RICO obstruction of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate has been overtly furthered by Sonoma County DA's Office and by State of CA Board of Behavioral Sciences, led by Ruemmler's CA Democrats, implicated along with the GOP, is one hot mess, and explains why Epstein victims can't get justice again.

The following is an update on the overtly furthered RICO obstruction of justice of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate led by California Democrats, in an ongoing conspiracy with the GOP.

This last week, we reached out to the Sonoma County District Attorney's office to let them know we had the missing million pages of DOJ evidence and that the same was more likely than not the intent behind their criminal investigation of Cal-Fire arsonist, Robert Hernandez, who set five fires around the homes of our Editor's two families living in Sonoma and Santa Rose areas.

At first, we landed on a female at the office, who immediately recognized that we needed to be put in contact with someone at the DA's office, who turned out to be a male, who refused to meet with our Editor to receiving the missing million pages of Epstein evidence missing from the DOJ's mandated need to disclose.

And so a female at the DA's office immediately recognized that we needed to be connected with someone linked to that case management, who was a male, and the male refused to meet to accept evidence of Epstein's crimes, and instead directed our Editor Kash Patel's FBI and to Todd Blanche's DOJ, in the context that on the same day, Kash Patel was found by the media to be conspiring with Jeffrey Epstein's UK royals as an unregistered foreign agent of Britain, specifically the wife of 'prince' Andrew, Sarah Ferguson, as the FBI director, seemingly taking RICO obstruction orders from the largest named family in Epstein's client book, the EU/UK royals, followed by the Trump family, who Kash Patel and his former master Devin Nunes work(ed) for, followed by the Kennedy family, who Trump put in charge of all our lives. What could possibly go more wrong?

And so a male linked to Robert Hernandez's Cal-Fire arson case at the Sonoma County DA's office RICO obstructed many of Jeffrey Epstein's victims yesterday, saying he was being called away by his boss, the Democratic DA, in the background, who was obviously motioning him quietly in the background. 

Similarly, our email to the District Attorney's office explaining our situation was put in a seemingly forever loop of not being deliverable, which we also experienced with Democrat Adam Schiff's Office. 

This doesn't necessarily mean the Democrats are as evil as the GOP, but sure doesn't help their case, literally and figuratively. What kind of prosecution team or prosecutor doesn't want to meet with a key witness who says they have evidence of intent for someone they are prosecuting, when they have no real other leads? The answer is a corrupted public office.

We also let the prosecution team know that we were "provable victims" in the Hernandez case, and could explain how at Uprights News, which the male at the DA's office visited, knew about, and then with 3 years of evidence in the Terror Log, refused to acknowledge our Editor was being stalked and threatened with death, despite clear evidence a victim in his case was provably been stalked and intimidated, which he was okay with, took no preventive measures to protect us, but instead directed us to Epstein's criminal defense attorneys at the DOJ, and to Kash Patel being RICO influenced and corrupted to not investigate Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, like Trump and 'prince' Andrew, the royals, and/or others.

By doing so the Sonoma County DA's office not only furthered the ongoing criminal conspiracy to deprive our Editor and his family rights as victims to come forward, which is actually pretty hard to do and takes a lot of courage, especially victims of Epstein, who are provably stalked and terrorized, specifically so that they will be too scared to come forward the Sonoma County DA's office not at all interested in protecting Epstein victims coming to them for protection from stalking and death threats.

Not interested in the evidence of the same, not interested in protecting the United States by receiving the missing missing pages of evidence -- only interested in RICO obstruction of justice is a reasonable inference, and so marked by us overt furtherences of all sorts of criminal spokes of Epstein's ongoing conspiracy, and so another RICO corrupted office we recognize as defendants in all relevant future mega-lawsuits we are going to be filing, regardless if the conspirators prevent us from access counsel.

Here we come to expose your office as corrupted by Jeffrey Epstein's crimes syndicate, outside of official capacity knowingly sending us to those we accused and those we specified and who are known to be RICO obstructing Epstein content. So very harmful intentional infliction of severe emotional distress coming out of the Democrat's Sonoma County DA's Offfice.

Similarly, the Democratic-led State of CA Board of Behavioral Sciences was informed of much of the same, and there could be no more harmful intentional infliction of severe emotional distress than a government agency conspiring with Kaiser Permanente who they know has a long history of failing patients, and who were informed of the falsification of our Editor's medical record using contact information Kaiser Permanante had provided our Editor, for who to contact to file a grievance.

That contact information led us to a State of CA "Breeze" complaint site, which we used to look up two Kaiser providers who EACH falsified our Editor's medical record in an extremely defamatory and harmful manner, and retroactively "slipping" harmful content he could prove was not true into his medical record, secretly, saying they told him things they didn't in audio-recorded session(s), which he reasonably asked them to check, to find they had falsified his medical record, which they refused to do, specifically to not correct the same.

