The above image is a hypothesis meant to test the truth, in a color-coded selected summary of Jeffrey Epstein's 1984-2026 crimes against America, Donald Trump, the Editor of UPRights News, GOP, Democrats, UK/EU 'royals', Russia, Vladimir Putin, Saudis, Edge Foundations billionaires, their Fortune 500 companies, the public offices they could RICO obstruct, and/or other victims -- despite the fact Epstein died in 2019 -- and where our Editor and an Australian whistleblower have corroborated one another across exclusively-Epstein-linked EYES countries -- with near identical accounts of Epstein's and Ghislaine Maxwell's ongoing crimes against victims continuing AFTER Epstein's suspicious death.
Very simply, by 2012-2019, Jeffrey Epstein had orchestrated himself into a de facto emperor role over the leaders of the largest/richest companies/founders/owners/government contractors and largest governments in the world -- being blackmailed, extorted, threatened with death, corrupted, and RICO obstructed by Epstein -- and Epstein threatened his billionaire victims and non-billionaire victims to "recruit", "produce", pay up, and/or to find new victims to harm ... or else.
Between this period of time -- 2012-2019 -- child sex trafficking victims who were now adults were suing Epstein, Trump, Leon Black, Les Wexner, Prince Andrew, and/or others, and during this time our Editor was in law school, and a graduate business professor, researching Epstein's Edge Foundation's organized crimes on Epstein's Leon Black's computers at University of Phoenix, using Epstein's Bill Gates' Microsoft, and Epstein's Leon Black's and Epstein's Marissa Mayer's Yahoo, and Epstein's Google/Microsoft/Yahoo owners' search engines.
These UOP computers used by the Editor as a former student, and separately as a faculty practitioner, and separately having been hired to lead 20 other faculty members in product development, and these computers were shared with Sacramento Police, who our Editor worked with in Sacramento, but then he implicated them in RICO obstruction crimes with Jeffrey Epstein's Edge Foundation participants and their companies, and a week later, Sacramento Police and GOP's Scott Jones Jones conspired with others to entrap and convict our Editor to discredit him with a DUI Bill Skeeters et al. engineered, after luring our Editor to Skeeters, when Skeeters offered up a guest bedroom BEFORE any drinking, our Editor accepted, then Skeeters and a Sacramento Sheriff Deputy drank with Editor for most of the day, then they sent him home drunk at midnight, after not allowing him to go to bed as agreed. The Deputy worked a motorcade parade hours after the party ended, but he was not entrapped for a DUI to contrast and compare selective prosecution here.
Our Editor in law school and as a graduate business professor was researching how Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate had harmed the Editor and his family for so many years, and who was involved, and why -- implicating Trump orbit, Russians, GOP, Edge Foundation billionaires (Apollo/Black, Yahoo/Black&Mayer, Microsoft/Gates&Allen, Google/Brin&Page, Roche/Hoffman), and/or others (GOP, SacPD, UK royals, Bush family, Sarkozy-linked Wildenstein family of Trump Plaza/Hotel, and/or others in a $40 billion government fraud conspiracy, with many spokes violating government contracting laws, and so our Editor sought to blow the whistle for a $10+ billion whistleblower fee, but the defendants and those named in the investigation conspired to RICO obstruct our Editor, and so they had him entrapped.
The fraud and harm are now estimated to exceed this original government fraud value by a factor of 10X, is how much more the government was harmed between 2014 -- when our Editor was entrapped and the truth revealed to DOJ -- to the present day, with America increasingly unrecognizable to almost every American, to the point Americans have taken to regularly trying to kill Trump, and have taken to marching in the streets with four times more forces than Trump can conjure on short notice, and that's a 10th of what the world's 3rd largest country and most armed populace could conjure, if they felt a need to protect themselves. Panicking, Trump and GOP have fired most of their talent, and so they are seemingly left with only really bad ideas.
And so to help America deal with this fabricated crisis, and unnecessary and likely-trending-based panic, we are advocating to defang Trump, Putin, the Saudis, and Epstein's orbit by recognizing what else they are -- increasingly provable victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his blackmail conspirators.
As a victim of Epstein's orbit for 24 years, it seems wrong on its face to come to this conclusion, but unlike Trump, we don't write conclusions and try and get the facts to fit, but rather, we looked at the facts and the law, and wrote and evolved our conclusions based on more and more evidence, and these are our supported findings.
