In this article we explore how Bill Cosby was treated versus how Supreme Court "justice" Brett Kavanaugh, Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein, and Leon Black were treated after they were accused of drugging, raping, and/or gang raping women and/or children.
BILL COSBY
"The earliest allegation against Cosby dates back to December 1965: in 2005, Kristina Ruehli came forward as Jane Doe #12 in the Andrea Constand case and alleged that Cosby had drugged and assaulted her at that time in his Beverly Hills home. Further, Ruehli said she had told her boyfriend about the incident, and had told her daughter in the 1980s.[73]
In the early 1980s, Joan Tarshis told freelance reporter John Milward about an alleged sexual assault by Cosby. Milward did not write about the allegations.[74] In 1996, Playboy Playmate Victoria Valentino gave a videotaped interview in which she made sexual assault allegations against Cosby. The interview was conducted for an exposé on the lives of Playboy models, which was never published.[74]
After the allegations resurfaced in 2014, Wendy Williams recalled that during her radio show in 1990, she referred to sexual assault allegations against Cosby that had been published in the National Enquirer tabloid. Williams said Cosby called her boss in the middle of the broadcast demanding that Williams be fired.[75][76][77]
On February 1, 2000, according to a statement provided by Detective Jose McCallion of the New York County District Attorney's Special Victims Bureau, Lachele Covington, who was 20 years old at the time, filed a criminal complaint against Cosby alleging that on January 28, 2000, at his Manhattan townhouse, he had tried to put her hands down his pants and then exposed himself. Covington also alleged that Cosby grabbed her breasts and tried to put his hands down her pants. Cosby was questioned and insisted "it was not true."
The New York City Police Department (NYPD) referred her complaint to the D.A., but they declined to prosecute.[78]
In January 2004, Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee, accused Cosby of drugging and fondling her; however, in February 2005, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania's District Attorney said there would be no charges due to insufficient credible and admissible evidence.[79] Constand then filed a civil claim in March 2005, with thirteen women as potential witnesses if the case went to court.[80][81] Cosby settled out of court for an undisclosed amount in November 2006.[80] After learning that charges were not pursued in the Constand case, California lawyer Tamara Lucier Green, the only publicly named woman in the prior case, came forward with allegations in February 2005 that Cosby had drugged and assaulted her in the 1970s.[82][83][84] Cosby's lawyer said Cosby did not know her and that the events did not happen.[85]
In a July 2005 Philadelphia Daily News interview, Beth Ferrier, one of the anonymous "Jane Doe" witnesses in the Constand case, alleged that in 1984 Cosby had drugged her coffee and she awoke with her clothes partially removed.[86] In 2005, Shawn Upshaw Brown, a woman with whom Cosby admitted to having an extramarital affair in the 1970s, claimed in the National Enquirer that Cosby drugged and raped her the last time the two were together sexually. Brown is the mother of Autumn Jackson, who claims to be Cosby's illegitimate daughter. Jackson was convicted in 1997 of extortion after she threatened to make the claims public in the Globe tabloid. In 2015, Brown went into more detail with her renewed allegations in an interview.[87]
On June 9, 2006, Philadelphia magazine published an article by Robert Huber which gave graphic detail about Constand's allegations, and the similar stories told by Green and Ferrer about how they stated that they too were drugged and sexually assaulted. With these severe allegations against Cosby, Huber wrote: "His lawyers have gotten it pushed to the back burner, down to a simmer, and maybe it will amount to nothing, yet there is also the possibility that it will bubble up to destroy him."[88] The article was titled Dr. Huxtable & Mr. Hyde,[89] in allusion to both Cosby's character Cliff Huxtable on The Cosby Show and to a person having two starkly distinct "Jekyll and Hyde" personalities. This article also presented Barbara Bowman, who had come forward after having read about Constand's story, saying she could not sit in silence any longer. Details of Bowman's similar drug and sexual assault allegations were published in the magazine's November 1, 2006, issue. Bowman reported two incidents that happened around early 1986, wherein she was eighteen years old and working as an aspiring model and actress after her agent had introduced her to Cosby and he had become her good friend and mentor, saying that she escaped his attacks, returned home to Denver and Cosby thereafter subverted her career.[90]"

BRETT KAVANAUGH
Unlike Bill Cosby, Brett Kavanaugh was also repeatedly accused of drugging and/or gang raping young women in college with his friends, but not only wasn't he prosecuted, he was made a Supreme Court "justice" of the United States, despite at least one of Kavanaugh's victims coming forward BEFORE he was confirmed into office.
