Above is one of many diagrams we have developed and used to help others understand the complex harms stalking and terrorizing victims of Jeffrey Epstein, including our Editor for 24 years.
Their goal and intent? To intentional inflict severe, complex, and comprehensive emotional distress in Epstein victims, in order to intimidate victims and witnesses, and in order to destroy their mental health and credibility, in order to RICO obstruct the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein, is now provable.
Yesterday, Kaiser Permanente overtly furthered defamation harm against a longtime victim of Jeffrey Epstein -- the Editor of Uprights New -- who blew the whistle on Kaiser to the DOJ on August 29, 2024 for defamation and whistleblower retaliation linked to government contracting fraud -- while DOJ along with Aileen Cannon conspired to unlawfully conceal our Editor's million or so qui tam pro se "government documents" in a manner that disqualified them all from public office is US law -- while Kaiser's Cal-Star and Reach Air and their conspirators have been engaged in stalking and death threats in a manner that has been corroborated by artificial intelligence through statistical intent.
More simply, Kaiser Permanente knows our Editor has legal standing to sue them, because he told the DOJ and he told Kaiser -- and now his wife and his children EACH have the same grounds to sue ANY Epstein conspirator for harm to them or harm to the Editor and vice versa for peripheral whistleblower protections violations -- so Kaiser's and Epstein's orbit are seemingly so terrified and plotting, that they have resorted to returning to retroactively falsifying our Editor's medical record, but in a very defamatory and provable manner, and one that came with at least one "admission" of falsifying the record retroactively, as follows.
The following new or overt retroactive defamations were "slipped" into our Editor's medical record, after our Editor alerted Kaiser to his legal standing to sue them for denying him the standard of care for breast health screening, which is a mammogram and ultrasound, which Kaiser radiology refused to provide our Editor, after massive painful lumps were found in his breast -- Kaiser Radiology (likely linked to Roche oncology and/or diagnostic products representatives coming to Kaiser) found to be at fault by the grievance case manager said member services on a recorded line. Kaiser Radiology obstructed THREE of his doctors ORDERS -- Radiology demanding our Editor, an Epstein victim, be forcefully genital checked and subjected to drug testing before they would consider saving his life, or not.
And so Kaiser overtly furthered the harm to the Editor in this manner, and the same may or may not result in our Editor's eventual murder.
Radiology did not consult our Editor when they were forced by member services to stop denying access to the standard of care, and so Radiology planned the most inconvenient appointment date possible for our Editor, without checking to see if he was available, and the same has interfered with the economic activity of our Editor, who is waiting for his workshop to be completed by conspirators Lowes and Heartland, who have taken close to half a year to build our Editor a workshop that was buildable in a single day per them, and a section of roofing slid off thereafter, over the 8-10 foot holes in the ceiling they built "accidentally", the ceiling covered in black spots, Heartland swears isn't black mold. Heartland's contractor wiped bright white caulking on a beige wall of the unit in four places, literally using the brand new workshop to wipe their hands off in four places.
Accordingly, our Editor can't develop his patent family, because of this Lowes and Kaiser conspiracy spoke, which overtly furthers all of the other Epstein conspirators interfering with our Editor's ability to monetize his patent, specifically, Microsoft, Outlook, Bill Gates, Yahoo, Marrisa Mayer, Leon Black, Google, Sergey Brin, and Larry Page, as specified to the DOJ, 08/20/2024, and now those million or so pages of evidence we gave DOJ proving this ongoing complex conspiracy against Epstein victims is MISSING from the DOJ files, leaving us able to account for 1/3rd to a half of all missing files -- Kaiser's, DOJ's, Lowes', and/or others' intent -- to subject Epstein victims to so much harm at the same time as to intentionally inflict severe emotional distress in Epstein victims, to destroy their mental health. The windows are a hack job, installed crooked, leaked, and the framing wasn't symmetrical in the least on the 10 ft sides, resulting in one wall having to be redone.
This may be evidence of overt conspiracy between Kaiser and new defendant Lowes, who separately financed Jeffrey Epstein's politicians into power, an additional nexus, and where we don't add new conspirators to the "grand conspiracy", without a reasonable basis.