It doesn't mean that we have all of the facts, nor all of the facts nor law right, but we have been using AI for about a year to examine this situation and AI has little doubt that our rights and the government's rights have been violated. We can and have proved the same.
Now AI is helping us prove even more faster, and now with almost the complete picture of this puzzle, it looks like Epstein made victims of us all, pitted us against one another in a revenge hate conspiracy against America with its historic and actual enemies, then passed on the blackmail materials to Putin, the Saudis, and/or Israel, who seem to be having their way with Donald Trump, and explaining why he is forced, or feels forced to destroy America, our economy, our military, our agencies, our White House, our reflective pond, our social security, our environment, our trading partners, NATO/NORAD, our historically lower prices due to our fossil fuel access, our way of life, our traditional Christian altruist values, and/or more. He may not feel he has a choice.
So to protect America from the same -- Donald Trump, the Editor of Uprights News, and/or other victims should ALL be recognized as Epstein's joint and not competing victims -- so that America can unite against our common enemy, Jeffrey Epstein.
Before and/or after he was entrapped, Epstein and his proxies had all sorts of meetings with mostly the same people, each of whom could have influenced an entrapment, Katherine Ruemmler, Bill Barr's Leon Black, France's and Russia's Bill Burns, Bill Gates, Peter Thiel, Ehud Barak, and/or others. A reasonable inference here is that Epstein had the Editor entrapped, and these are some of the people who were meeting before and/or after the entrapment, and many linked to different conspirators in the RICO obstructed pro se qui tam civil complaint draft of our Editor.
During the unlawful stop, SacPD officers conspired to beat up the Editor later, before determining if he had anything to drink, then they debated executing him while he was calm in their cruiser, then they tortured him from behind while he was bound from behind, and then they forced him to sit with untreated open wounds in urine, faeces, vomit, used toilet paper, and dry and wet food stuck to the floor. SacPD then filed massive perjury statements disproved by their own video cameras and body cams, in order to engineer a wrongful conviction of our Editor, to be able to both discredit him, but also to unlawfully search, seize, tamper, taint, harbor, and RICO obstruct his investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's child sex trafficking ring also linked to several murders of children and sex trafficked females.
SacPD, SacSheriff, SacDA, CA judges, refused Brady evidence and almost all due process rights, and yet despite 3 coram vobis to prove RICO obstruction and corruption, the judges chose to help Jeffrey Epstein's treasonous child sex traffickers wrongfully convict one of Epstein's chief victims seeking to sue his interests more than any of the child sex trafficking victims suing at the same time our Editor was about to.
Their torture of our Editor in GOP's Scott Jones' facility was caught on camera and in front of witnesses, and all of that Brady evidence was denied, despite motions and subpoenas, and email requests to DA and Sheriff, who shared the same GOP campaign consultant Dave Gilliard, who wife was our Editor's Coram Vobis hearing supervising Judge, and who refused to recuse herself, and had to be removed by her subordinates, who then RICO obstructed massive due process violations against our Editor, corroborating the same in conspiracy to obstruct.
Our Editor's Brady evidence has since been stolen from the government, as part of the Crossfire Hurricane binder, which then was named the Beautiful Mind boxes, and then became the Mar-a-lago stolen top secret documents of the government, and then became part of Jack Smith's Arctic Frost, built on The Janson Report (provided to DOJ, AUSA, WA, 08/29/2024, and/or DOS RFJ circa 08/24/2024), our DOJ Epstein files (about a million pages, 10,000 pages of reports) unlawfully-sealed by Aileen Cannon, and forever, along with our Editor's Brady evidence. And so The Janson Report pre-cursor investigations were repeatedly stolen, attacked, tainted, destroyed, concealed, and so our Editor returned a much more advanced version of his investigation to the DOJ as a whistleblower retaliation complaint the DOJ needed to act on, or else overtly further Epstein's crimes as conspirators and accessories after the fact.
Since 2016, the conspirators linked to Epstein and to this RICO obstructed ongoing investigation have been continuing to stalk our Editor, intimidated him as a whistleblower, threatened him with death almost daily for 10 years, recently threatened him with unlawful search for the sake of engineering fraud charges was recently leaked in the media for perceived "Trump-Epstein-Russia enemies", intentionally inflicted severe emotional distress in him for 24 years, interfered with his economic activity in a perpetual manner involving defamation, for the sake of removing his birthright citizenship, and now posturing that he is some sort of foreign agent or terrorist for having been terrorized by Epstein's crime syndicate for 24 years in a published and provable manner, proven to the DOJ, which is why about 1 million pages of our Editor's Epstein evidence IS NOT FOUND IN THE DOJ FILES.
