This week, The Guardian published a fantastic article, accurately describing the long-term harm to Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate's victims, illustrated below by our Editor, who has been an Epstein victim for 24 years with little to no justice for enormous harm, for which taxes were paid to prevent and protect against the same.

As reported by The Guardian's Victoria Bekiempis in New York, “I would just love to own a house one day and have a dog,” said Bensky, who is among the Jeffrey Epstein survivors advocating for accountability. “I think that’s the dream – literally just to have a normal existence where we’re not trying to fight the government and constantly be facing our own abuse.”
And yet, as illustrated above and below, the harm hasn't stopped, but instead has exponentially been allowed to grow because of cowards, crooks, and their cults in U.S. law enforcement, military, intelligence community, Congresses, judiciaries -- bought and sold, or scared into submission -- by Jeffrey Epstein's failed billionaire experiment.
Had these people not joined an ongoing conspiracy to defraud governments, by taking oaths to protect and defend, instead doing the opposite and joining the harm to victims as part of a global organized crime syndicate -- no Epstein victim would have been harmed more than once.
But because of public corruption, racketeering, bribery, obstruction of justice -- and loyalty to men and not to the rule of law -- the pattern seems clear -- ongoing rape culture harm to victims that never stops and keeps growing into bigger, then bigger, and then bigger problems for society, and now threatening our national security.
And as a result, and illustrated above -- just as we have faced enormous and exponentially increasing physical, emotional, social, reputational, financial, political, and legal harm due to failures by a minority criminal element usurping and pretending top roles in the governments we otherwise love -- so have the other Epstein victims faced these complex harms -- which are meant to ultimately RICO obstruct justice, so that Epstein's failed billionaire experiment can get away with this harm and continue the same.
Returning to The Guardian, "“I’ve been doing all this advocacy for the year, and I’ve had to take time off from work,” Bensky said, explaining she has now hit roadblocks in securing work due to her advocacy. “There are certain places that won’t even hire some of us now because they’re saying that we’re ‘too political’.”

And just like these Epstein victims, our Editor was blacklisted after Jeffrey Epstein's Edge Foundation's billionaires -- financed by Epstein's Leon Black (our Editor's former employer who forced our Editor into unemployment, after having become a graduate business professor for Black) -- conspired with Edge Foundation's billionaires, to defame our Editor in print and online, specifying that he was a whistleblower and "guaranteed to raise hell" was the call for action statement at the end of the article.
The true story was that Cal-OSHA had found that our Editor faced lethal operating conditions that he asked be fixed after those lethal operating conditions almost killed him, and the same lethal operating conditions trafficked children into Epstein money launderer Roche experiments, where they were excessively bled, endangered, and/or murdered, which the defamatory article did not mention, to protect Roche, and where our Editor's own lawyer got by a chain of attorney's linked to Trump's and Epstein's Wildenstein family, joined that article, knew those facts, and did not reveal the same, nor the existence of the defamatory article. Cal-OSHA corroborated the lethal operating conditions did exist, and corroborated an ongoing whistleblower retaliation conspiracy that has never ended. The same is being furthered now by Aileen Cannon, Trump, Todd Blanche, Jason Quinones, Clarence Thomas, GOP SCOTUS, CA OES, Peter Thiel, Palantir, Charles III, Anyday/Everyday, CIBC, Norm Wilson, XTM, and/or others.
Our Editor asked Epstein's Bill Gate's Microsoft, Jeffrey Epstein's Sergey Brin's and Larry Pages' Google, and Jeffrey Epstein's Marissa Mayer's and Leon Black's Yahoo to stop defaming him, and to stop ruining his economic activity, but they didn't -- because that is the nature of their rape culture -- harming others regardless if the others want to be harmed.
But the economic, legal, social, financial, emotional, spiritual, and/or physical harm of course did not stop there, because this ongoing conspiracy with many spokes never stopped, due to RICO obstruction, estoppel, and equitable tolling -- just like the image at the top of article specified "it doesn't go away" -- and as Trump himself has been quoted as specifying the harm would not stop, his attorney quoting Trump's anti-Christian, anti-American, and illegal lust for hateful revenge, to "attack them in spades".
In fact Trump's and Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate leading the "failed billionaire experiment" attacked our Editor for so long and in such a harmful manner that he literally lost his faith in God -- because what loving God, who is all-seeing, and all-powerful, would allow monsters like these to destroy children, our country, and our faith in God?
Trump's attorney had the answer, "Trump loathes Christians and mocks their faith, but pretends to believe if it suits his purposes.
In Disloyal, published today, Cohen shows how Trump is a master deceiver. He quotes Trump calling Christianity and its religious practices “bullshit,” then soon after masterfully posing as a fervent believer. In truth, Cohen writes, Trump’s religion is unbridled lust for money and power at any cost to others.
Cohen’s insider stories add significant depth to my own documentation of Trump’s repeated and public denouncements of Christians as “fools,” “idiots” and “schmucks.”
In extensive writing and speeches, Trump has declared his life philosophy is “revenge.” That stance is aggressively anti-Christian. So are Trump’s often publicly expressed desires to violently attack others, mostly women, and his many remarks that he derives pleasure from ruining the lives of people over such minor matters as declining to do him a favor.
Cohen describes himself as an “active participant” with Trump in activities ranging from “golden showers in a sex club in Vegas” to corrupt deals with Russian officials.
The author offers new anecdotes about Trump’s utter disregard for other people and his contempt for religious belief. Cohen’s words should shock the believers who were crucial to his becoming president, provided they ever read them.
By denouncing the book Trump has ensured that many of those he has tricked into believing he is a deeply religious man will never fulfill their Christian duty to be on the lookout for deceivers.
None of the evangelicals I have interviewed in the past five years knew Trump has denounced in writing their beliefs and written of the communion host as “my little cracker.”
Despite the irrefutable evidence that Trump detests Christianity and ridicules such core beliefs as the Golden Rule and turning the other cheek, America is filled with pastors who praise him to their flocks as a man of God. Trump himself has looked heavenward outside the White House to imply he was chosen by God.
