As researched by the Ontario Public Interest Research Group (OPIRG) at the University of Guelph (1998), fossil fuel emissions contribute to greenhouse gases -- which cause heat to become trapped below and/or within these greenhouse gases, and this has been increasing global temperatures beyond what has been historically recorded -- and the same increases the probability, biodiversity, and distribution of pathogenic microorganisms and pandemics like COVID.
Most fossil fuels can be sourced from formerly living cells-turned-fossil fuels, a chemical process requiring a great deal of time under specific temperature and pressure conditions, dating back to the Mesozoic and Carboniferous periods in history, which includes the dinosaur period, and where the dinosaurs were almost killed off in one of Earth's six mass extinction events, the most recent of which is being caused by human industrial waste being pumped into the air all life breathes, and into the water cycle all life needs to survive, and into the soil, where the food chain for all life begins.

There are so many different ways that fossil fuel products and their emissions are killing us, and the rest of life on Earth.
The last time we researched the same, the average person was found to have eaten about a credit card worth of plastic every week, and microplastics were found inside our lungs and were found near ubiquitously in the air, and microplastics were found circulating through pristine lakes (because microplastics are in the air around the world and rain out of the sky in areas where there is no other human activity), making their way into our food and water systems, and then into our bloodstreams, becoming trapped in our cells, lymph nodes, and/or elsewhere in our bodies, where "forever molecules" (hard to impossible to remove) that resemble female hormones poison and bring chaos to our immune, reproductive (fossil fuels cause transgender, which is why they hate the trans community and encourage others to do the same, is a reasonable inference), and/or other systems.

When we researched the same, only about 5% of all plastic waste was actually recycled, resulting in continent-size plastic islands like the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, which is leaching and decomposing into microplastics poisoning the food chain and pristine lakes far from humans.

One of the worst possible fossil fuel emissions that can be generated is burning fossil fuels and/or burning products made out of fossil fuels, like but not limited to plastics used in the food industry scorched in cooking oil.
Burned plastics release some of the most toxic products known, and we eat and/or breathe burned plastics almost every meal, when you consider the following deadly combination.

Said differently, every time you cook meat/vegetables that was/were wrapped in plastic, there is a good chance that microplastics on the food (microplastics lodged into the lipid and sugar molecules of the food cells after being pressed against plastic wrap for days), AND the microplastics leached into the plastic bottles housing cooking oils, have scorched and released super toxins into your meat, which then become trapped in your body, and increasing the toxic load your immune system and cells have to absorb, distribute, metabolize, and excrete, often to the point of causing a wicked disease or umbrella of diseases like cancer.
And despite the fact that all of our best counting sciences have determined that we need to immediately transition from fossil fuels to renewable and cleaner energies faster -- but we don't -- because the treasonous child sex trafficking ring of Jeffrey Epstein and Trump or the petro-fascists want to continue to make their billionaire crime syndicate richer, regardless of how many people they make sick, kill, and/or regardless of how many species are sent into extinction, is a reasonable inference.
