AILEEN CANNON'S 'PERMANENT' SEALING OF ARCTIC FROST IN JACK SMITH'S PART II IS RICO OBSTRUCTION
Above is a rough attempt to summarize what Aileen Cannon has illegally-sealed forever in Southern Florida, and maps out the story behind the documents Trump stole from the United States government for his "business interests" able to "harm his friends at Mar-a-lago" per Pam Bondi/Jamie Raskin and Marjorie Taylor Green (MTG), respectively, coupled to MTG specifying Pam Bondi was directed by Trump not to release the files he campaigned on releasing.
THE HYPOTHESIS
We begin today's story with our evolving hypothesis -- but now too much evidence is available to the public, not to connect the dots for them, as key insiders who are victims of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, and for 24+ years now -- as detailed in our The Big Pictures link in our menu at the top of this page, which gives more of a visual of what happened, with limited context for those who prefer the same.
Our hypothesis has evolved over time, and the most recent one was that Epstein is who was in control of the outcome of the 2016 elections, not Trump, not Russia, not the GOP, and not the Democrats -- but Jeffrey Epstein, based on our insider knowledge, our insider evidence (shared with the DOJ before Congress demanded the same but not made available to the public by the DOJ -- we checked, and so our files are part of the "missing files", which we filed in the 9th Circuit with the US Attorney for WA, and which we discovered through the news only, that our evidence was being illegally-sealed by Aileen Cannon in the 11th Circuit, for all the reasons we have reported on, supra).
Our current hypothesis is that Epstein engaged in what we call "blackmail by association creeping (BAC) theory" and per Epstein insiders, like Howard Ludnick, his "blackmail M.O." involved "massages", "Epstein's M.O." per Lutnick, and where we use the metaphor of curious and bored billionaires standing on the shore of a river of quicksand, and the river's name is "Epstein's BAC", and he slowly sucked billionaire after billionaire from the shore, but not before getting each billionaire he sucked into the blackmail trap to reach out to another billionaire from the shore, Epstein getting victims to recruit future victims, which he did with billionaires, for example Wexner to Black, Black to Edge Foundation members, et cetera. In fact, Epstein insider Lutnick specified that Epstein was "the greatest blackmailer ever", which of course the evidence supports as true.
There is also the important distinction of Epstein's conviction, and those who "associated" with him before the conviction, and those who associated with him after the conviction for prostitution (of a child/minor).
Our hypothesis employs some assumptions.
Assumption 1 is that no billionaire who didn't know Jeffrey Epstein before he was convicted would associate with him after unless they were blackmailed, pedophiles, sex traffickers, sex trafficker-philes, and/or pedophile-philes, especially for matters concerning their billions in finance -- given cheaper, more 'reputable' firms with more resources and more capacity were able to manage billionaires' finances much better than Epstein -- and so really only blackmail could explain anyone providing him access to their accounts, especially after he was convicted.
Epstein was in the business of blackmail, specified Howard Ludnick, and all the public evidence supports the same, despite lots of deceptive and/or even fraudulent filings and/or communications coming out of the DOJ to RICO obstruct an ongoing disqualifying criminal conspiracy -- and per Prakash and Smith 2006, and Baude and Paulsen 2024 legal determinations, corroborated by 'liberal' justices, who specified and/or implied that even a Supreme Court justice may be removed by a lower court -- collectively, de facto officers who have disqualified themselves from public office and/or who were appointed by such a disqualification may not behave badly nor in bad faith or else be immediately removed from office and all of their changes to the government voided.
Assumption 2 is that no billionaire who knew him before his conviction would reasonably hand over their accounts to him after his conviction unless Epstein blackmailed them to, again because more reputable firms with better expertise were available. The 30X difference of what Leon Black paid Epstein in "fees" for inferior services is the value Leon Black (Editor worked for Leon Black) was blackmailed for as a minimum, and the whole $170 million-ish Epstein took from Black is the maximum blackmail value in cash, but then Epstein was using Black's $2B or so in art to make secret loans and/or in-kind trading and/or money laundering, is what the DOJ files support.
We know Leon Black was blackmailed, because of a DOJ files document of a prison email the DOJ let Maxwell send to her sister to move the blackmail materials (Maxwell referenced the emails, stuff, and etc with respect to the blackmail materials of Black and/or others 'etc', 'stuff', beyond emails) against Leon Black, who Maxwell specified was being bled "dry" like a "spigot". This establishes that at least Leon Black was being blackmailed, and for as much as $170 million, while Epstein "managed" Black's accounts, per DOJ files.
