Per Thom Hartmann, "Trump’s September 25th National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 (NSPM-7) titled “Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence,” identified as potential “domestic terrorist” threats those Americans who espouse:
“[A]nti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, anti-Christianity, … extremism on migration, extremism on race, extremism on gender, hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on religion, and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on morality.”

But here it appears that Putin's and Epstein's Trump is perfectly describing Putin's and Epstein's Trump, as explained by the original investigator in what became all three Special Counsel investigations -- the Editor of www.uprightsnews.com, as follows.
Anti-American
In the context that Trump only has immunity if he behaves with "official capacity" -- Trump's very own Special Counsel John Durham admitted to Congress in 2023 that indeed Trump and GOP had conspired with "enemies" of the United States to "cheat in elections", which lends well to treason and elections fraud, which are crimes that immediately and permanently disqualify anyone from public office, per Baude and Paulsen (2024), and Prakash and Smith (2006).
Furthermore, Trump and GOP did all of this initially OUTSIDE of SCOTUS' retroactive immunity for those disqualified Presidents that disqualified themselves before appointing those same 'justices', allowing de facto officers to self-appoint themselves to the bench, and what Aileen Cannon also did when she unlawfully and permanently sealed the evidence of her own appointment flaws -- The Janson Report within Jack Smith's Report Part II.
There is nothing more anti-American than conspiring to treason and elections fraud with Jeffrey Epstein and Putin to overthrow the United States, and that is what the DOJ files that have been released do further support, as we have reported.
Similarly, with respect to stolen documents, espionage, insurrection, and elections interference or fraud -- again EACH a disqualifying crime (not to be confused with a lawful body's ability to assess the qualifications of their body for those who have not disqualified themselves -- another Special Counsel Jack Smith specified he had evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, but that evidence has been unlawfully sealed by Trump de facto officer, Aileen Cannon, in bad faith and with bad behavior, meant to permanently seal our Editor's Brady evidence and evidence of major crimes against the United States.
What could be more anti-American and un-American, than to conspire with treasonous child sex traffickers to steal elections to be able to stalk, intimidate, and RICO obstruct victims by trying to DARVO them as anti-American, for having gone straight to the DOJ and DOS with a million now missing pages of Epstein-Russia evidence, at AUSA, WA, 08/24/2024, and at DOS RFJ program, having answered EVERY Russian-related wanted poster?
What could be more un-American and anti-American than RICO obstructing that by having soldiers and law enforcement and government contractors stalk our Editor and threaten him with death almost daily?
And what if our Editor was the descendant of President John Adams -- which he is -- trying to stop enemies of the United States from destroying her, only to be stopped by enemies within the United States government unlawfully usurping offices? Who here in this situation is being un-American or anti-American?
How anti-American and un-American would it be to join this conspiracy with Putin and Epstein -- stalking, harming, retaliating, and RICO obstructing a pro se qui tam relator (whistleblower) from protecting America, its government, and its people from all of the same?
Our Editor is the author of The Janson Report, which was properly and successfully submitted to the DOJ and DOS August 24, 2024 at AUSA and DOS RFJ, Seattle, WA, respectively, and which was intended to protect the United States by proving who its enemies were, having connected Epstein and Russia 2016 three years ago, check our archives! It would be hard to argue anywhere that this was anti-American, because he was elucidating those who were anti-American, but to no avail, due to ongoing RICO obstruction.
DOJ and DOS were EACH provided copies of The Janson Report, which Aileen Cannon has unlawfully buried and gagged in Florida along with excessive Brady evidence of our Editor, The Janson Report found within Jack Smith's Report Part II, Arctic Frost, after AUSA and DOS RFJ EACH accepted our investigation materials, now missing from the DOJ files, about a million pages of Epstein-Russia evidence, which we summarized before and after we filed our whistleblower retaliation complaints with EVERY Trump investigator, all RICO obstructed, and now Trump is openly threatening to harm anyone who he perceives is a threat to him, which is pretty much all of America, given how drastically unpopular he is.