Pastors who support Trump were scolded two years ago by Christianity Today, a magazine founded by Billy Graham, for not denouncing Trump as “profoundly immoral.” Many evangelical pastors then attacked the magazine rather than following the Biblical exhortation to examine their own souls.
Cohen writes that as a young man who grew up encountering Mafioso and other crooks at a country club he fell into the “trance-like spell” of Trump, whom he describes as an utterly immoral, patriarchal mob boss and con man.
Trump is “consumed by the worldly lust for wealth and rewards,” Cohen writes, which puts him at odds with the teaching of Jesus Christ about what constitutes a good life.
“Places of religious worship held absolutely no interest to him, and he possessed precisely zero personal piety in his life,” Cohen writes.
Cohen explains that the only version of Christianity that could possibly interest Trump is the “prosperity gospel.” That is a perverse belief that financial wealth is a sign of heavenly approval rooted in 19th Century occult beliefs that is anathema to Christian scripture.
Many actual Christians regard the prosperity gospel as evil. Christianity Today, calls it “an aberrant theology” promoted by disgraced televangelists including Jimmy Swaggart and Jim and Tammy Baker.
Early in Trump’s aborted 2012 presidential campaign, Cohen writes, he was ordered to reach out to faith communities. Soon Paula White, now the White House adviser on faith, proposed a meeting at Trump Tower with evangelical leaders. Cohen writes that Trump liked White because she was blonde and beautiful.
Cohen said that among those attending were Jerry Falwell Jr., who recently resigned in disgrace over sex and greed allegations as head of Liberty University, and Creflo Dollar, who solicited donations for a $65 million corporate jet and who was criminally charged that year with choking his daughter. Dollar said those charges were the work of the devil.
Once the evangelical leaders took their seats, Cohen writes, Trump quickly and slickly portrayed himself as a man of deep faith. Cohen writes that this was nonsense.
After soaking in Trump’s deceptions, the leaders proposed laying hands on Trump. One purpose of laying on hands is to call on the Holy Spirit for divine approval.
Cohen was astounded when Trump, a germaphobe, eagerly accepted.
“If you knew Trump as I did, the vulgarian salivating over beauty contestants or mocking Roger Stone’s” sexual proclivities “you would have a hard time keeping a straight face at the sight of him affecting the serious and pious men of a man of faith. I knew I could hardly believe the performance or the fact that these folks were buying it.
“Watching Trump I could see that he knew exactly how to appeal to the evangelicals’ desires and vanities – who they wanted him to be, not who he really was. Everything he was telling them about himself was absolutely untrue.”
To deceive the evangelicals, Cohen writes, Trump would “say whatever they wanted to hear.”
Trump’s ease at deception became for Cohen an epiphany, though a perverse one.
In that moment, Cohen writes, he realized the boss would someday become president because Trump “could lie directly to the faces of some of the most powerful religious leaders in the country and they believed him.”
Later that day, Cohen writes, he met up with Trump in his office.
“Can you believe that bullshit,” Trump said of the laying on of hands. “Can you believe that people believe that bullshit.”
Cohen also writes about Trump’s desire, expressed behind closed doors, to destroy those who offend him. Trump has said the same, though less vividly, in public.
“I love getting even,” Trump declared in his book Think Big, espousing his anti-Christian philosophy: “Go for the jugular. Attack them in spades!”"
And so the harm against our Editor and other Epstein victims did not end there -- but was strategically without end -- as sadists, sociopaths, Machiavellians, and narcissist involved in child kidnapping, gang rape, torture, and murder would want to do to witnesses of the same -- and our Editor was a witness to the murder and/or endangerment of children in illegal medical experiments they were trafficked into by Epstein's money launderer Roche, and their "associates" at a "children's hospital" in Oakland, CA, in 2002.
And so the harm by the "failed billionaire experiment" born out of Epstein's and Leon Black's Edge Foundation's billionaires' "meeting of the minds" continued against our Editor -- all under the all-seeing and all-powerful FIVE EYES intelligence complex pretending they are God -- and who our Editor once worked for as a private in the reserves -- and who did nothing to stop the same.
And so all of this surveillance state apparatus isn't to protect us from terrorists, but is the early warning system of the terrorists operating the same, as none of this surveillance stopped 9/11, COVID, stolen elections, Epstein's child sex trafficking, child murder, treason, insurrection, espionage, sedition, government fraud, nor RICO obstruction -- but instead allowed the same to fester and grow into bigger, then bigger, and then bigger problems for Epstein victims and our countries.
After Epstein's Roche, Microsoft, Yahoo, and Google harmed our Editor permanently towards permanent RICO obstruction of the murder of children in illegal medical experiments -- to protect their crime syndicate sharing funds with one another and many as government contractors -- forbidden by the False Claims Act and Whistleblower Protect Act to continue this harm against our Editor, children, and governments -- they conspired to totally destroy our economic activity -- again in a very anti-Christian and anti-American manner -- to protect their privatized socialism as anti-Christians in an antitrust manner.
And yet our Editor had many patents, and some of them could solve most of the world's largest problems, but agents of the Great Deceiver, including Trump, ensured that not only would our Editor not be allowed to develop his game-changing trillion dollar patent potential, but instead they developed his patent family without him and stole his ideas, backed by Epstein's billionaires and taxpayer funds.
Returning to The Guardian, “Though it often goes overlooked or ignored, the deep financial burden that survivors of sexual violence carry – coupled with mental and physical trauma – can be debilitating. Navigating such harm can lead to time away from work or the need to leave a job entirely, resulting in a loss in income while rent is due, daily needs have to be met, and medical expenses to address physical injury and mental health support pile up,” Pressley said in a statement. “The Survivors’ Rights Restitution Act shines a light on this critical gap in support for survivors and would force our government to bring the meaningful accountability and compensation that survivors are owed.”
Many survivors support this initiative, but the likelihood of it passing both chambers of Congress and securing Donald Trump’s signature seems unlikely in the near future given heightened partisanship and geopolitical distractions. As a result, an initiative for steadier financial footing is poised more to be a long-term prospect rather than immediate relief.
