOP stalked pro se qui tam of the Editor of UpRights News -- a former business faculty member, whose academic research focus was and is American and European organized crime syndicates, white collar criminal networks, and corrupted public offices, between 2013 to 2024 -- research which dug deeper and found linked organized crimes and organizations as far back as the Privilegium maius-forged UK/EU royals of the 14th century, which eventually morphed into the organized crime syndicates of WWII, and then morphed into the organized crimes of Jeffrey Epstein, Trump, the GOP, Russia, and/or others, but not limited to the same.
Also named in the stalked and lynched pro se qui tam was H&R Block, and the reason this is important, is that the Editor of UpRights News worked as a Bank Agent at H&R Block Bank, which was bought out by Axos Financial, who is currently one of Trump's largest debt holders in California, who bailed Trump out of his State of New York financial crisis (when few other banks would due to how risky it is to do business with Trump), and where CA is where the Editor of UpRights News worked as a Bank Agent for H&R Block Bank, and where the earliest origins of Crossfire Hurricane began in earnest in 2002, when the Wildenstein's referred the family of the Editor of Crossfire Hurricane attorneys from Los Angeles, who then provided the Editor of UpRights News with an attorney who would defraud him to protect the business partners of the Wildenstein family of Trump Tower, followed by the orbit of Jeffrey Epstein laying waste to the future gainful employment of the Editor of UpRights News by way of online defamation for over a decade, during which Jeffrey Epstein's Trump Organization of Trump Tower, where the Wildenstein family lived, also retaliated and interfered with the economic activity of the Editor of UpRights News -- all of which was witness and victim intimidation for the murder and endangerment of children the Editor of UpRights news was seeking justice for in a manner linked to the DeVos family (the former employer of the Editor of UpRights News who financially-harmed him in a pyramid scheme, and where the DeVos family's Amway had a finance card with Alfa Bank) via the DeVos Children's Hospital of the Children's Hospital Association, who (Betsy DeVos), like the corrupted SCOTUS, dismantled key provisions of the Russian and GOP stalked and lynched investigation of the Editor of UpRights News, specifically the Title IX provisions employed in the lynched qui tam.
And where Alfa Bank, whose advisor Fomitchev would later seek to stalk and bribe the Editor weeks before Trump Tower, DeVos' Spectrum Health, and Alfa Bank joined servers, (Alfa Bank) is who had a stake in Rosneft, who Trump, the GOP, Russia, the Trump family, Kushner family, and others would seek to give aid, comfort, and adhere to in addition to other sanctioned U.S enemies from Russia, by conspiring to help these enemies remove sanctions to sell 19.5% of Rosneft, which happened.
Paul Manafort of the GRU, Russia, and/or Trump Tower separately sold access to French President Nicholas Sarkozy, who was the childhood friend and part of the inner circle of Trump Tower's Wildenstein family, specifically Guy Wildenstein, who like Sarkozy was later indicted, and where Wildenstein was business associates with Roche-Novartis oligarchs operating in Russia (who the Editor of UpRights News worked for) before, during, and after he provided the chain of attorneys that would defraud the Editor, when the Editor sought justice for the lethal operations he and children faced, including at the Children's Hospital Association's CHORI in Oakland, CA, resulting in Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate linked to Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo founders, leadership, and/or owners conspiring to preemptively defame the Editor of UpRights News for over a decade, and to interfere with his economic activity for over two decades.
Separately, Trump Tower where many of the conspirators live was used to secure a $100M mortgage loan from Axos Financial's Axos Bank, putting all eyes on Axos Financial, and with Attorney General Letitia James now making inquiries as to how Trump's "piggy" bank is funding Trump, and how this funding is insured. Don Hankey is the key figure behind Axos Financial, and thus Axos Bank, and separately the insurance company for Trump's bond to stop the seizure of his assets by the state of New York, including Trump Tower, is Knight Specialty Insurance Company, is also owned by Don Hankey.