Last but not least, Trump specified at the resting site of fallen U.S. soldiers in France that the fallen soldiers were "suckers" and "losers", disparaging the military. Who would say something like that about fallen U.S. soldiers? He also boasted on 9/11 when Epstein-linked Saudi enemies attacked the United States and fell the Twin Towers, that now his building was the tallest in New York. Who would say that, and isn't that anti-American? Isn't gerrymandering and rigging elections anti-American? Isn't insurrection, sedition, and espionage anti-American?
Seems like Trump, Rubio, Hegseth, Patel, and/or others are describing themselves here, but as they are not likely to go after themselves, then they seem like they are going to DARVO others here as anti-Americans literally trying to overthrow the country over and over to stay ahead of their own prosecutions. That's for sure anti-American.
Anti-Christian
The DOJ files revealed Epstein's, Trump's, and the UK royals' SCL's Cambridge Analytica's Steve Bannon plotting with Epstein to "take down the Pope" -- Jesus' chosen leader of every Christian on Earth. What could be more anti-Christian than conspiring to "take down the Pope"?
Michael Cohen specified that Trump wasn't religious at all, and that Trump said Christianity is "bullshit", "a racket", for "schmucks, fools, and idiots", led by "pieces of shit", paraphrasing many of Michael Cohen's alleged statements as told by David Kay Johnson.
Trump's orbit have also tested out imperial cult offenses to Christianity, with Trump's orbit in a cult leader manner trying to convince others that the guy who literally holds the title for GREATEST DECEIVER, clocked for 4 years at about 20-21 lies per day during Trump 1.0.
Trump may have had murdered over a million Americans with a COVID bioweapon, and where he and his family and Epstein's orbit were heavily invested in a failed COVID response.
Clergy and rabbis online have detailed allegation after allegation on how Trump has violated all of the 7 Deadly Sins, and all of the 10 Commandments.
To distract from not releasing our Editor's million or so Epstein files, Trump, Rubio, Hegseth, and/or Patel have started an unauthorized war to unnecessarily seize Hitler like emergency powers he's already reached for, he's started an illegal war in Iran and murdered scores of women and children in ruble, and turned away our neighbors in Canada and in Mexico, and so it is almost like we couldn't find anyone more anti-American.
Free speech and trying to protect our country from Russian, Saudi, Chinese, Iranian, GOP, and/or other enemies is very pro-American on its face.
Anti-Capitalism
Here, Jeffrey Epstein, Trump, GOP, Dems, Russia, and Edge Foundation members have been engaged in anti-capitalism, antitrust, monopology, oligarchy, monarchy, dictatorship, and/or fascist behavior against Epstein victims like the Editor of UPRights News, whose companies and patent development they have interfered with in an anti-American, anti-Christian, and anti-Capitalist manner.
Our Editor was the first to patent 3D printers that used plastic waste, and Trump, GOP, and many others linked to them conspired to interfere with the development of our Editor's patents and technology -- that would otherwise have been protective of America, by allowing Americans the ability to make about 1 million products they need out of renewable energy and problematic meltable waste streams like plastics.
Back in 2024, Epstein's Microsoft, Amazon/GoDaddy, and/or others conspired to erase our Editor's company email, and separately his entire website, weeks before he was supposed to pitch his company for investment in Silicon Valley -- and though he had bought all the same and his domain that year, and for 5 years for the domain or URL website -- his website domain was also put up for sale, destroying his ability to go after a $1 to $100 trillion global market for recycling manufacturing, per artificial intelligence.
Furthermore, the DOJ files seem to prove a blurring of the finances between Epstein and his victims in what resembles privatized socialism for the "Epstein Class", and all of the same wreaks of anti-Capitalism, by preventing others from competing in any manner with them is what it seems.
Anti-Traditional American Values
Trump, GOP, SCOTUS, Clarence Thomas, Aileen Cannon, Jeanne Pirro, Todd Blanche, Marco Rubio, Pete Hegseth, and/or others espouse anti-traditional American values by unlawfully waging war against Americans inside and outside of the country, beholden to Vladimir Putin ultimately, after Epstein made clear that he was willing to betray America to provide Putin and other world leaders the resources to blackmail Trump.