We let Congress' Adam Schiff, Ro Khanna, DOJ, and DOS know that we would like to testify, and it seems we are being ignored, and when we insisted, Trump panicked and signed a law supporting that anyone he doesn't like is a terrorist, which is cute, given Trump and Epstein are the ones linked to the global financiers of terrorism, Russia, China, Saudi Arabia (linked to 9/11 attacks and now Trump, Kushner, and/or Musk business partners), ISIS/ISIL (who Trump helped when he abandoned a key military position that cost us lives and billions of dollars in taxpayer funds), Iran (Revolutionary Guard Corps who like Russia benefited from Syria withdrawl by Trump) linked to a failed Trump project run by Ivanka), Qatar (financed Trump via Trump properties and a $400 million jet after 19.5% of Rosneft passed hands through Glencore, Qatar, China, BP, and/or others), in the context Seth Abramson specified that this was the Rosneft sanctions evasion deal percentage specified before and/or after the "enemy sanctions" were dropped by Trump, GOP, Epstein, Obama, Biden, Dems, and/or others; and/or North Korea (love letters are adhering to and comforting enemies -- and to be clear -- almost all of our enemies). And Trump et al., have been accused of both terrorism (and espionage for foreign enemies) and domestic terrorism.
And so we understand the level of panic Trump and these other billionaires are facing -- them like us victims of Epstein, who similar to us are not recognized as victims of Epstein -- but rather Trump and Epstein's billionaires are viewed as his coconspirators -- and we long-held that belief -- but now since the DOJ released their files, it seems that Trump, Russia, Putin, Russian billionaires, Rosneft, UK royals, GOP, Dems, Ruemmler, Bill Barr, Peter Thiel, Bill Gates, Roche and Maja Hoffman, Google's founders, Musk, Bill Burns, and/or others were all being blackmailed, bribed, extorted, RICO corrupted or influenced, implicated, leveraged, and/or threatened to serve Epstein's interests, or else he threatened them with death, as they have threatened us in a similar manner, and they have been threatened with prosecutions, and our Editor was actually wrongfully convicted outside of due process and denied Brady to corroborate tainted video evidence missing video and audio tracks for the reason SacPD pulled over our Editor -- totally disappeared from their MVARS video, coupled to massive provable perjury proven by their own videos and audio recordings, all ignored since 2014 in order to manufacture a wrongful conviction and unlawful search and seizure against our Editor, resulting in the defendants in our Editor's qui tam conspiring together to overthrow the United States in 2016 to RICO obstruct many Epstein lawsuits against those conspiring to RICO obstruct the same.
Since 2016, we have been subjected to nearly daily stalking, cyberstalking, cyberattacks, death threats almost daily by uniformed officers and government employees, who come to the home of the Editor and his family, and then threaten him with deadly weapons in a heavily documented manner, beyond which law and statistics has been used to prove intent for a huge number of government contractors and government employees terrorizing the Editor to RICO obstruct for Epstein, Putin, Trump, and Epstein's billionaires -- but where our research supports that Epstein et al. could control them all via different "creeping" degrees of blackmail by association with the operations of a know child sex trafficker.
And so to help America and the world tone down the rhetoric between Epstein's billionaire victims and his non-billionaire victims, we have proposed here and to the government that the best path forward here is to simply let us testify to Congress for the need to recognize ALL Epstein victims -- so that Trump, Putin, Ruemmler, Barr, and these other billionaires and their proxies stop panicking -- seemingly trapped in what is known as "escalation of commitment" in conflict management -- unable to see there is an alternative win-win solution -- one where everyone wins -- one where no American (trying to protect themselves from organized crimes) is labelled "the enemy" -- other that Jeffrey Epstein and/or others -- who DOJ files makes clear blackmailed individuals, companies, countries, and whole groups of people at the same time, to serve Jeffrey Epstein above all.