"In September 2018, Ford alleged that then-U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in Bethesda, Maryland, when they were teenagers in the summer of 1982.[7] She testified about her allegations during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing regarding Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination later that month.[8]
In early July 2018, after Judge Brett Kavanaugh was reported to be on Donald Trump's shortlist to become an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, Ford contacted both The Washington Post and her congresswoman, Anna Eshoo.[7] On July 20,[8] eleven days after Trump nominated Kavanaugh, Eshoo met with Ford, becoming convinced of her credibility and noting that Ford seemed "terrified" that her identity as an accuser might become public. Eshoo and Ford decided to take the matter to Senator Dianne Feinstein, one of Ford's senators in California and the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, which would deliberate Kavanaugh's nomination.[27] In a July 30, 2018 letter to Feinstein, Ford alleged that Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her when both were in high school in Bethesda, Maryland, and stated that she expected her story to be kept confidential.[7][28] In August that year, Ford took a polygraph test that was administered by a former FBI agent, who concluded Ford was being truthful when attesting to the accuracy of her allegations.[7]
Feinstein said that owing to her confidentiality commitment to Ford,[29] she did not raise the issue in the initial Kavanaugh confirmation proceedings.[30] On September 12, The Intercept reported (without naming Ford) that Feinstein was withholding a Kavanaugh-related document from fellow Judiciary Committee Democrats.[31] On September 13,[32] Feinstein referred Ford's letter to the FBI, which redacted Ford's name and forwarded the letter to the White House[7] as an update to Kavanaugh's background check.[33] The White House in turn sent the letter to the full Senate Judiciary Committee.[7]
Senator Dick Durbin asks Ford about her certainty of Brett Kavanaugh's identity in the alleged 1982 attack.
On September 16, after media reported anonymous allegations and reporters started to track down her identity, Ford went public.[34] Ford had wrestled with the choice to make her identity known, weighing the potential negative impact it could have on her,[35][36] but ultimately spoke to The Washington Post, alleging that Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her in the summer of 1982 when she was 15 and he was 17.[37][38][39][40] She said that, while his friend Mark Judge watched, Kavanaugh, intoxicated, held her down on a bed with his body, grinding against and groping her, covering her mouth when she tried to scream and trying to pull her clothes off.[41][42] Finding it hard to breathe, she thought Kavanaugh was going to accidentally kill her.[13] She recounted escaping when Judge jumped on the bed and toppled them.[7] As corroboration of her account, Ford provided the Post with the polygraph results as well as session notes from her couples therapist written in 2012.[7]
The therapist's notes do not name Kavanaugh but record Ford's claim of being attacked by students "from an elitist boys' school" who went on to become "highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington". The therapist's notes also say four boys were involved, which Ford attributed to an error by the therapist; Ford clarified in 2018 that four boys were at the party but only two were involved in the incident.[7] Ford's husband recalled that she had used Kavanaugh's last name in her 2012 description of the incident, and that she said he might one day be nominated to the Supreme Court.[7] In an individual therapy session in 2013, Ford described a "rape attempt" that occurred in her late teens.[7]
Kavanaugh denied Ford's allegations.[43] Attorneys Debra Katz, Lisa Blanks and Michael Bromwich represented Ford pro bono[8] in the process of going public with her statements about Kavanaugh.[34][14][44] Democratic adviser Ricki Seidman, who helped prepare Anita Hill for her testimony against Clarence Thomas during his 1991 Supreme Court nomination hearings, was brought in to personally advise Ford in navigating a potential hearing.[45]
On September 18, Ford's attorneys sent a letter to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley requesting that the FBI investigate the incident before the Senate held a hearing on Ford's allegations to "ensure that the crucial facts and witnesses in this matter are assessed in a non-partisan manner, and that the Committee is fully informed before conducting any hearing or making any decisions". The letter additionally noted the significant public support Ford had received, but also severe harassment including death threats, forcing her to leave her home.[46] The same day, a crowdfunding campaign was created to defray Ford's security costs, surpassing its $100,000 goal in less than 24 hours.[47]
On September 21, President Trump tweeted about Ford, saying that if Ford's allegations were true, either she or her parents would have reported them at the time of the event.[48][49] Fortune called the tweet an attempt "to undermine her allegation"[49] and Republican Senator Susan Collins—at the time considered a key swing vote on Kavanaugh's nomination—said she was "appalled" by Trump's tweet, calling it "inappropriate and wrong".[50] Trump's statements about Ford prompted sexual assault victims to start tweeting using the hashtag #WhyIDidntReport to share reasons for silence.[51] Trump issued several more statements, including a tweet alleging that Kavanaugh was "under assault by radical left wing politicians".[52] Trump's attacks on Ford were widely characterized as victim blaming.[53][54][55][56]