Then he obviously did, Trump and Barr had him killed, but this left Putin holding the blackmail evidence for Trump -- is a reasonable inference -- which is why Putin regularly seems to summon Trump's orbit for secret meetings that shocked every floor of Langley we read, with Kash Patel leaked to be visiting with U.S. enemies FSB in October before the 2026, maybe with polling data like Paul Manafort did to engineer 2016? Maybe to like Edward VIII to betray the allies to help enemies harm his own people? Maybe not, but low to no credibility is where they are at.
Furthermore, Epstein had been using Thornbjorg Jagland as one of more than one intermediary to Putin, and where Epstein repeatedly met with Putin, and repeatedly applied for work visas. The DOJ files also specified Epstein was Putin's money manager, the leader of America's greatest enemy, so not super traditional American values in any respect.
For our 250th Anniversary, Russia's Trump destroyed the White House and left it in shambles, destroyed the fountain outside of the famous Republican Lincoln statute, and used an illegal war to grift and distract from child sex trafficking crimes folks are coming at him hard for, but in the context we can prove that Epstein pretty much controlled everyone he needed to before, during, and after the 2016 elections.
Last, but not least, SCOTUS, Aileen Cannon, GOP, Trump, and others have grossly violated stare decisis, a priori, and a fortiori, the very foundation of the American legal system, and they have attempted to engineer classes of people above the law -- themselves.
Hartmann continued, "Every police state in history started this way. As the White House declared last week in a press release:
“Under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump, far-left extremism will be treated with the same seriousness and ferocity the world has long reserved for jihadist terrorism”.
Let us stop and analyze that Trump is likely now the most unpopular POTUS ever to usurp the office, and so that means that online that MOST people are currently critical of him, which threatens his fragile narcissism, and so with these statements of his, he is literally threatening most of America that he is going to harm them Syria or Assad-style, and so he's built private prisons his friends can profit off by harming taxpayers, and now anyone who won't be loyal to him instead of the country can be harmed further.
Anti-Traditional Family, Religion, and Values
Here, Trump is well know for ripping families apart, and putting "little kids separated from their parents" in rape and squalor cages. Ripping families apart is anti-American and anti-traditional family and hostile towards traditional families. Furthermore, Trump has repeatedly cheated on his wife and destroyed his traditional families, and most of his wives were immigrants. We have already proven he has show hostility towards Christians, from one of the traditional religions of America.
Why Trump is threatened by ICC
"The Guardian reported this week that Salah Sarsour, the president of Wisconsin’s largest mosque, a green-card-holding business-owning legal permanent resident of the United States for over 30 years with six U.S. citizen children and nine citizen grandchildren, was arrested by ICE and held in a brutal detention center for 80 days where he lost 30 pounds and was denied monitoring for his diabetes:
“On 30 March, he was on his way to see his elderly mother when he was surrounded, he said, by at least 10 unmarked vehicles and armed agents in civilian clothing and whisked away, first to a detention center near Chicago and later miles away at a facility in Indiana. …
“When Sarsour, who has no criminal record in the US, was first detained, he thought the agents had mistaken him for someone else. When they tried to get him to sign paperwork agreeing to being deported, he refused.
“‘I was very confused,’ he said. Only as his ordeal protracted into days did he realize he had been targeted for his activism. ‘That really shocked me, to be honest,’ he said.”
Sarsour was only released because U.S. district judge James Patrick Hanlon concluded he’d been held because of his outspoken support of Palestinian rights and not because of any crime he’d committed, immigration status or otherwise. He had another court proceeding Wednesday in Chicago — he's waiting to find out if he will be fully freed or re-imprisoned.
But now Trump’s concentration camps have officially been used to hold people whose views the administration dislikes.

The document names American citizens, just as the new White House website is now naming individual American reporters, who are essentially accused of being communist/“leftist” collaborators.
They include my colleagues David Pakman and Amy Goodman, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, influencer Hasan Piker, and nineteen others, including two other members of Congress.