Jess Michaels said that her financial future was derailed after Epstein assaulted her. She had flourished as a professional dancer but the attack left her unable to pursue work.
“I would go into auditions and I would lose my nerve,” Michaels said. “I would be unable to finish an audition. I would be unable to go to auditions because I would be stuck in bed, frozen or crying, and that lasted throughout my 20s.”
“The career that I had worked for collapsed … What does that end up costing someone?” Michaels said. She noted that for much of the time, “it meant I didn’t even have insurance”.
“Sexual harm is an injury that demands first aid care, just like any other injury, before it is a crime demanding an interrogation,” Michaels said. She said she has for years been dealing with physical ailments related to nervous system harm.
“That’s why I am someone that deals with gastrointestinal issues, cardiovascular issues, immune system issues, endocrine issues, endocrine system issues,” she said. “There’s something that happens when you have PTSD for a long period of time. It doesn’t just go away.”"
Our Editor's story is identical here also, subjected to sexual violence and torture by Sacramento Police on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, after our Editor implicated Sacramento Police in Epstein's crimes at UC Davis, who also has a "children's hospital".
The same resulted in "PTSD", "financial", and "gastrointestinal issues, cardiovascular issues, immune system issues, endocrine issues, endocrine system, issues", or "attack them in spades" against our Editor, by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate -- collectively referred to as Jeffrey Epstein's billionaires' "rape culture", which they RICO influence via bribery, fear tactics, psyops, and corruption of public offices, such that massive ongoing deprivation of rights under color of law not only defrauds the government, but joins in the attacks, baked in to do so by the likes of Epstein's and Peter Thiel's Palantir, who the DOJ's files revealed are the ones who get to tell the government who poses a "threat" -- to Epstein's crime syndicate -- and then they find ways, pass laws, or do whatever it takes to not be held accountable for the decades of organized crimes they have been involved with, even stealing election after election.
Continuing with The Guardian reporting, "If the bill passes, Michaels wants to spend money on her health which, she said, had deteriorated over the past year amid the stresses of advocacy. Even though Michaels has health insurance, “a functional medicine doctor that actually understands what I’m going through is expensive, and it’s often not covered by insurance”.
“Right now I can’t afford to get the exact type of doctor that I really need,” she said. “I have to wing it with AI, my [primary care provider], my insurance company, and I’m navigating all of those things, which is exhausting all on its own.”
Annie Farmer, an outspoken Epstein survivor who testified against his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell at the British socialite’s 2021 trial, is now able to receive money for therapy from the Virgin Islands mental health fund. But from 2019 until the near-present, Farmer spent “many thousands” of dollars on therapy.
Farmer said that her she has not been working this year because her advocacy “has taken over my life”.
“That’s obviously a choice I made. I could have kept working and not really been so involved in all the advocacy, but I think it would have been hard to do both in the way at the level I’ve been involved,” Farmer said. “I couldn’t work full-time, certainly, so there’s a cost to that.”
“I’ve paid a lot of money to be able to be an advocate this year,” Bensky said. “I paid to get myself to the State of the Union [address]. I paid yesterday to go and speak at Ayana Pressley’s press conference.”

“The advocacy component of this is so important, and it feels very crucial to many of us,” Bensky said. “So we will always pay to get ourselves there in the name of trying to make it safer and make change.”
Michaels said there are costs associated with advocacy even when her travel expenses are covered in full; outside costs, such as dog sitting, could add up to $175 to $200 per day.
“People go, ‘Oh, you chose to do it,’ but who’s going to do it for us?” Michaels said. “Nobody’s going to do it for us, and nobody can really do it for us.”
“Some victims received very little, while others received a lot. The amount of money received depended on the severity of the abuse and how the abuse affected the survivor,” Spencer Kuvin, chief legal officer of Goldlaw, who has represented multiple Epstein survivors. “Some survivors received tens of thousands while others received millions.”
Michaels disabused any potential skeptics who might think that participation in the fund automatically meant a lifelong windfall. Similar sexual assault cases that didn’t relate to Epstein, Michaels’ attorney said, might result in settlements up to $2.5m. “I got a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of that.”
Julie Roginsky, who pursued a sexual harassment claim against the former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes and co-launched the non-profit Lift Our Voices, said that many do not understand the long-term ramifications for survivors – even those who have been lauded for their bravery.
“After that applause dies down, you’re lying in bed at night at 2 o’clock in the morning, looking at the ceiling and wondering: what the hell just happened to my life? It’s been completely turned upside down,” Roginsky said. In a high-profile case such as with Epstein, barriers to work are not atypical.
“That is incredibly debilitating to know that you did the right thing, you spoke up for yourself and for other women, and it’s following you for the rest of your life – not just because of what happened to you, but also because people now refuse to give you a chance professionally,” she added.
When survivors come to Roginsky or her colleagues with questions about coming forward, she always tells them that it’s a personal decision because there are ramifications that can be “brutal”.
“I absolutely encourage people to come forward for themselves and to hold their perpetrators accountable and to help others, but at the same time, there is a huge cost to that,” Roginsky said."
As our Editor is the Epstein victim with likely the most evidence against Epstein's "failed billionaire experiments", and as he is among the most sophisticated Epstein victims -- a graduate business professor, Stanford University research management professional, paid TASA expert for criminal cases in court, three university degrees, and law school experience, whose family are "insiders" and victims to Epstein's crimes in the US, Canada, and France -- and thus with the greatest ability to figure out their crime syndicate -- and did -- you can only imagine the harm Epstein's crime syndicate has waged against HIM (it is sexual discrimination and defamation to refer the Epstein's victims as exclusively women).
And our Editor can and did prove the same to the DOJ beyond a reasonable doubt (per the Special Counsel and Congressional investigations and statements regarding Trump, Epstein, and Russia, and per other Trump "insiders" like Bill Barr and/or Trump's own attorneys who called Trump's Russia hoax "bullshit" or non-existent).