On September 27, the Senate Judiciary Committee held an additional day of public hearings to discuss her allegations. Ford and Kavanaugh were the only witnesses scheduled.[57] Ford testified that Kavanaugh "groped me and tried to take off my clothes", and that "I believed he was going to rape me."[58] Kavanaugh had previously denied all allegations of sexual assault as "totally false and outrageous" and testified separately later in the day.[59] Republican members of the committee did not question Ford directly; that was done by Rachel Mitchell, a career prosecutor from Arizona retained by the committee's Republican majority to question Ford on their behalf.[60] Alternating with Mitchell's questions, Democratic committee members questioned Ford themselves.[61]
Following the hearing, Mitchell produced a report stating that she did not believe a reasonable prosecutor would bring a case against Kavanaugh based on the evidence presented to the committee and adding that there were multiple inconsistencies in Ford's testimony.[62] Mitchell asserted that Ford's case was "even weaker than" the standard "he said, she said" case, because other witnesses identified by Ford "either refuted her allegations, or failed to corroborate them".[62][63]
In response to Mitchell's memo detailing her conclusions, several former prosecutors and legal analysts published rebuttals, arguing that Mitchell erred in questioning Ford without there having been an impartial and full investigation.[64] Others noted that Mitchell's role was "akin to [that of] a defense attorney", and therefore she should not have submitted a prosecution report.[65] Two MSNBC legal analysts characterized Mitchell's assertions that Ford had "no memory of key details" and that others had not corroborated her account as flawed arguments, even going so far as to describe Mitchell's conclusions as "reek[ing] of desperation" and "misleading at best and disingenuous at worst".[66]
On September 28, following requests from U.S. Senator Jeff Flake and from the Senate Judiciary Committee, President Trump ordered a supplemental FBI background investigation into Kavanaugh, giving them one week to investigate the sexual assault allegations.[67] On October 4, the FBI submitted the confidential report to the Senate; Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said there was nothing new in the report and no corroboration of the allegations. Senate Republicans were generally approving of how the investigation was conducted; Senate Democrats criticized the investigation as "limited" and "incomplete."[68] The FBI interviewed 10 additional witnesses during the investigation,[68] including Deborah Ramirez, another woman who had accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault; they did not interview Kavanaugh or Ford.[69]
On October 5, Ford's attorneys said she had no regrets about coming forward, and did not want Kavanaugh impeached if Democrats took control of Congress.[70] The Senate confirmed Kavanaugh's nomination by a vote of 50–48 on October 6, 2018.[71][72]
By the time it was closed to further donations, the GoFundMe account set up on Ford's behalf had raised $647,610. As of November 21, 2018, Ford had used some of the money to cover security costs to protect herself and her family, but said that she would donate the remainder to organizations that support trauma survivors.[73]
Ford received a number of threats – including death threats – for coming forward with her allegations against Kavanaugh.[74] During her testimony, Ford stated, "I have been called the most vile and hateful names imaginable. People have posted my personal information on the internet. This has resulted in additional emails, calls, and threats. My family and I were forced to move out of our home."[75] As of November 2018, Ford stated that she was still being harassed and threatened and had to move four times as well as hire private security;[76] furthermore, she had not been able to resume her teaching at Palo Alto University.[77]"

Since then many other of his victims have come forward to specify he and his friends conspired to drug and rape young women, which is what Bill Cosby was prosecuted and went to jail for, except Cosby did so on his own, and Kavanaugh was part of a much more harmful drug-then-gang-rape criminal conspiracy, "Attorney Michael Avenatti tweeted a sworn affidavit Wednesday of a woman who says she was a victim of a “gang rape” where embattled supreme court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was present, and that she witnessed efforts by Kavanaugh “to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could be ‘gang raped’ by a train of numerous boys.” Julie Swetnick is the third woman to accuse Kavanaugh, 53, of sexual misconduct ...
Swetnick alleges that in 1982, she was at a house party when she became a victim of one of the “gang rapes,” and that Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge, “were present.”
“Shortly after the incident I shared what had transpired with at least two people,” she alleges. Swetnick says that during the incident, she was involuntarily incapacitated and “unable to fight off the boys raping me” and believes she was “drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking.”