The goal of conspirators destroying the mental health of Epstein victims, is to use that intentional infliction of harm, to discredit victims based on their harm as victims, in a "plaintiff has a history of mental health problems", and is thus not a reliable witness of their harm.
And so to be a "credible" victim of Epstein's incredibly complex harm, a victim has to not be harmed to be considered credible, and so a type of impossible situation for victims of this sort of complex harm. Said differently, Epstein's conspirators caused victims harm, and seem to be using that harm to justify not investigating the conspirators.
And so would it be reasonable for someone subjected to so much intentional harm for 24 years to be harmed? Most definitely. And is U.S. law enforcement required by law to investigate this harm instead of RICO obstructing this harm in seemingly every possible manner? Most definitely. And would it be reasonable for someone subjected to so much harm to seek out tools and advice on how to navigate this complex harm, say from the almost free mental health providers at Kaiser? Most definitely. And does our Editor have a legal requirement to mitigate the harm these others can do to him by seeking to meet with mental health services to learn skills on how to navigate this complex harm? Most definitely.
And so our Editor has very reasonably sought to develop new skills to be able to manage this massive and ongoing harm he has been able to document and prove after law school, seeking help from the best qualified individuals he has access to while "trapped in Kaiser's health insurance program", which his wife's work grands their family. But as the 24 year conspiracy to defame him began at Kelly Services and Roche, and as Roche and Kaiser have been engaged in business transactions with one another, and have all been implicated in crimes and/or very harmful misconduct reported to the DOJ, the same becomes Kaiser's intent to further that ongoing defamation, intentional infliction of severe emotional distress, medical fraud, whistleblower retaliation, peripheral whistleblower retaliation, harassment, and/or RICO obstruction, as follows.
Let's begin with Kaiser's admission that they had falsified the medical record of the Editor of Uprights News, when they retroactively "slipped" defamatory statements into our Editor's medical record, putting an emphasis on him being suicidal in a message to him, when he isn't, and said he wasn't, which they captured elsewhere, but only if others have access to elsewhere, and so Kaiser created piecemeal defamations that could enormously harm our Editor, in "stand alone" documents, which if not compared to any other documents, would paint a false record of "suicide emergency" for our Editor -- in the context that Epstein's and Putin's orbit like to murder others in a manner they have law enforcement and medical staff falsify as "suicide", Epstein and Brunel being great examples, but also all of the 2016-2026 Russians who keep falling out of windows.
Coupled with the previous refusal to provide the standard of care for breast cancer screening, paints a picture of Kaiser posturing to murder our Editor if he has breast cancer, while retroactively falsifying his medical records to make it look like he was suicidal. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se here. This naturally evil situation speaks for itself.
And so an admission here by Kaiser of retroactively falsifying the mental health record of our Editor, who was simply seeking to meet with someone to develop more skills on how to navigate the complex harm Kaiser was a part of, left with what other choices? The message above was a response to the message below, specifying the record was falsified retroactively, and the Kaiser employee admitted to the same above.
And so every criminal investigator here needs to deep dive into Kaiser's internal communications concerning the management of the health of our Editor, for cause, and where this wasn't the only defamation we found retroactively falsifying the record.
Above, our Editor made reference to a recording device the provider insisted on, and where any mental health provider accused of crimes against a patient, who uses a recording device, is likely doing so for legal purposes and not for medical purposes.
The stated goal of employing the recording device was to ensure accuracy of the medical record, and so because that wasn't the case, then the recording device was all legal and had nothing to do with improving patient care. But now that same recording becomes evidence of a pattern of falsifying the medical record of our Editor in more than one record, and one the same Kaiser employee admitted to falsfying.
Important above is that the defamer specified that they went over very specific treatment options with our Editor, except she didn't, and she specified that she went over the risks and benefits of each treatment option, which she also didn't. So here, not only is the record defamatory and falsified but is proof that the standard of care in what may be a cut and pasted template is not being followed, depriving our Editor of treatment options, and depriving our Editor of risks and benefits of each, arguably outside of the standard of care for any medical practice.