And he proved the same beyond a reasonable doubt to the DOJ on 08/29/2024, specifically to the DOJ/USAO in Western WA, when under camera and in writing they agreed to act on the same, and then did not and/or allowed the same to be RICO obstructed instead, as did the State Department receiving the "threat of Epstein to the national security interest", only for that threat and our million pages of evidence or so to be "disappeared" from the Epstein database.
And since then Clarence Thomas has been accused of raping children with Epstein, and he's likely the one leading the effort to take away our Editor's birthright citizenship, take away our Editor's whistleblower authority rights, to take away Special Counsel rights to investigate, to take away estoppel and/or equitable tolling, to go after the 14th Amendment, to gerrymander elections, and/or to pass Citizen's United illegal legalization of illegal bribery Clarence Thomas has been caught as receiving, and in conspiracy with Trump's and Epstein's Aileen Cannon, who has/have revived the "Russia hoax" in the Southern District of Florida to again intimidate law enforcement, intelligence community members, and our Editor and other victims to stop coming forward -- led by Jeffrey Epstein's, Ghislaine Maxwell's, and Russia's 2016 criminal defense attorneys, including Todd Blanche. But with ZERO doubt, we have come forward, and will continue until they are all exposed, and the public reporting has almost caught up.

All this in the context that Jeffrey Epstein's mentor, Donald Barr, who was a pedophile fantasy writer of Space Relations (where billionaires like "Blue" Origin's Jeffrey Epstein's Jeff Bezos, Jeffrey Epstein's Paul Allen, "Virgin Galactic's" Jeffrey Epstein's "sir" Richard Branson, "Space Sex (pronounced Spacex's)" Jeffrey Epstein's Elon Musk, would start their own private space programs to be able to sex traffic children in space, is what Jeffrey Epstein's mentor's book Space Relations is all about). Is that why they were allowed to start private space programs? Did you know that Epstein laundered more than $100 million into Elon Musk's Spacex andor Peter Thiel's Palantir, per the DOJ's Epstein files?
Jeffrey Epstein's mentor, Donald Barr, is the father of Jeffrey Epstein's and/or Leon Black's (child) sex trafficking rape and/or sodomy participant (per the DOJ's Epstein files) and/or witness -- Bill Barr, the Attorney General of Trump's last administration -- who separately met with our Editor's family as our Editor was elucidating Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, to intimidate and instill fear in our Editor in violation of Thompson 3rd party qui tam retaliation, again.
Todd Blanche and Aileen Cannon have furthered this "grand conspiracy", debunked by Trump's own Special Counsels and by Bill Barr, them calling "bullshit" on Trump's Russia hoax claims, along with Trump's former attorney(s).
Trump's and Barr's very own Special Counsel for the "Origins of the Mueller Investigation" into Russia -- John Durham -- admitted to Congress July 21, 2023 that indeed Trump and the GOP had conspired with "enemies" of the United States, which is treason as a matter of law, to cheat in the U.S. elections. This and Bill Barr and DiGenova's "immoral" and "no evidence" claims prove Aileen Cannon's, Jason Quinone's, and Todd Blanche's criminal intent.
And so Todd Blanche, Jason Quinones, Aileen Cannon, and Trump are literally engaged in RICO obstruction and witness intimidation and whistleblower retaliation for trying to prosecute the U.S. law enforcement and intelligence community who blew the whistle on this conduct, to further intimidate witnesses, investigators, whistleblowers, and to try and stop Epstein victims like us from coming forward AFTER Special Counsels and Bill Barr debunked Trump's "Russia hoax" claims.
Since then, one of Trump's closest insiders, Tucker Carlson of Fox News has revealed that Trump is the one who ordered the Epstein files not to be released because of how the Epstein files link Trump back to Russia 2016, or back to Trump's and Barr's own John Durham's conclusion that Trump and GOP cheated with enemies of the United States to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into office, which is disqualifying treason, and disqualifying elections fraud.
CIA Director John Brennan, one of Trump's targets here, doubled-down on the fact that Trump committed treason, because that's what Trump's own Special Counsel John Durham admitted to -- the fact pattern that supported Trump committed treason. That's what Bill Barr debunked as "bullshit".
And so what sort of DARVO prosecution have Epstein's Trump, Epstein's Clarence Thomas, Epstein's Aileen Cannon, Epstein's Todd Blanche, Jason Quinones, and/or others conjured up from the pits of hell to threaten witnesses with?
You guessed it, treason charges for those who blew the whistle on Trump's treason with Russia.
And so Trump's, Epstein's, Maxwell's, and Russia 2016's treason criminal defense attorneys want to investigate those who blew the whistle on Trump's and GOP's treason with Russia, to cheat in the US elections, with exactly the same sorts of charges treason and/or elections interference charges -- except they are the ones who are guilty of the same per their own insiders.

And since then, one of Trump's, Epstein's, Maxwell's, and/or Russia's closest insiders, Joseph diGenova, has admitted that the investigation is "immoral" because there is "no evidence" to indict with. He was later threatened to correct his public statement to the total opposite, is a reasonable inference, back-peddaling to enormous evidence and it takes time to indict -- which of course proves or supports he was threatened to make the statement, or else.
But the ongoing harm hasn't stopped there, as right now, in a separate entrapment conspiracy, Trump and the UK royals along with others linked to them and linked to Jeffrey Epstein's Palantir's Peter Thiel, have been orchestrating an entirely new entrapment scheme against our Editor, but from Canada.
In this entrapment scheme -- a Canadian-US company our Editor worked for, delayed and falsified our Editor's payments for work in an irregular manner, to trigger investigations by Charles III's Canada and Trump's DOJ -- and they hid contracts from him that they would normally provide to others, further red flags -- then they falsified his payment receipts with inflated sums that he wasn't paid, aligned with money laundering, hiding money laundering funds in his payment receipt, to trigger money laundering -- but our Editor found out the same, asked for the same to be made accurate, and they never made his payment receipts accurate, and instead they falsified his financial records, and paid him not one, not two, not three, but four different ways to mask and obfuscate his irregular payments -- to further trigger investigations, except our Editor found the proof and reported to the same to the government.