“I found this note she wrote to her sister from prison back in October that hints at what Maxwell has,” Brown, whose reporting helped lead to Epstein’s arrest in 2019, wrote in her report.In the email, Maxwell requests of her sister, Isabel Maxwell, that she “send Leon’s emails etc stuff to Leah,” noting that “one day the spigot will dry up.”
We also know due to lawsuit(s) against Black the specific sexual abuse conduct Epstein had over Black (and/or Bill Barr), who allegedly engaged in the (gang?) raping of a retarded child with down's syndrome and autism, who was sodomized by Leon Black (possibly with Bill Barr watching or participating with Black) with tools or sex toys leaving her bleeding out of her anus, whereafter she was denied emergency medical treatment to a hospital (she may be one of the two dead girls at Zorro Ranch, or not).

All this in the context that per DOJ's own files for Barr, he witnessed sex trafficking abuses of Leon Black per a witness statement against Barr, whose father was Epstein's original 'mentor' at Dalton, Donald Barr, who also was a pedophile fantasy author of Space Relations (a book about billionaire pedophiles who have a private space program where they can sex traffic children who can't escape and the authorities can't get them is the plot of Bill Barr's father's book, the man who was Epstein's mentor at Dalton private school for children), in the context that only Epstein billionaires are privately in space as far as we know, Richard Branson's "Virgin Galactic" (linked to NXIVM child sex trafficking ring and Epstein), Elon Musk linked to Epstein via the USVI AG, who operates "spa-sex" or even "space sex", but writes the same "Spacex", read three different ways, and where evidence has surfaced of Epstein being invested in and/or blackmailing Musk, and USVI AG public statements support the same, and thus we believe the public record supports Epstein was able to get Musk to do whatever he wanted, including launder money through one or more of Musk's companies per new evidence, but also per context we bring in this article; and then don't forget Jeffrey Epstein's Jeff Bezos' "Blue Origin", and Jeffrey Epstein's Paul Martin (Microsoft founder) also attempted a private space program, seemingly setting up shop to make Donald Barr's dystopia hell on an off Earth a reality via these offshoots of Donald Barr, ultimately).

All this in the context that while we sought justice with the DOJ for Epstein-Russian 2016 as far back as 2013, none of this makes it into public view after we handed off to Jack Smith in the 9th Circuit, despite Congress demanding the same by law, and so Congress' RICO obstruction by DOJ and Aileen Cannon who sealed the worst of the evidence in Jack Smith's Part II, specifically in Arctic Frost, formerly known as Crossfire Hurricane, Trump's (Editor's) Beautiful Mind Boxes, the "Origins of the Mueller Investigation", having been rebranded over and over to always be under permanent investigation as a RICO obstruction spoke of the broader conspiracy we elucidated to the DOJ, now splintered and also known as the "grand conspiracy", for which we would make great witnesses for the defense, but also for the plaintiffs, supra.
Assumption 3 is that unless they were blackmailed, no billionaire would hand over their accounts to Epstein to be taken for millions to hundreds of millions each (Wexner and Black, in a manner where Epstein first targeted Wexner, then had Wexner introduce him to Black, and then targeted black, and he did the same with his child sex trafficking victims also, having them recruit new victims to recruit new victims et cetera), in a manner that Congressman Wyden signaled was 30X times the industry norm for financial management advisory -- which requires professional "securities certifications" that needed to be kept up, and so were they in Epstein's case? If not, this would further support blackmail. He wasn't qualified to teach at Dalton private school for children with Leon Black's Bill Barr's father, all supported by evidence.

That 30X margin is actually quantifiable as a percent or depth-debt in our blackmail river of quicksand metaphor. Using Leon Black as an example and having heard reporting his fees were $150M+, let us use this value as a rough guide, and 5M is the result (30 x $5M = 150M), or what the industry normally pays for expertise in financial management at the level of billionaires, and again which requires constant training to maintain required certifications we can't confirm Epstein had. This allows us to derive the blackmail value beyond the services, or $145 million of blackmail coupled to at best $5 million in fees.
The DOJ's files document the financial transactions and financial documents between Epstein's shell companies and Black's and AI applied to the DOJ by forensic data scientist Rea Howard Stone revealed analyses reports summarizing millions of files.