Then specifying that our Editor agreed to something she did not mention is defamatory beyond a reasonable doubt. This is the manufacturing of fake evidence inside of an Epstein victim's medical record is what this is, as he seeks to develop skills to navigate this complex harm, is pretty evil by most people's standards. And, we believe that this individual may have been coerced into this harm by Kaiser, because at one point, on the recorded audio, the provider seems to breakdown and cry, specifically at the point she asked if the Editor was suicidal or had thoughts of hurting others, to which he rapidly responded not at all. But her voice could be heard breaking and sobbing as she asked the question, and again, she recorded this, and entered the recording in his medical record, and so it is now part of his record, but also hers now.
Putting this altogether, she seemed very upset as she asked the suicide question, and elsewhere she recorded twice our Editor wasn't at all suicidal, and then in a standalone document, she falsely stated and admitted to "misleading" with an "emergency" focus on "suicide", and all of this lends well to Kaiser intimidating her to discredit our Editor by way of manufacturing defamation, in anticipation of being sued, is a reasonable inference, furthered by the fact, that she did not respond to the messages she had defamed him elsewhere in the record, so not a one off, a pattern, as follows.
Here again, clear defamation, as she specified she recommended our Editor be seen in 10 days, and that she let the Editor know the same, but she didn't let him know the 10 day recommendation, withheld that important information from him, then postured he agreed to what she hadn't informed him of, clear defamation, and again a pattern of falsifying the record in a manner that falsifies his participation in and knowledge of his treatment options and recommendations, so well outside the standard of care also. Here manufacturing him refusing mental health within 10 days recommendations, which he didn't refuse, because she didn't inform him of the same.
That's followed by more false statements as to resources she said she let him know about, but she didn't let him know about these resources, and yet with her "yes" affirmation, she is claiming she did, and so is there any wonder as to why Epstein victims might experience mental health issues after being treated like this? Is there any wonder why Epstein victims struggle to complete other tasks in life, when they have to spend all of this time analyzing and training 'professionals' how to do their job here, so that an Epstein victim won't be preemptively defamed? Who is the one with credibility issues here? The Epstein victim or Kaiser Permanente?
Here is the standalone document the Editor first found defamations in. Note the provider specified "the items we discussed today", followed by "Emergency Instructions" in bold liked to suicide.
That was followed up by and paraphrasing, "don't call us, call someone else", below -- except, we never discussed any of this, so clear defamation, and, the provider admitted to falsifying this same record at the top of this article, the provider specifying none of the same was true nor discussed, but "misleading" instead was the admission.
Wanting to give the provider the benefit of the doubt, our Editor gave her until the end of the day to respond and to correct the record.
When she did not respond, we developed this article to prove ongoing defamation by Kaiser, who has now a long history of defaming our Editor, by retroactively slipping falsified AND defamatory information into our Editor's mental health record, as now an established pattern of evidence of guilt and/or consciousness of guilt, seeking to falsify the record, for them or others to use the same in court, is a reasonable inference -- but also retaliating against a protected whistleblower in what is government fraud by government contractors, is also a reasonable inference, and their intent is to coverup their role in Epstein's crimes against us with his "associates".
Kaiser had formerly defamed our Editor when Dr. Maria Caparas retroactively slipped into our Editor's medical record that he was schizophrenic, when he isn't, after he accused her and the department of failing to help him, instead harming him, when their job was to help him, which he reported to the DOJ with evidence.
Jeffrey Epstein's and Vladimir Putin's Donald Trump then piggy-backed on Kaiser's defamation with his "Beautiful Mind Boxes" analogy, connecting Trump with Caparas' and Kaiser's defamation, whereafter Trump renamed our investigation the GOP stole from us 09/21/2014, originally known as the "Origins of the Mueller Investigation" -- about 2 years before the Mueller Investigation.