Separately, between the time he was interviewed and lured into the contract via deceptions, and the time he was actually hired, one of the payment system that this employer falsified his name and address for (towards tax evasion for that company by falsifying his name and specifying he lived or worked in another province, Alberta), was tokenized in the United States by the network of Jeffrey Epstein, the UK royals, Peter Thiel, Palantir, Elon Musk, EAM, Qrails, 2Shores, Gary Hoffman, XTM, Anyday, Everyday, Bank of Canada, and/or CIBC.
Charles III's CIBC bank is separately is concealing and refusing to provide the financial records of Editor's savings account.
Collectively, and towards entrapment for "moral turpitude" crimes to preemptively entrap to discredit our Editor again, and also attacking our LLC -- this obstructs our Editor's/our ability to truthfully sign his/our taxes as accurate, and separately obstructs our Editor's ability to FBAR/FinCen report his financial assets in Canada (thus reported here publicly to thwart this spoke of the ongoing conspiracy, as CIBC savings and checking accounts, Anyday/Every day account(s), and where our Editor was also gifted half an apartment in France the same year by his father -- who like our Editor's brother who received the other half of the French apartment in 2025 -- was surrounded by, infiltrated, RICO-influenced, bribed, and Thompson 3rd party qui tam retaliated against by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, including but not limited to by Bill Barr, Harlan Crow who bribed Clarence Thomas, DOJ's Epstein files' Guy/Alec-Jocelyn Wildenstein of Trump Tower or Plaza, and/or linked to Bill Gates' and Bill Burns' national FRENCH medals recommenders and bestowers, Peter Thiel, and/or other Epstein crime syndicate conspirators). You notice that across our reporting the same people, families, and names come up over and over again, which is the pattern we first started to investigate, and all roads led to Trump, Epstein, Leon Black, Henry Kravis, Zorro Ranch, Edge Foundation, and/or to the UK royals, briefly illustrated below for the most recent entrapment scheme.
To further thwart this ongoing entrapment conspiracy spoke, but not limited to the same, as many spokes are overtly furthered here by the network of Epstein, Trump, the UK royals, Peter Thiel, Leon Black, and others, towards RICO obstructing in a cross-border criminal manner (again) the obstruction of justice of their decades of crimes together -- we have asked Charles III's Canadian government to investigate on more than one occasion, and they like Epstein's Trump's DOJ/DOS have refused to help us stop the harm to us, and this has resulted in overt furtherance of that enormous harm. We used A.I. to force them to investigate, and now they must.
But using artificial intelligence financed by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, which normally acts like their greatest criminal defense attorney ever, often lying about what the crime syndicate did or didn't do, and often hiding facts from those researching them -- we were able to get Jeffrey Epstein's artificial intelligence to re-prove our 2024 DOJ/DOS/RCMP allegations -- legal analyses we published in 2026, and beyond all reasonable doubt, and thus proved their criminal intent behind obstructing Congress by not releasing our 2024 DOJ-accepted Epstein files, about a million pages worth.
This criminal conspiracy Clarence Thomas and Aileen Cannon was overtly furthered with 6/9 SCOTUS justices hand-picked by the Federalist Society (financed by Russia 2016's Mercer family, and by Jeffrey Epstein's implicated Rockefeller's Chevron and Jeffrey Epstein's Google), after those not qualified to appoint them did appoint these SCOTUS justices. We published this before they changed laws saying we could not reveal the flaws in their appointment, and we published this before Aileen Cannon sealed our files (we asked DOJ to confirm if she did seal our files, and they didn't respond, giving us their permission to publish the files they have already leaked, is a reasonable inference based on the agreement).
GOP's SCOTUS has joined this ongoing conspiracy too many ways to rule them out of the same, and thus nullified their own rulings and opinions as a result. We have published those legal conclusions and analysis.
This proves the criminal intent behind all of their changes to the law meant to obstruct justice for the Epstein crime syndicate -- as did their retroactive immunity to the people disqualified from appointing the 6/9 SCOTUS justices, and Aileen Cannon -- as did their attack on the Special Counsel ready to reveal the same -- as did their attack on our (Editor's and UPR News') whistleblower authority rights ready to reveal the same.
We also used A.I. to find the legal path to remove all of them from their usurped and pretended offices destroying our nation and government -- founded by our Editor's family -- the family of John Adams and Samuel Adams, from the Mayflower families. We have published this legal analysis by Epstein's artificial intelligence, because their own crime syndicate's technology found them in gross violation of the law in such a manner that none of their changes to the government can be legitimate, or moot/voided from conception.
On our Editor's birthday, 04/27/2016, Trump, the GOP, and Russia conspired to give aid, comfort, and to adhere to enemies of the United States, from the Mayflower Hotel.
Months earlier, Trump ran for office on our Editor's daughter's birthday, 06/16/2015, but per his comments 03/30/2023, Trump knew of an investigation or witch-hunt into him, which Trump linked to criminal activity with the Russians.
Except no one but our Editor was investigating SCL's Cambridge Analytica's UK royals, Donald Trump, Trump Organization, GOP, the Wildenstein family, Roche, Russians, the Russian Federation, Facebook, Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, and/or Epstein's and Leon Black's Edge Foundation billionaires -- except our Editor in his mega whistleblower complaint against them 2013-2014 -- and so the only investigation into them all that Trump could have known about a year before Crossfire Hurricane, was our Editor's RICO obstructed investigation handled by Epstein's Sacramento Police and Epstein's GOP's Sacramento Sheriff, all of whom fell under Epstein's CA Office of Emergency Services (CA OES), who relied on Epstein's and Peter Thiel's Palantir for identification of "threats" -- to them.
Furthermore, by 2013, our Editor had anonymously asked a former Sacramento Sheriff -- Daniel Dailey -- with ties to UC Davis' "children's hospital", ties to GOP's Sacramento District Attorney, GOP's Sacramento Police, ties to the intelligence community, ties to the military, ties to Peter Thiel's Palantir, DOJ ties, DHS ties, and/or ties to CA OES for help bringing this matter forward and properly.