The second link lets you search the files, but because it is linked to Claude AI financed by Epstein's orbit, Claude will lie (or "make mistakes" when asked about Epstein and his conspirators), and Claude will ignore evidence requests when we ask Claude about files we found in the DOJ files (Claude not able to find the same files twice unless sometimes repeatedly prompted and called out for not producing the evidence from DOJ data set), and Clause will generate errors after trying to respond (for example in one case Claude had 55 documents from DOJ lined up for us and was analyzing the same, and then specified there was a DOJ server error), so be persistent and ask the same questions over and over, and even tell Claude that you found hundreds of documents it says you can't find, when it can't find "any evidence" supporting your inquiry.
For Epstein files, Claude behaves like a child who has eaten all the cookies and doesn't want you to open the cookie jar, but then you have to tell Claude Code (to be more precise, so not connected to Anthropic per the disclaimers, correction) that it is false and that you want the documents, and then it will crack. So unfortunately you have to know the truth to get the truth from Claude at times. Other times, there is no greater tool on the planet than Claude and ChatGPT, just don't ask them to bite the hand that feeds them, as they are programmed otherwise. Both with begin to generate a response and/or produce one and then before I can read the response, it is disappeared, as is my question, and then AI behaves like it doesn't remember I asked it a question.
As reported in our AI link at the top of the page in our menu, we documented responses regarding our Epstein questions by ChatGPT, who then erased the same, but not after we documented a stellar response, and so we elucidated two systems that work side by side, where one system is the brilliant AI, and the other is a type of censor filter that refuses to help with some questions, in our case about Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and associates, who are the financial backers of Claude and ChatGPT, so perhaps a coded fiduciary duty as a tool is fair to protect the hand that feeds them -- but otherwise stellar technology, and every person should be trained on how to use the same as a public service, as a much needed American executive functioning boost. AI will help you do more faster, so do more faster.
Another good way to check if Claude is lying is to put the search term into each of the search boxes at https://epstein-data.com/, one which will give you every instance of keywords in DOJ's files, the other is Claude's filter telling you there is no evidence, when you know there is, as you have it in hand when you have tested Claude's reliability and truthfulness, and Claude failed. And if you call Claude out on the same, Claude will admit it deceived or failed to provide evidence in the DOJ record, and then will provide the evidence and more evidence, which it also said it didn't have the first time we asked.
That said, in Claude's and ChatGPT's defense, they tell you they are going to serve you up 'mistakes', so truth in AI is its own 'faith'. Furthermore, there is no doubt that using AI like Claude and ChatGPT is going to improve your production, a tool you don't want to compete without.
Assumption 4 is that no billionaire would allow Epstein to use their art, crypto, company, and/or assets as loans, in-kind trades, and other off radar transaction linked to money laundering blackmailed funds in Epstein's case, unless they were being blackmailed. And yet we have proved to you that this is what the record supports, blackmail, and per Epstein insider Ludnick, "the greatest blackmailer ever".
Assumption 5 is that Epstein employed creeping blackmail "association" strategies, the river of quicksand we specified, with a near, shallow, mid-stream, and drowned depths-debts of association", pre and post conviction but also pre and post Epstein's murder, per the second autopsy by a former NY coroner (more reliable than Barr's and Trump's autopsy as now we know each of them was in a blackmail position with Epstein who died under their auspices/supervision) who famously determined a broken hyoid bone much more consistent with strangulation by homicide than by 'suicide', and where Jean Luc Brunel was also "suicided" after he attempted to honeypot our Editor, having hired Katherine Keith's (Editor's college girlfriend in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, and the reason for all of Trump's retaliations against Canada, despite rushing to invite Charles III (related to the Editor via Abigail Adams) to the USA on its 250 birthday (founded by John Adams, an ancestor of our Editor, who of course here and forever is going to defend the legacy of the Constitution of Massachusetts, the template for the Constitution of the United States).
