Today, we found a brilliant article found by investigative journalist, Ailia Zehra, from Alternet, which revealed that Alan Dershowitz specifically knows the names of powerful people Trump is RICO obstructing for -- outside of official capacity, and outside of qualified immunity -- by not releasing the million missing Epstein files of our Editor.
In fact concealment of government documents is a crime that allows for the disqualification of officers from public office, so do tell Dershowitz, do tell.
And how does Dershowitz know?
Well a judge leaked the same to Dershowitz in confidence is how Dershowitz knows.
But which judge would know and leak to Epstein's Dershowitz who Trump is hiding files for?
There are only a few possibilities here for current cases, but our bet is on Aileen Cannon or Clarence Thomas , because we believe we can prove Cannon and/or Thomas conspired to unlawfully-seal and/or RICO obstruct our Editor's missing million DOJ Epstein files in Florida in the 11th Circuit, which we provided to the DOJ in the 9th Circuit, August 29, 2024, which we now believe are buried along with Special Counsel Jack Smith's files, as he was ONE of the many investigators our affidavits, jurats, and investigation materials were supposed to go to, or at least that is what the DOJ agreed to in 2024 under camera and in writing.
Per Ailia Zehra, "Alan Dershowitz, a former Constitutional advisor to President Donald Trump, alleged in a bombshell disclosure that key documents tied to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein are being withheld, not to protect victims, but to shield powerful figures.
“I know for a fact [Epstein] documents are being suppressed and they're being suppressed to protect individuals. I know the names of the individuals, I know why they're being suppressed," he said on the Sean Spicer Show in a newly resurfaced interview that originally aired in March of this year.
Dershowitz continued: "I know who's suppressing them, but I'm bound by confidentiality from a judge and cases, and I can't disclose what I know."
"But, hand to God, I know the names of people whose files are being suppressed in order to protect them, and that's wrong," he added.
Dershowitz was instrumental in negotiating Epstein’s highly criticized 2008 plea deal, which granted Epstein broad immunity from federal prosecution in exchange for a guilty plea on state-level prostitution charges.
He was also a member of Trump’s legal team during his first impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate in early 2020. Though once a liberal Democrat and outspoken critic — at one point in 2016 labeling Trump “more corrupt than Hillary Clinton” — Dershowitz shifted by January 2020 to a formal position focused exclusively on legal arguments.
Trump recruited him personally during a Christmas Eve conversation at Mar a Lago, and Dershowitz agreed to join on the basis that he would act independently and focus solely on constitutional interpretation — not trial strategy or fact-finding.
Meanwhile, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) reacted to Dershowitz remarks Thursday and wrote on the social platform X: "RELEASE THE EPSTEIN CLIENT LIST!!!!"
Political analyst Dominic Tripi wrote: "The names, the concealed documents, who’s being protected, all of that is available. It’s a pure coverup, they think if you find out the truth it will thoroughly destroy the legitimacy of governing institutions."

Given that our files argued to the DOJ in 2024 -- with 10,000 pages of IRAC legal analysis, summarizing about a million pages of evidence -- that Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate rigged the 2016+ elections to make him more powerful, but in a de facto or illegitimate manner due to the large volume of disqualification laws -- and not some but almost all the disqualification laws were violated -- and we only needed to prove one -- which would allow the government to remove clear liabilities and national threats from the government -- BEFORE they were returned to office -- and that was indeed covered up to protect powerful people we named -- we are guessing that Aileen Cannon or Clarence Thomas are who leaked the same to Dershowitz, given their conspiracy to RICO obstruct our attempt to protect the United States from its provable enemies. Them conspiring to attack and not defend whistleblower rights and Special Counsel authority, despite regularity for the government. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se.
So what Dershowitz revealed does precisely describe our situation -- a massive coverup in order to protect powerful people, by de facto officers behaving badly and in bad faith, who may be removed for such liabilities and all of their changes to the government rescinded, voided, and/or made moot.
Yes, this is certainly an accurate summary of our situation.

The legal counsel or former legal counsel of Trump summarizing what happened to us and why, an admission of guilt, coupled to Dershowitz specifying he knows that this conduct is bad, and he has been advising Trump on interpreting the Constitution. Res ipsa loquitur malum in se.