Instead, our Editor was cyberattacked by the Russian Federation 10/20/2013, Dailey sent Russians to our Editor's home, who broke into his office space housing a printed copy of his investigation into them, removed the same and attempted to destroy the same, and our Editor was entrapped by Sacramento Police and GOP's Sacramento Sheriff after he implicated them in Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate by a week earlier. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se.
Our Editor's first mega whistleblower investigation was obstructed when he was entrapped for a DUI by representatives of two parties he had named in his whistleblower complaint at least a week earlier -- Sacramento Police and GOP's Sacramento Sheriff -- who he had linked to Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate by at least a week earlier, and so on 09/20-21/2014 (a date Russia's Lev Parnas threatened Trump administration with after Parnas' arrest) the two different entrapment and arresting agencies involved each handled the seized Epstein syndicate investigation on a USB flash drive, taken from his pocket when he was entrapped, and they were (not) allowed by law to search the same.
Then they most certainly would have discovered they were implicated in the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein in a very provable manner by a graduate business professor hailing from (Epstein's) Stanford University, who was in law school, and who was about to expose Jeffrey Epstein's criminal network, and so Sacramento Police perjured themselves per their own police videos, to indict our Editor, and they conspired to beat him up on those videos, before they did under camera and in front of witnesses, and then he was exclusively shopped to GOP prosecutors and judges who refused to allow this Brady evidence into the record to "engineer" a conviction.
An attorney who was not retained, secretly pretended to be our Editor's attorney to thwart our Editor's motion for Brady evidence, and our Editor served Sacramento Sheriff with an unanswered subpoena for his Brady evidence, and our Editor repeatedly emailed the DA and Sheriff -- who had the same campaign consultant, David Gilliard (whose wife was our Editor's failed appeals judge) -- for Brady evidence, and none was returned thereafter but concealed to force a DUI conviction and warrantless search of our Editor's investigation into Trump, GOP, Russia, and Epstein's billionaires by 2015, when after or circa, Trump ran for office on our Editor's daughter's birthday "knowing" of an investigation or witch-hunt into him linked to Russia BEFORE he ran for office per his own words on 03/30/2023. Bill Barr has since specified Trump's Russia hoax narrative was "bullshit".
Bill Barr's and Trump's John Durham since admitted to Congress that Trump and GOP did cheat with U.S. enemies in the elections, both disqualifying crimes, and the third investigator into the same DiGenova has specified that their Russia hoax investigation is "immoral". Pam Bondi who started this bogus investigation specified, when joined with MTG, and Jamie Raskin, that Trump stole (our) documents to protect his (and thus Epstein's) friends and business (child sex trafficking) interests. This stuff is gold, and comes from Trump's closest 'loyalists'.
And now Tucker Carlson has specified that Trump and/or his crime syndicate usurping and pretending in public offices are hiding the Epstein files because they link back to Trump's own crimes against our country with Russian enemies, or "Russiagate".
Judge Sullivan has since stripped the DOJ and Trump government linked to FIVE EYES of their regularity, deference, preference, and/or presumption, because it is clear to a GOP judge that the government(s) is/are the problem here, not the plaintiffs against the government. Bravo to Sullivan, a true national hero.
Epstein's SCOTUS have repeatedly engaged in judicial overreach that Epstein's own A.I. has found to be without legal teeth, moot from conception, and our Editor figured most of this out before Trump returned to office, and he could prove the same with about a million pages of evidence, now missing from the DOJ's Epstein files.
And so with so many of Trump's 'loyalists' coming forward to legally-end the ill-got Trump administrations, and as we proved the need for the same to the DOJ in 2024, we are all saying the same things different ways. We are all on the same team here, all of us trying to protect from Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate in the ways that we legally can. This doesn't mean we won't make mistakes, which we also said was possible, but take the number of mistakes and divide that by what we can prove, and the percent will almost be zero, if not arguably rounded to zero, as we did with our statistical intent analysis in the Terror Log.
And so returning to the image at the top of this article, the harm "doesn't go away", but in legal terms this equates to an ongoing criminal and civil conspiracy for which there are no statutes of limitations attachable, because the ongoing conspiracy spokes against witnesses, victims, whistleblowers, and investigators has never stopped, only festered and grown.
And so we researched the civil and criminal law that made every civil and criminal conspirator responsible for the crimes and misconduct of the others and found that indeed there was a path to make them all responsible for each other's ongoing harm to victims for specific and/or all the spokes, which we have published.
And so our Editor's Canadian employer linked to Anyday/Everyday/XTM/EAM/2Shores/Qrails/CIBC/Charles III and/or to Peter Thiel is as responsible as the CA OES conspirators linked to our Editor's entrapment, unlawful searches, stalking, cyber crimes, death threats, and/or to Epstein's Palantir and Peter Thiel, and they are as responsible for the harm by Jeffrey Epstein's and Leon Black's Edge Foundation's billionaires including Peter Thiel, who curiously along with our Editor's "future employer" Leon Black, Bill Gates (in the context our Editor wrote his mega investigation using Microsoft), Bill Burns (who our Editor's father's orbit provided among France's highest national medal to as they did to Bill Gates), Kathy Ruemmler (who has attacked the credibility of Epstein's victims, and yet per Steve Bannon she was Epstein's girlfriend, and Epstein financed, kidnapped, gang raped, and/or murdered children and/or paid/laundered Roche to do the same and/or to get away with the same with "hush money" could be argued, until our Editor blew the whistle on the same), and/or others met with Epstein circa weeks before and/or after our Editor was entrapped, but met in person, in secret.
And where circa, weeks before and/or after our Editor was entrapped, these people (Peter Thiel of Epstein's Palantir "identifying threats" to CA OES, and/or those our Editor had accused in his whistleblower investigation like Bill Gates/Microsoft), Ruemmler, Bill Burns, Leon Black, Epstein, and/or others met in person versus over the phone, to discuss something very privately, and where reasonable inference allowed to (retaliated against and RICO obstructed) qui tam investigators allows our Editor to reasonably infer they met to discuss our Editor's entrapment Trump knew about, communicated to Sacramento Sheriff's and CA OES' Dan Dailey "anonymously".