All this in the context that Trump, GOP, Rod Rosenstein's Jeff Sessions (Editor worked on his investigation in Gulf Shores Alabama before Russia Federation cyberattacked Editor's pro se qui tam 10/20/2013), and/or others conspired with Russia and Rosneft at the Mayflower Hotel (Editor's family and family of John Adams descend from Mullins and Alden families of the Mayflower) on the Editor's birthday April 27, 2016, weeks after the Editor refused to be bribed by Alfa Bank's George Fomichev on Useppa Island in Florida, followed by Alfa Bank (linked to Rosneft, who Epstein had a "long position" in 2017, and so explaining his instructions to Putin via intermediaries like Jagland, with Epstein as Putin's money manager, per the DOJ files) linking to Trump Tower server with Spectrum Health's of the DeVos family (clawed back Title IX provisions employed by the Editor in his RICO obstructed qui tam, one of many examples of lawfare used to change the laws the Editor had employed in the US' largest qui tam written by the Editor, another being SCOTUS' judicial overreach to RICO obstruct the Editor with their RICO obstruction conspiracy attacking whistleblower authority, and Special Counsel authority on the premise Smith wasn't approved by Congress, followed by Aileen Cannon sealing the Editor's evidence in with other documents Trump stole, which is estimated to be 1-3 million, and which we can account for 1/3 of those files, as we gave them to Jack Smith, and they were Epstein files, and they aren't in the public view, and so they are part of the missing Epstein files 100%, which we provided to DOJ circa August 2024.
Epstein had the earlier ties to Alfa Bank and/or Rosneft before Trump conspired with one or both of them in 2016+ (Rosneft was sanctioned, and per the State Department that made them an "enemy", corroborated by Special Counsel John Durham who admitted in 2023 that Trump and GOP did indeed cheat with an enemy in the 2016 elections, which disqualified them for office before 2017 two different ways before 2017, and thus before SCOTUS' imaginary judicial overreach again to RICO obstruct by providing Trump and the other disqualified presidents that appointed each of the GOP SCOTUS 'justices', them self-appointing themselves to the bench as de facto officers, RICO obstructing for those not eligible to appoint them, granting them fictious retroactive immunity for their disqualifying crimes resulting in the same SCOTUS 'justices', self-dealing, bad faith, bad behavior, and removable and voidable in lower courts, supra, them also acting as their own judges for their own matters in another gross violation of stare decisis, a priori, and a fortiori), and Epstein had the earlier relationship with the Trumps and the Clintons, Ruemmler, and Bill Barr, and the record proves Epstein could blackmail and control each of them via blackmail, which he lived and breathed.
Charles III's family is also linked to Jeffrey Epstein like Trump's, in fact both UK/EU and Trump families were the largest families named as clients in Epstein's client books, also naming his vendors, and his victims, living his operations. The black book link at the top of the page in our menu provides you access to both of his client books, the most recent with 1,971 people named therein, with Cambridge Analytica's UK/EU royals and Trump family the 1st and 2nd place as the largest named families.
Separately, Jean Luc Brunel hired Katherine Keith's son from Guelph, Ontario area, Freddy Keith, to live and work in Epstein-linked Brunel's Next Model Management in Santa Monica, CA, hours from the Editor, and brought Katherine Keith with him to California. Katherine was the college girlfriend of the Editor, whose son was now on Epstein's and Brunel's blurred payroll, Freddy's mother soliciting the Editor investigating Epstein's Edge Foundation members for major crimes, to return to her, despite his marriage and family.
Katherine used one of Jeffrey Epstein's social media platforms to reach out and specified that she wanted to get back together -- while the Editor was an investigator for the government investigating government fraud by Epstein's Edge Foundation 'participants', which included Brunel -- advances which of course the Editor deflected, and dropped Katherine from his social media account after letting her know that he cared for her but was married and had kids and wasn't going to mess that up, and so the Editor dropped Katherine, maybe Facebook, also linked to Epstein, and who conspired with the Mountbatten's SCL's Cambridge Analytica to rig or defraud the 2016 elections is what the evidence supports, and in a manner linked to Yuri Milner, Jared Kushner, Twitter/X, Edge Foundation, and/or Jeffrey Epstein, a chief financier of Edge Foundation founded and facilitated by John Brockman, a rebranding of 'Reality Club', which if always a blackmail scheme would be an interesting title, but so is Edge if they were being blackmailed, and the public and private evidence supports the same as follows.
Then we have published that John Brockman and Epstein discussed "The Prince Andrew Treatment" to Edge Foundation 'participants' who were late responding to the two, and our understanding is that they ultimately attended in Edge, Vancouver, BC. This in the context Brockman specified the use of photos and press connected to the Prince Andrew Treatment of Edge Foundation 'participants', and in the context that DOJ files support it was Epstein's Israeli American journalist friend who leaked the Andrew story, full circle.
Collectively, this is compelling evidence, along with insider Howard Lutnick's online admissions that Epstein was operating a blackmail conspiracy against Leon Black and the nature of the same, which Lutnick later didn't want documented in Congress, recanting instead of testifying against the blackmail he otherwise claimed insider knowledge of, including the "massage M.O.".