Swetnick also alleges that in 1981 or 1982, she “became aware of efforts” by Kavanaugh, Judge and others to “spike the ‘punch’ at house parties I attended with drugs and/or grain alcohol,” to lead to girls losing their inhibitions. She further alleges that she saw Kavanaugh, Judge and others ” ‘target’ particular girls so they could be taken advantage of.”"

Accordingly, Brett Kavanaugh was accused of the same sort of behavior as Bill Cosby, and/or worse behavior when factoring in the very harmful gang rape with intent aspect, and yet Cobsy was prosecuted and put in jail, and Kavanaugh was made a judge on the Supreme Court, a court which sought and seeks to police itself, after the majority of SCOTUS was repeatedly caught corrupting their public offices in RICO, obstruction, corruption, bribery, and/or unethical schemes with more than one billionaire.
Here it is important to note that Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's accused gang rapist, Donald Trump, is who appointed drug-then-gang-rape Brett Kavanaugh to the bench and yet Kavanaugh was deemed to be under-qualified by former Supreme Court John Paul Stevens, and where "Kavanaugh himself wrote in 2003 that "I have not been a trial lawyer," and by his own admission had never tried a case from start to finish; rather, he contributed legal analysis and argument as part of a team or with respect to individual components of larger cases. Kavanaugh was not promoted directly from law clerk to federal judge. His last clerkship was in 1994, nine years before Bush nominated him to the D.C. Circuit. In the intervening years, Kavanaugh accumulated legal experience of various kinds, including working in the White House and on high-profile cases such as Ken Starr's Clinton investigations and the 2000 Florida recount controversy."
Accordingly, gang rapist Brett Kavanaugh hadn't even tried one case from beginning to end, and yet G.W. Bush made him a judge, because Kavanaugh had been part of the conspiracy to steal the 2000 elections from the American people with the Supreme Court majority installed by G.H.W. Bush and Reagan, assisted by Amy Barrett and John Roberts, the latter of whom G.W. Bush rewarded with a Supreme Court position in a quid pro quo, and then Trump awarded Barrett and Kavanaugh for their role in furthering the criminal conspiracy to steal the 2000 elections, where the conspirators used the GOP SCOTUS majority of G.H.W. Bush and Reagan, installed after they furthered the Iran Contra treason conspiracy against the United States and Americans, to literally stop the counting of votes in Jeb Bush's Florida to engineer G.W. Bush into the presidency, covered up by the 9/11 attacks by Jeffrey Epstein's Saudi royals, Russia, and the Bin Laden family (who have since paid over a million dollars to Jeffrey Epstein's UK royals), further covered up by Jeffrey Epstein's Henry Kissinger via the 9/11 Commission.

Jeffrey Epstein's David Koch, Jeffrey Epstein's Google founders, and Jeffrey Epstein's Rockefeller's Chevron, are who financed the Federalist Society who created the current GOP SCOTUS majority, which many people consider illegitimate, because of the GOP treason plots that preceded these appointments, nominations, and confirmations outside of the U.S. Constitution and rule of law, totally ignored in order to engineer organized crime loyal to Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate into monarch-like power.
THE FAILURE TO PROSECUTE DONALD TRUMP'S, LEON BLACK'S, AND JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S (GANG) RAPES
Jeffrey Epstein, Leon Black, and Donald Trump have respectively and/or collectively been accused of raping children and/or gang raping children, and/or raping children with Down's Syndrome and autism. Donald Trump was sued by Katie Johnson for (gang) raping her with Jeffrey Epstein (who sodomized her) when she was 13 years old, along with Maria (Doe), who was 12. Donald Trump then beat her up, and threw money at her as she cried because he raped her without a condom, throwing money at her and told her to "get a fucking abortion", per the lawsuit provided in the second link below. Leon Black was trafficked a child with Down's Syndrome and autism and he so brutally raped and sodomized her, including with (an) object(s) as to cause the child to bleed out of one of her holes, which she was refused professional medical attention for in order to cover up the fact she was brutally raped by child rapists who sex trafficked her, per the lawsuit provided in the first link below.
Of the more than 1,971 known clients, financiers, and/or associates of Jeffrey Epstein, almost none of them have been prosecuted, despite many of them having been repeat offenders and/or repeatedly linked to Jeffrey Epstein's child rape operations.