When our Editor communicated this whistleblower matter to (CA OES') Officer Dan Dailey by 2013 -- before the Russians sent by Dailey, and before the Russian Federation EACH attacked our Editor's investigation -- our Editor sent an "anonymous" message to Dan Dailey describing the (trafficked) children our Editor was trying to protect who had been and/or were being endangered by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate in illegal medical experiments bleeding the kids to death (for Epstein's money launderer Roche).
Our Editor kept everyone's names out of this to remain "anonymous" and he signed the same "Brother Q Anonymous", years before Qanon whitewashed this narrative and literally stole our Editor's Q Anon sign off to Dan Dailey, whose friends and former co-workers at Sacramento Sheriff thereafter conspired with Sacramento Police who our Editor implicated at least a week earlier to obstruct our Editor's whistleblowing into Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate.
This anonymous message was being shared with GOP's Judge Morrison England by 2013, "a constitutional scholar", who RICO obstructed CA Democrat's otherwise lawful demand to see Trump's finances thereafter, furthering the conspiracy. Those same finances have since been linked to 30+ felonies by Trump and/or his company in the State of New York. Felony convictions also disqualify people like Trump from public office.
Dan Dailey later was hired into CA OES, whose many agencies almost ALL joined the conspiracy to harm our Editor to obstruct for Jeffrey Epstein (see our Terror Log), and then Dailey was later made the Police Chief of Rio Vista in California, which imploded and was dissolved because of his failed leadership, corruption, and/or prompt departure. Was this police department destroyed and dissolved because Dailey used the same to stalk, terrorize, and/or investigate Epstein victims, or because of all of the other corrution?
We investigated Dailey and found he and other conspirators linked to him at Sacramento Sheriff, CA OES, and Rio Vista Police Department have repeatedly been accused of Giglio and Brady violations, Dan Dailey specifically found in a Giglio-Brady reporting system as having been linked to public corruption at Sacramento Sheriff, CA OES, and Rio Vista Police. Dailey's son and wife joined the local area law enforcement
This is the original officer, Dan Dailey, our Editor approached as brother "Q", making our Editor the original "Q", but also the original investigator for what became every Special Counsel investigation thereafter, each limited to what they could investigate and for how long, all born out of the investigation or witch-hunt Trump specified he knew about, our Editor unlawfully seized and unlawfully RICO obstructed qui tam investigation, seized by GOP's Sacramento Sheriff, Sacramento Police, CA OES, Dan Dailey, Judge Morrison England, Peter Thiel, Palantir, Bill Gates, Microsoft, Bill Burns, Kathy Ruemmler, GOP, Democrats, and/or others, is a reasonable inference, and why these and others met personally with Epstein immediately before and/or after our Editor was entrapped.
But as Dan Dailey had access to the intelligence community information before and/or around the disclosures by Edward Snowden that NSA was scooping everyone's data, then Dan Dailey, Morrison England, CA OES, Palantir, Peter Thiel, Bill Burns, Kathy Ruemmler, Bill Gates, Microsoft, Leon Black, and/or Jeffrey Epstein "knew" and/or it was reasonable that they would know the anonymized people and scenario in our Editor's communications with Dan Dailey/Judge Morrison England were their friends, coworkers, associates, employers, and/or network, and so rather than expose Jeffrey Epstein as the "hub" of this ongoing harm against our Editor, they conspired to entrap him, deny him due process almost wholesale, to unlawfully search and seize him, and his investigation materials implicating Donald Trump, Russians, and the GOP, whereafter on our Editor's youngest daughter's birthday, Trump knew of an investigation (witch-hunt) into him BEFORE he ran for office, is a reasonable inference.
Since the entrapment, and per our Terror Log reporting, Dan Dailey's, Epstein's, and Peter Thiel's Palantir's CA OES agencies have been stalking, cyberstalking, cyberattacking, and threatening our Editor with death almost daily for a decade.
Meanwhile Epstein's Trump, Epstein's Todd Blanche, Epstein's Aileen Cannon, Epstein's Clarence Thomas, and Epstein's crime syndicate have been engaged in all sorts of ongoing RICO corruption and obstruction, including "engineering" Trump and GOP into (staying in and/or returning to) power to RICO obstruct for Trump's, Epstein's, Clarence Thomas', CA OES', Peter Thiel's, Palantir's, Charles III's, UK royals', and/or others' crimes, but we whistleblew on and/or reported this crime syndicate to the DOJ, with 10,000 pages of IRAC legal analysis, supported by about a million pages of evidence, which DOJ/DOS agreed under camera and in writing to act on to protect the United States, ourselves, and murdered trafficked children, now missing from Todd Blanche's DOJ's Epstein files. And so returning to the image at the top of this article, there is a very good reason why the Epstein crime syndicate harm "doesn't go away", and that's because usurpers and pretenders operating a criminal conspiracy at the highest levels of government in the US, Canada, France, and/or elsewhere, keep being "engineered" into the offices, and then use those offices to RICO obstruct decades of crimes, while committing new ones.
And so returning to the ongoing and complex harms to Epstein victims -- in a single and ongoing complex criminal and civil conspiracy with no end and with too many spokes for most people to get up with to understand -- Epstein victims like and including our Editor have been harmed by this conduct for prolonged periods of time, revenge in "spades", now being overtly furthered by Charles III, UK royals, Trump, CIBC, Anyday/Everyday/XTM/EAM, Peter Thiel, Palantir, Dan Dailey, CA sheriffs, CA OES agencies (Mather Field and McClellan Park mostly), GOP, Democrats, Todd Blanche, Aileen Cannon, Clarence Thomas (now repeatedly accused of sexual misconduct including by Anita Hill), Jason Quinones, and/or others in Florida and in BC, Canada, in a cross-border manner.
This is textbook RICO, organized crime, and criminal enterprise, where organized crime has overthrown the most powerful countries and families and companies in the world and they are weaponing the same against their victims and whistleblowers.