And so under every Kaiser provider is information as to who to contact to file a State grievance, our Editor used that information, it took him to a CA "Breeze" complaint site, he filed a complaint, and State of CA returned communications specifying he needed to contact someone else, and they provided him a separate email with literally the word complaint into the email title, which he emailed, and they told him they don't accept complaints by email as the "Breeze" response specified they would, and as their own email specified they were the right people to complain to, them telling him he has to file a complaint through the CA "Breeze" site, and so provable overt conspiracy to obstruct justice for Epstein victims specifying they have a million pages of missing Epstein evidence and are willing to walk the same into two Democratic-led offices, each Democratic-led office conspiring with the other by meeting minds, to unreasonably not accept evidence of proof of harm provably linked to matters EACH investigates, EACH refusing to meet to receive the Epstein evidence, because EACH Democratic Office has been RICO obstructed to corrupt the process.

Here we will add that Jeffrey Epstein's Mark Zuckerberg was allegedly seeking to buy a property literally on the other side of a hill owned by our Editor's family member, who Cal-Fire's Hernandez seemingly tried to burn out or evacuate, in the VERY SAME WEEK our Editor blew the whistle against Cal-Fire at DOJ linked to Epstein in 2024.

Similarly, the CEO of Roche's Genentech and/or separately one of the people who helped Genentech go public, also bought a home very close to our Editor's family, and also violated Thompson doctrine for peripheral whistleblowers, when a Genentech leadership's son infiltrated our Editor's brother's family, like HR McMaster, becoming "friends" with our Editor's family members, linked to Clarence Thomas being bribed by Harlan Crow, followed by Clarence Thomas conspiring with Aileen Cannon to RICO obstruct Special Counsel Jack Smith and our Editor in overt furtherance.

Then Carl Rove or his orbit have also moved in close to and/or infiltrated the family of our Editor in the Sonoma, in the context that GW Bush, Jeb Bush, HR McMaster, Harlan Crow, Bill Barr, and so many other violated the Thompson doctrine by also infiltrating and/or meeting with our Editor's family in secret (so that the same could not be recorded, and yet some of these encounters were, forever we have a photo of Jeb Bush and Stephen Harper with our Editor's brother at the Bohemian Club holding up a Canada flag, one of the few photos they all agreed to, and proving the Bush family implicated in our Editor's 2014 unlawfully-seized qui tam were among those later conspiring to violate the Thompson doctrine for 3rd party whistleblowers to our Editor.

And so if Epstein and Roche-linked Genentech, Epstein's Kaiser, Carl Rove, the Bush and Barr family's Bohemians, andor their orbits, in any manner contributed to any campaign contribution to Gavin Newsom or to the Sonoma County DA's office, then after this clear RICO obstruction against Epstein victims, and the deprivation of rights under color of law by State and County Democratic offices, these are no longer campaign contributions but bribes to RICO obstruct Epstein victims and/or other crimes is provable.

And so maybe Trump didn't lie -- which is rare given he literally holds the title for most lies told on Earth, or "the Great Deceiver" -- when he referenced those "Crooked Democrats" weaponizing government, to deprive Epstein victims like our Editor and Trump their rights, to RICO obstruct for Epstein et al., as organized crime corrupting public offices by way of bribery would.

Again, we constantly test the truth with more facts, and the Democrats of CA are failing fast, in a manner we have to point out doesn't yet rival the level of corruption by the GOP, but then again, a small number of people actually call the shots for the entire U.S. government, with few alpha chimps truly leading entire branches of our government, too easily corrupted by individuals, EACH with the wealth of some nations.

For one elections cycle we studied for Epstein money launderer Roche, they funded the campaigns of more than 1,000 winning politicians just that cycle, from the top of the government to the bottom, now all too willing not to investigate Roche-Epstein crimes after being BRIBED, is proof of RICO obstruction of public offices, outside of official capacity, and outside of qualified immunity.

So we are going to come after every agency who failed us, for cause.

We are coming for these corrupted public offices FIRST -- as "but for" their RICO obstructing and corrupting harmful crimes in office, there would have not been more than one Epstein victim.

The government would have protected the first victim of Epstein, whoever that was, and Epstein would have never had his first victim recruit his next victim -- into a de facto emperor and criminal enterprise position decades later. "But for" these crooks, cowards, and their cults at the State of CA and municipal county level usurping, corrupting, and obstructing government offices in such a harmful manner -- Epstein would not have victimized any one else. It is corrupted offices that keep failing America and Epstein's victims, and they need to be called out for many reasons. For example, it might be GOP loyalists at State of CA and Sonoma County's Office attempting to smear Gavin Newsom and the Sonoma County DA, by directing Epstein victims to take up their complaints with Epstein's former criminal defense attorneys and unregistered foreign agents.

Res ipsa loquitur malum in se.

The best way to find out is to sue everyone corrupting and obstructing from government agencies, for cause, and then to go after all of their communications and finances, to determine who has been plotting and agreeing to crimes, and who has not.

A hard rain is going to come to wash away this filth and these "dirty" people from our country -- once our Epstein files are loosed from RICO obstructed, corrupted, and bribed public offices by others like Judges Sullivan, Williams, and others -- protecting our country by shedding light on all the same. It's time to root out the rot.