Jeffrey Epstein and as many as 1,971 known clients, financiers, and/or associates of Jeffrey Epstein, evaded prosecution, and/or jail due to a criminal conspiracy to RICO obstruct justice for the child victims of Jeffrey Epstein, including an unlawful and harmful "sweetheart" non-prosecution agreement in secrecy (victims rights were violated in order to secretly not prosecute others, which included Donald Trump, and Jeffrey Epstein's GOP SCOTUS majority refused to hear the case that their rights were violated, because the GOP SCOTUS majority was installed by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate) under the auspices of the GOP's G.W. Bush DOJ and/or Robert Mueller's FBI (the same Robert Mueller who joined Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump's Doral Golf Club, and the same Robert Mueller who worked as an attorney at the law firm that represented Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump and/or Ivanka Trump's Kushner family, and the same Robert Mueller was hand-picked by Jeffrey Epstein's Trump's DOJ to RICO obstruct and not investigate the treason and elections fraud crimes of Trump and America's greatest enemy, Russia, under the auspices of Bill Barr, whose father, pedophile fantasy writer Donald Barr, is who groomed Jeffrey Epstein at Dalton school for children), which in turn allowed Trump to install half of the GOP SCOTUS majority, who then refused to hear the petition of the victims of Jeffrey Epstein in a RICO obstruction quid pro quo criminal conspiracy to allow Jeffrey Epstein's, Trump's, and Leon Black's victims to be violated with little to no relief or justice -- as ongoing organized crime would.

Christine Blasey Ford, Katie Johnson, their families, and/or others received death threats for trying to bring forward the truth of their victimization by these sexual predators linked to Jeffrey Epstein, in a similar manner that our Editor was also threatened with death, beat up, and his career tanked (which Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and/or Bill Cosby were accused of doing to their victims).
Accordingly, Bill Cosby was prosecuted and imprisoned for drugging and/or raping women and/or sexually assaulting them, but Jeffrey Epstein's Federalist Society's Brett Kavanaugh was not prosecuted and imprisoned for drugging and then gang raping women, but instead was made a Supreme Court "justice", just as Clarence Thomas was despite the accusations of sexual misconduct by Anita Hill, allowing at least 1/3rd of the GOP majority of SCOTUS linked to individuals with sexual misconduct problems to occupy the highest courts, who then refused to provide total justice to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein.
Similarly, instead of prosecuting Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump -- for (gang) raping children, and where Trump has been repeatedly sued and/or accused of raping, sexually assaulting, groping, and/or harassing as many as 25 other children and/or women -- Jeffrey Epstein's Donald was instead allowed to run for President of the United States over the entire justice system, after he conspired with U.S. enemy Russia to do the same, whereafter Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Trump installed half of the GOP SCOTUS majority, who then refused to hear the petition of the victims of Jeffrey Epstein, after Jeffrey Epstein's Federalist Society hand-picked and/or was associated with the appointments of 6 out of 9 SCOTUS "justices" -- as ongoing organized crime would. Once he was illegitimately "engineered" into power over the justice system by America's number one enemy, he stacked the judiciary, including Judge Cannon, who is currently RICO obstructing Trump's prosecution(s). Meanwhile, Trump's conspirators have pled guilty and received prison sentences as great as 22 years, for crimes Trump orchestrated, which he may never be held accountable for.

Accordingly, Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein's Federalist Society's Brett Kavanaugh, Jeffrey Epstein's Leon Black, and Jeffrey Epstein were not prosecuted in the same manner that Bill Cosby was, and yet it can be argued that their conduct was much, much worse.
And not only did Trump and Kavanaugh engage in very similar, if not worse criminal behavior than Bill Cosby, and evade prosecution for the same, they were allowed to take over, influence, and/or obstruct the entire justice system of the United States, in favor of Jeffrey Epstein's child sex trafficking clients, financiers, and associates, whereas Bill Cosby was put in jail.
Since then Trump, the GOP, Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, and/or others have tried to convince others that Trump has been sent by God to save America (from the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein), and/or that Trump is God, Jesus returned, the chosen one, and/or the second coming of Christ, despite the fact that Trump has specified in the past that he thinks Christianity is "bullshit", a "racket", and that Christians are "idiots", "fools", and "schmuck", and despite the fact that Trump has called evangelical religious leaders "pieces of shit". Since then Trump and the GOP have made ads trying to deceive Christian Americans into supporting him taking over the justice system again, and where he has vowed to kill, export, harm, and/or strip Americans of the citizenship, unlike Jesus would do.
And so yet another series of examples of extreme and even perverse American injustice.