The 20 organizations named include the Amazon Labor Union, Black Lives Matter, Democratic Socialists of America, the National Lawyer’s Guild, and “Antifa.”
So now the architecture is in place. ICE has billions to expand their concentration camps, they’ve spread their secret police across every corner of America, they’re tied into Flock cameras and Palantir’s databases on pretty much every American citizen, and they’ve demonstrated they’re invulnerable to local law enforcement and can abuse or even kill people who resist them at will."
Here, everyone should find every article we have written on Thiel, as we found proof of Epstein threatening or blackmailing Thiel.

Today it the New Yorker, Ishaan Tharoor specified, "In recent days, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has presided over a number of initiatives to combat perceived “anti-American” threats. Last week, he announced renewed efforts to unravel the International Criminal Court, which the State Department described in a press release as a “globalist” menace that represents “an intolerable threat to U.S. sovereignty.”
He also convened a conference in Washington, attended by representatives from more than sixty nations, though few top diplomats, on the supposed danger of global “far-left” terrorism, and encouraged other governments to join the United States to help “crush this evil forever.” And, on Monday, the State Department issued a hundred-page report on Cuba that links communist-influence operations to protest movements, activists, and politicians in the country, including members of the Democratic Socialists of America and New York City’s mayor, Zohran Mamdani.
The timing for all this is curious. The Trump Administration—faced with plummeting approval ratings, a potential major electoral setback in the November midterms, and a war in the Middle East that it should never have started, doesn’t know how to end, and seems in the process of renewing—may be searching for new distractions to invigorate its base and occupy the news cycle. But Rubio’s gambits still reflect an agenda that has always animated this White House; the President started picking fights with the I.C.C. during his first term, while Rubio, a Cuban American with a large constituency from the same background in South Florida, has long dreamed of regime change in Havana. Taken together in the current moment, though, the moves point to a kind of intensification of MAGA’s illiberal project, a process that Rubio appears eager to lead.
Rubio put the I.C.C. on notice with a video message and an opinion piece published in the Wall Street Journal, and vowed to “systemically disable” it".

Here we provide the public a public service announcement, where the million or so pages of investigation materials we provided to Jack Smith via AUSA, WA, August 24, 2024, specified the need to provide a copy of our Russia-Epstein-Trump investigation to the International Criminal Court, for Putin's and Netanyahu's warrants, for which Epstein and Trump were the connectors or missing pieces of the 2016-2026 puzzle our Editor solved.
As the original investigator in what became all Special Counsel investigations, it seems clear that all of the above perfectly describes those who are seeking to DARVO others for their own "misconduct", and so not going after themselves, but after their witnesses and victims, will be selective prosecution and/or additional human rights violations, subject to ICC jurisdiction, which is why Trump et al., want to do away with the ICC, is a reasonable inference. Epstein and/or Trump are the missing connectors to the ICC Israel and ICC Russia arrest warrants.
And so let us call this what it is -- a leaked conspiracy plot to overtly further stalking, intimidation, retaliation, and RICO obstruction for everything Epstein, Russia, and Trump -- in order to continue to harm Americans, Christians, capitalism, traditional religious beliefs (the altruist version of Jesus who cared and shared, and not the one being used to weaponize faith to start a civil war), traditional families, traditional family values, and the like.
The better path we have advocated towards making America safer and less prone to terrorism is to advocate for the joint victim path of Epstein's blackmailed and controlled billionaires AND his blackmailed and controlled non-billionaires, so that the Epstein billionaires will stop threatening to arrest, deport, and/or further harm anyone trying to lawfully hold them accountable for harming America and Americans in conspiracy with our enemies.
We are open to ending this clear desperation of the Epstein billionaires as joint victims on a joint victim path, supported by our million pages of missing Epstein-Russia evidence, obstructing Congress. Let us testify to Congress for the need for a joint victim path with our million pages of missing evidence, towards national healing. Epstein made victims of us all, and left his work with Russia or others like Maxwell to continue the harm.