The physiological effect here is to constantly trigger the sympathetic nervous system of victims, witnesses, whistleblowers, citizens, law enforcement, intelligence community, and military personnel -- now aware of Epstein's slaughtering of our troops as a distraction for major crimes against our countries, to sustain the fight and flight mechanism in the limbic/lymbic system, to constantly increase and sustain cortisol levels in essentially everyone, and then to use Russian active measures to polarize or tribalize others to hate Epstein victims and/or one another, to generate in-fighting to basically distract to evade justice. Psyops or psychological operations is another way to describe the weaponization of minds against other minds. Another way they do this is to start illegal wars based on false pretenses like "terrorists", "weapons of mass destruction", between allies.
For example, Trump, Putin, Netanyahu, and/or Iran have long been allies linked to Trump and Epstein, and so the war with Russia is seemingly fake, and the war with Iran is seemingly fake, and the war in Israel is seemingly fake, or at least the reasons used to steal/transfer taxpayer funds to Epstein's billionaires through government contracts is fake news. These are allies pretending to be at war to slaughter our troops and intelligence community members while grifting off the same.
Their Southern District of Florida investigation into the Russia hoax is fake news, already investigated, already debunked, and then further debunked. All fear tactics meant to weaponize the minds and engineer the consent of the American, Canadian, English, French, and other people into handing over tax dollars, and then they use this in the media networks mostly linked to Epstein's billionaires to polarize us all into hating one another, but in an anti-Christian and anti-American manner posing a grave national security threat to us all. The enemy is literally telling us who the enemy other than them needs to be, and why they need to change our laws and take our taxpayer funds to protect us from them. One ongoing conspiracy that never ends until it does.
And so for victims like our Editor who figured all of this out, "revenge in spades", entrapment schemes in the US and in Canada, in an ongoing conspiracy that can't end per estoppel and equitable tolling, which is why Epstein's Clarence Thomas wanted to go after these laws, but without legal teeth, as their own A.I. and we were able to prove to the DOJ by 2024, and then again in 2026.
And so conspiracies that never stop and are overtly furthered do many the conspirators responsible for one another's harm. Anyday/Everyday et al. are as responsible for the harms of Epstein as are Trump, Charles, Thiel, Roche, and Edge Foundation, who are responsible for their coconspirators' crimes, as we have published. This is the intent of the conspirators RICO obstructing the release of our Epstein files is a reasonable inference.
This conspiracy which "doesn't go away" has often and in an ongoing manner crippled/disabled our Editor and others may different ways to ultimately RICO obstruct for decades upon decades of crime.
But never has our Editor faced such grave physical, emotional, social, reputational, economic, technical, and/or legal harm. This ongoing conspiracy has destroyed him in "spades", but as The Guardian reported, “The advocacy component of this is so important, and it feels very crucial to many of us,” Bensky said. “So we will always pay to get ourselves there in the name of trying to make it safer and make change.”
Michaels said there are costs associated with advocacy even when her travel expenses are covered in full; outside costs, such as dog sitting, could add up to $175 to $200 per day.
“People go, ‘Oh, you chose to do it,’ but who’s going to do it for us?” Michaels said. “Nobody’s going to do it for us, and nobody can really do it for us.”"
Our Editor has 5 spinal injuries, some subjects of surgical referrals, caused by Sacramento Police preemptively agreeing on their MVARS video to later torture our Editor, before they determined if he violated any crimes, as proof they knew he had implicated them a week earlier in Epstein's crime syndicate in 2014.
Our Editor has 2 hips that have surgical referrals after his contract refused to honor the contract terms, and bullied him into doing someone else's work, resulting in the destruction of his hips.
His reputation was first destroyed by Roche, Microsoft, Yahoo, and Google, and thereafter by the rest of Epstein's network, who has separately conspired with Trump and others to interfere with our Editor's economic activity more than once, and so Trump making good on his revenge against Epstein victims to attack them in spades.
The sustain cortisol from conspirators engaged in psyops between Epstein's Trump's USA and Epstein's Charles III's Canada, has resulted in enormous emotional harm, occupational injury, and disabling physical injuries to our Editor, which Jeffrey Epstein's Kaiser Permanente, linked to Jeffrey Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein's Deepak Chopra, his organization(s), and Jeffrey Epstein's Henry Kravis and his organizations, has furthered by falsifying the medical records of our Editor, and then refusing to provide our Editor the evidence they said existed to make records accurate from him.
Kaiser also refused to change defamations they have illegally falsified his medical records with, to again preemptively defame our Editor, who also whistleblew against Kaiser's defamations to the DOJ, now missing from the Epstein files.
Kaiser's medical teams have furthered this harm even recently with Dr. Stoneking prescribing medicine that attacks myopathy and myalgia to treat our Editor's myopathy and myalgia, and so arguably here another attempted murder effort meant to destroy our Editor, physically, emotionally, and every other way in "spades".
Prior that Epstein's Kaiser Permanente demanded that our Editor subject himself to a genital exam and to drug testing, in order to be seen for a breast cancer examination.
And so as long as Epstein's crime syndicate keeps this wheel of harm going against our Editor, then the broader "grand conspiracy" never ends, and as others have been harmed by the same conspiracy, the statutes of limitations for them never ends, tolls, and "doesn't goes away", giving victims renewed rights to seek justice for some to all of the same.
As we wrote this article, Jeffrey Epstein's Peter Thiel's and Palantir's CA OES agency at McClellan Park flew out to stalk and threaten us with death using a deadly weapon, again. The green and yellow graphs prove the pilot accelerated a vehicle from thousands of feet to 1600 ft towards and over our facility. This is what rape culture looks like, under the leadership of child rapists like Clarence Thomas, Donald Trump, Charles III, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate. This why every conspirator is responsible for the harm of every other conspirator, and is the motive behind their collective and non-stop criminal activity, so that they can keep harming our government, so they can keep stealing taxpayer funds via government fraud, so that they can keep weaponizing government against Epstein victims, so that they can RICO obstruct EACH of them going to prison for life.
This is what pure evil looks like folks -- rape culture in control of our government -- weaponized against Epstein victims in order to keep the evil ongoing conspiracy of Trump, the UK royals, Peter Thiel, Palantir, CA OES, and Jeffrey Epstein ongoing without end. The whole world suffers because the conspiracy never ends.