In fact in March 2023, Trump admitted to knowing of an investigation or "witch hunt" into him and Russia, a year before Crossfire Hurricane, which was our Editor's investigation, seized from him 09/21/2014, when one of the conspirators he linked to Epstein's crimes a week earlier -- Sacramento Police -- thereafter entrapped him and seized his investigation into Trump orbit (Wildensteins, also part of Epstein's, Sarkozy's, Rothchild's, and 'prince' Andrew's orbit), Epstein's GOP, Epstein's Russians, and some of Epstein's Edge Foundation's most well known billionaires, linked to Microsoft, Yahoo, and Google.
So well before Trump ran for office on 06/16/2015, he knew of an investigation that only our Editor was working on, as Crossfire Hurricane had not yet started, and so only our Editor was investigating Trump, GOP, Russians, and Jeffrey Epstein's Edge Foundation billionaires as a single investigation, an investigation Trump later referenced in 2023.
And so Trump knew of an investigation into him, GOP, Russia, and/or Epstein's orbit, and then he decided to run for office, to be able to control the RICO obstruction of our Editor's investigation, is a reasonable inference, and seemingly provable.
Part of that RICO obstruction was stealing our Editor's investigation materials after the GOP entrapped our Editor in 2014 in order to unlawfully seize and obstruct his whistleblower complaint against Trump, GOP, Russia, and Epstein orbit, is a reasonable inference. Our Editor's investigation would have reasonable been found in the Crossfire Hurricane binder taken by Mark Meadows in the last hours of Trump 1.0, as proof of consciousness of guilt. That stolen binder and related materials ended up in Trump's "Beautiful Mind Boxes", which he carried everywhere with him, and became part of what Jack Smith was investigating, the disqualifying crimes of stealing government documents, our Editor's investigation.
The fact that Trump stole these documents beyond a reasonable doubt said Special Counsel Smith (and where AUSA/USAO, WA agreed under camera and in writing to conduit our missing million pages of organized Epstein evidence to Special Counsel Jack Smith 08/29/2024), and the fact that he named some of the stolen documents containing the Crossfire Hurricane binder linked to our Editor's stolen and RICO obstructed qui tam "Beautiful Mind Boxes", reveals that Trump employed the retroactively falsified schizo record slipped in by Kaiser's Caparas, to describe our stolen documents Trump stole, and where the film "Beautiful Mind" is about a graduate student (our Editor was a graduate student in a law or JD program), who became a university professor (our Editor became a university professor working for Epstein's Leon Black, the central character of Epstein's finances revealed NM Attorney General's office), who discovers and reports to the US government a conspiracy by Russia to overthrow the United States (and where our Editor's entrapped and RICO obstructed qui tam civil complaint draft(s) specified a provable conspiracy by Russia to overthrow the United States).

In this article, it becomes likely that Trump, DOJ, and the WH are also in possession of our Editor's 2024 DOJ disclosures missing from the Epstein files that were supposed to be released, because now what used to be "boxes" are now taking up an entire room of the White House, and where we submitted about a million pages to the DOJ, so enough to fill a room in the White House.
And now compare the life and false accusation aimed at our Editor with the life of John Nash, and the same becomes additional evidence of a conspiracy between Trump and Kaiser.

The university professor (John Nash) was then accused of being a schizophrenic to discredit the conspiracy he had elucidated (our editor was then retroactively accused in his mental health records by Kaiser of being a schizophrenic, though no one ever informed him of the same, nor was he sent to classes for the same (Kaiser's default prior to accessing therapy), and no one ever treated him nor followed up for the same, and so that was a legal hit and not any sort of attempt to provide any sort of standard of care to our Editor, so medical fraud, medical malpractice, and defamation). Instead, it remained hidden in his medical record along with all sorts of other defamations until he found the same. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se. This natural evil speaks for itself, and was overtly furthered yesterday, but in this manner linked to Trump's description of the documents he stole from us, which Aileen Cannon is separately refusing to release to the public, in conspiracy with these other RICO obstructors.
And so who here has a provable credibility problem?
The member reasonably seeking services that are part of his medical insurance plan, or Kaiser and Trump conspiring to defame our Editor prior to Congressional testimony or biblical-size lawsuits?