In October of 2015, Westlake Financial was ordered by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to provide $44.1 million dollars in consumer relief for engaging in illegal debt collection practices. Westlake Financial and its affiliate Wilshire Consumer Credit deceived borrowers into thinking they were being called by repossession companies, other third parties, or even the borrowers’ own family and friends. The Bureau also found that the companies unlawfully disclosed information about borrowers’ debts to employers, family, and friends. The companies also failed to disclose the annual percentage rate on certain loans as required by law. In some cases, the companies changed the due dates or extended the terms of loans without borrowers’ permission, causing more interest to accrue, while telling consumers that the extensions would have a positive effect. These practices violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth in Lending Act, and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Financial Protection Act.[7]
Don Hankey has donated to the Republican National Committee, such as his $33,400 donation in August of 2016 while acting Chairman of NOWCOM[8], and a $1,590 donation to the Republican Party of Wyoming PAC during the same month.[9][10]
Hankey is also a real estate investor in Downtown Los Angeles.[11] He lent Nile Niami $82.5 million for construction of The One in 2018.[12]
In August 2022 Westlake Financial was found guilty of stealing $9,366,976.37 from elderly victims in a ponzi scheme orchestrated by then Westlake Investment Advisor, Raymond A. Erker.[13] In September of 2022, Westlake Financial agreed to pay more than $225,000 to resolve allegations that it violated the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) by failing to provide qualified servicemembers with interest rate benefits for the entire period required under the SCRA and by improperly delaying approval of interest rate benefit requests.[14]"

Reconciling all of the same, the billionaire and/or his company bailing Trump out for his roughly $175M bond in New York, owns a company the Editor worked for in California -- a company, who like Trump Organization by June 22, 2007, and who like the DeVos family's (who connected servers with Trump Tower and Alfa Bank -- whose advisor bribed the Editor not to come forward during the 2016 elections), and who like the Wildenstein family living with Trump in Trump Tower, but not limited to the same, harmed the Editor in an ongoing manner in what amounts to an ongoing conspiracy to obstruct justice, including but not limited to stalking and intimidation of a witness to all of the same, who wrote an investigation to reveal the harm, and which was stalked and lynched by the Russians, in a conspiracy with the Mercers, who are also now financially bailing Trump out.
More concisely, an ongoing organized crime syndicate that has been harming the United States, children, and the Editor of UpRights News and his family for a very long time with enemies of the United States -- and heavily-linked to the crime syndicate and orbit of Jeffrey Epstein -- have conspired like privatized socialists, communists, and Marxists to share their resources and the means of production -- in order to further Felix Sater's, Putin's, Russia's, the GOP's, and Trump's "engineering" into public offices between June 16, 2015 through to 2025, and/or to help with the evasion of the crimes that disqualified Trump and the GOP from public office before the 2016 elections and thereafter, implicating Trump's current financiers and/or conspirators, as specified in the stalked, lynched, obstructed, ongoing, and intimidated pro se qui tam investigation of the Editor of UpRights News.
Even more simply, the defendants named in the 2013 to 2016 Russian and GOP-stalked and lynched pro se qui tam investigation of the Editor of UpRights News -- into the ongoing organized crimes of Trump Organization, Trump Tower tenants, the GOP/RNC, Russia, Russian oligarchs (and oligarchs operating in Russia), and/or others -- conspired to "engineer" Trump, the GOP, and Brexit candidates into power over the justice systems of the US, UK, and FIVE EYES+ community BEFORE the 2016 elections and thereafter, in order to RICO obstruct justice for the contents of the stalked and lynched investigation they were named in.
Then they conspired again like privatized socialists to RICO-obstruct for all of this harm between 2017 through to 2024 -- largely employing public offices Trump, the GOP, and at least half of the GOP SCOTUS majority, Aileen Cannon, and others weren't eligible to be appointed to -- because Trump and the GOP disqualified themselves from office and forfeited the offices BEFORE the 2016 elections and thereafter, having aided, comforted, and adhered to enemies of the United States, and as enemies themselves.
Now having used the public offices they were not eligible to usurp nor appoint -- to unlawfully and illegitimately continue their RICO obstruction, elections fraud, treason and/or other attempts to overthrow the United States for enemies of the United States -- and by doing so are overtly furthering Felix Sater's and U.S. enemy Russia's treason and elections fraud conspiracy between at least 2015-2020 -- many of the same defendants named in the stalked and lynched qui tam of the Editor of UpRights News, and who conspired to engineer Trump and the GOP into public offices, are overtly furthering the same treason and elections fraud again in 2024, to be able to continue to RICO obstruct more ongoing organized crimes, including their own.
Last our published and reserved research has elucidated that many of those named as defendants in the lynched and unlawfully-seized and stalked versions of the qui tam of the Editor of UpRights News, have not only conspired to finance Trump's and the GOP's disqualified runs for public offices, but many of them have either directly intimidated, stalked, cyberstalked, threatened, and/or interfered with the economic activity of the Editor since the lynching.
Separately, our published and reserved research have found that those conspiring to harm our Editor have conspired to harm others in a similar manner, which means our Editor is not alone here but part of a pattern of an ongoing conspiracy.
If all of this were a statistical analysis, all of these random data points, if connected, would generate a non-random solid line or pattern, from which not many data points are extraneous to the life of the Editor of UpRights News, in fact much of the whirlwind of crime and its key players are perfectly explained by the documented experience of the Editor of UpRights News.