DOJ's files specify Russians approached Epstein to be introduced to Russia's 2016 relevant billionaires, and Russian travel visas were issued to Epstein (of Edge Foundation on visas, and so linking Edge Foundation to Russia that way) back to 2002, and he repeatedly met with Putin, gave Putin directions via intermediaries including Jagland, and with DOJ files specifed Epstein was Putin's money manager, and where that mean he could blackmail Putin (who of course normally would be expected to have a Russian money manager, not Jeffrey Epstein, who blackmailed those whose accounts he managed, seemingly without fail, having seemingly and/or actually blackmailed and/or threatened Les Wexner, Leon Black, Rothchilds, Bill Gates, Roche, Google, Musk, Thiel, Barak, Ruemmler, and/or others.
Epstein was in a position with Ruemmler (and threatening her at times in emails) to both have sanctions against Rosneft implemented, and to have our Editor or other victims stalked, intimidated, entrapped, and/or RICO obstructed. Ruemmler then met with Leon Black (Editor's employer, who forced him out of a graduate business faculty position twice, and unlawfully after he whistleblew Title IX complaints internally, later attacked by Trump and Betsy DeVos), coupled to SCOTUS and Aileen Cannon conspiring to attack our Editor's and Jack Smith's linked authorities, to RICO obstruct our shared matter.
In pink above, more than one (child) sex trafficking ring was linked to Epstein with overlapping clients and family members and companies they are involved with. This includes overlapping orbits between Jeffrey Epstein's, NXIVM's, Sean Combs', Hamish Ogston's, Robert Kraft's, Matt Gaetz's, Joel Greenberg's, Mike Johnson's, and/or others' (child) sex trafficking and/or pedophile rings, in what could be argued as a blurred or single (child) sex trafficking ring linked to many of the same people, their families, their companies, and their governments.

In grey above, are the links between Epstein and NXIVM sex trafficking ring, and how the same links to the 2016 elections via Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Donald Trump, and/or others. NXIVM also overlaps with the orbits of Epstein, The Study Group, Mega Group, Jness, Dominus Obsequious Sororium, Rainbow Cultural Garden, The Family, National Prayer Breakfast (one of the largest lobbying events between the criminal ruling elite beholden to Epstein), and The Knife of Aristotle. And many of the same people, families, companies, and countries are found in different combinations here, as they are across the Panama Papers, the Pandora Papers, the Swiss Leaks, the FinCin Files, and/or other similar onshore offshore financial networks through which Epstein laundered his blackmailed funds, often employing novel and hard to trace financial vehicles to launder his ill got funds, using art assets, cryptocurrency, loans, in-kind trades with art of those he blackmailed, donations, gifts, fees, book transfer debits, and investments (Epstein's orbit regular invested in one another's companies even though there was no need for the same, for example, Peter Thiel is super rich, and so why did Epstein fund Thiel $15,000 for a start-up? Why did Saudis pay for Twitter/X instead of the world's richest man, Epstein's Elon Musk?)
And so we have characterized all of this as different degrees of blackmail exposure, with Epstein using trust and influence tactics of other victims to find new victims to harm new ways, him forcing billionaires and non-billionaire clients to recruit and harm new billionaire and non-billionaire clients.

Epstein headed to both France and Russia almost immediately after our Editor sued Roche 2002-2004, who (Roche) in 2003 Epstein funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars through via 'internal banking' -- account to account transactions -- from Jacqui Safra's Brazil, likely a Safra banking asset, but Epstein also working closely with Alfa Bank, linked to Rosneft for which he had a long-position in 2017, which means that in 2016 he had a position in Rosneft, when Alfa Bank connected to Trump Tower, along with the DeVos family's Spectrum Health, in the context that our Editor had worked for the DeVos family, Roche family, and Leon Black, when the DeVos family and Henry Kissinger's Theranos stalked our Editor's wife circa May 2013-May 2014, during which time Epstein met with Kissinger twice within a month of Theranos reaching out to our Editor's wife TWICE. Weeks before Alfa Bank connected to Trump Tower, George Fomitchev of Alfa Bank seemed to be eager to bribe or influence our Editor while he was investigating on behalf of the government, asking our Editor to come meet him, Russians, and others on Useppa Island in Florida in April 2016, but our Editor saw through the same and refused.
In green above, is Edge Foundation and their participants, Jeff Epstein, Leon Black, John Brockman, Google founders, Guy Wildenstein's Maja Oeri Hoffman of Roche (later merged with or was controlled by Novartis), Peter Thiel (Palantir, Valar, Carbyne), Microsoft's founders Bill Gates and Paul Allen, Putin's Yuri Milner of mail.ru, Jeff Bezos (Amazon), Elon Musk (Telsa, Starlink, PayPal, Spacex), Reid Hoffman, Mark Zuckerberg, and/or others.
And so in 2012-2019 our Editor and many other Epstein victims independently started to develop lawsuits against Epstein, Trump, Leon Black, and/or others, and so as this impacted Epstein's finances and threatened those he blackmailed with legal jeopardy he wasn't controlling, Epstein blackmailed and/or forced billionaire victims to harm non-billionaire victims, including the Editor of Uprights News, but the billionaire and non-billionaire victims he forced to harm others, were forced to do so under threats of death -- for example Epstein threatened Thiel with a Russian's death linked to same sort of 2013-2017 conduct as Thiel, but also DOJ files revealed more than one child and/or sex trafficking victim was murdered, and linked like Epstein's French conspirators to Zorrow Ranch in New Mexico, where allegedly two victims are buried, and where DOJ files appear to implicate Trump as having intimate knowledge of Epstein sex trafficking victims who were killed.
This doesn't mean that Trump or Leon Black killed the women -- despite lawsuits against the two of them proposing they are "bruisers" or physical abusers who like to gang rape (Trump, Epstein, Bill Barr, and/or Leon Black), sodomize (retarded child) with tools/sex toys to the point of causing (more than) one medical emergency (Leon Black), pregnancy (Trump), punches to the head (Trump), and beat up little kids and/or women (Black and/or Trump), per the lawsuits' allegations.
The fact that there are MANY allegations of murdered and sex trafficked (retarded) children, very young women, and more than one baby, but also many murdered insiders, would be sufficient for Epstein to get most people to do anything, but he also controlled their finances, and he also controlled the justice systems of more than one country and their intelligence gathering networks, with Epstein able to blackmail world leaders to have their intelligence programs keep him in control of them and us all.
And so but for Epstein's blackmail, extortion, death threats, entrapment, threats of ruin by exposure, threats of "The Prince Andrew Treatment" per John Brockman, and threats of being bled "dry" like a "spigot" per Ghislaine Maxwell -- making them victims of Epstein's ongoing criminal conspiracy spokes, who most certainly would not have been implicated in crimes with Epstein or as much crimes with Epstein -- were forced and threatened by others to commit crimes against others to serve Jeffrey Epstein's 1984-2026 "grand conspiracy", which is still in operations after Epstein more likely than not provided Putin and/or the Saudis and/or others the blackmail materials on Trump, which may have been summarized by the Steele Dossier and/or Fusion 360, and in a manner revealing Epstein behind the same, because BOTH the campaigns of Epstein's Clintons' Dems and Epstein's Trumps' GOP EACH employed Fusion 360 and/or Steele in almost a SHARED manner.
Our Editor worked on an FBI investigation with Sacramento's FBI for a different attack on our Editor, specifically he was targeted for sextortion and/or blackmail, and was told to not contact the police, or else, and so our Editor who had no reason to be sextorted, immediately contacted the FBI, who was working on sextortion, blackmail, wire fraud, and/or other similar investigations. The same comes with qualified immunity, but separate from the DOJ's position that our editor can't be investigated because our Editor's RICO obstructed qui tam retaliation reports, collectively known as The Janson Report, is literally a major component of Trump's business, per Trump (March 2023), Jack Smith (2026), Pam Bondi (2026), and Marjorie Taylor Greene (2026) having revealed the same many different ways, directly and indirectly, and per Jack Smith "beyond a reasonable doubt", per the estimated million missing pages of DOJ Epstein files evidence we gave DOJ August 29, 2024, so where are our million files?
It turns out the same have been buried unlawfully by Epstein's long-mark, Aileen Cannon, and per the DOJ files, Epstein was the one tracking Aileen Cannon's career, followed by Epstein's Trump appointing her, followed by him later asking where to find her, followed by our matter submitted to the DOJ in the 9th Circuit being permanently sealed by Aileen Cannon in the 11th Circuit. We know this because we know AUSA, WA, agreed to conduit The Janson Report to Jack Smith, who per the GOP's leaks and preemptive attacks on Arctic Frost, revealed where our investigation materials, million or so pages of Epstein DOJ files evidence, and about 10,000 pages of reports were unlawfully sealed forever in a RICO obstructive manner, which artificial intelligence flagged as serious violations of criminal law harming the United States and our Editor, if left permanently sealed.