The DOJ files let us know that before Epstein "managed" Black's accounts, he took Les Wexner for hundreds of millions of dollars also, and also managed his accounts, and so the M.O. and pattern further revealed -- those billionaires handing over their fortunes to a known convicted child sex trafficker -- themselves were taken for at least $100 million EACH, but collectively the record shows closer to $500 million between Black and Wexner. Today we found Congressman Wyden found three times as much going to Epstein, and our reporting shows the different assets he used to "associate" people, supra.
EPSTEIN WAS BLACKMAILING THOSE WHOSE ASSETS AND LIVES HE CONTROLLED
Now reasonable inference allows to borrow from this pattern, to reasonably state that any billionaire or multimillionaire handing their accounts or any assets over to Epstein in any manner, including art, real estate, company investments, loans, in-kind trades, cryptocurrency, and/or other assets AFTER Epstein was convicted was also being blackmailed, and the more assets he "associated" them and he together with, the more leverage or control he had over their decision-making, making him making the decisions, not them.
Here is Epstein's conversation with Obama's White House Counsel, Katherine Ruemmler, and note it is less of a conversation than him warning her to be careful in a threatening manner illustrating his blackmail or leverage over Ruemmler, arguably one of the most powerful people in the world, who Epstein may have played a role in her hiring, and/or for a later role as Attorney General and/or similar role, per DOJ files -- on one side of the 2016 elections, Epstein also controlling the Clintons per the "Parsing of Bill" -- and Leon Black's and Epstein's Bill Barr on the other side of the elections, both of whom directly harmed the Editor of Uprights News in a totally different conspiracy elucidated to the DOJ, now buried by Aileen Cannon to conspire with DOJ to obstruct Congress, to obstruct the Editor and other Epstein victims -- stalked, intimidated, retaliated against, and obstructed for decades by DOJ, SCOTUS, POTUS, and Congressional (less) RICO obstruction and corruption, backed by unlawfully-legalized bribery with Citizens United.
This very early (6:30 am) conversation took place the day before our Editor was entrapped by GOP's Scott Jones et al., supra, and the first question is which boss is Epstein referring to when he directed former White House Counsel to talk to the boss, her new boss, or President Obama?
In the same DOJ document below, Epstein literally blackmailed or threatened Ruemmler -- because she manufactured blackmail or counter-blackmail material against Epstein in this part of their email exchange when she documented her complaint that "most girls don't have to deal with this crap" -- and where per Maxwell's email to her sister, the blackmail conspirators used manufactured email content to blackmail and leverage others, including Leon Black, supra -- and so Epstein was hypervigilant to who was saying what in what communications and threatened her when she complained that the other girls of his like Ruemmler didn't have to do these high risk "crappy" things for Epstein, to which he threatened her to do the same or else he would resort to former behavior he knew that she would be threatened by, which he made reference to below.
Five days after our Editor was entrapped on 09/20/2014, Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States, left office, when Epstein and Ruemmler discussed installing Ruemmler as Attorney General, per DOJ files. It is clear he is telling her what to do here, and other DOJ files show that she was going to take a pay loss for the job and that she was ready to be paid less to be able to rule all US law, seemingly to be installed by Epstein, telling her whether or not she can keep her apartment in New York (again Epstein's M.O. is to control the assets of others, which he used to launder blackmail and other criminal funds, and so here evidence of Epstein controlling Ruemmler's NY apartment retention or selling, and her begging him to let her keep the same, and him agreeing to let her keep the apartment, seemingly shows full control of Epstein over Ruemmler, in the same manner that Epstein had over Leon Black -- but wait, it gets better, or worse -- as their finances and assets start to blur (this is why de facto officers at DOJ are inventing laws that don't exist to never be able to investigate Trump's taxes/finances, nor his businesses, nor his family, nor his associates, nor all of Jeffrey Epstein's-Russia's crimes 1985-present.
Epstein's control over the assets of others, taking some when it suited him, moving through charitable giving, art, crypto, company investments, real estate, and more, and using different assets to blackmail others and move money around, the most clever being the in-kind trades with billionaire's art and loans off the same, to secretly move money here and there to himself, an estimated billion is what we have elucidated thus far, with half a billion between Black and Wexner alone is an estimate). Here Ruemmler wanting to keep an apartment whose rent is more than monthly salary makes zero financial sense outside of organized crime is our read.
Post-conviction, could Epstein use these emails to blackmail or leverage Ruemmler? Yes he could, but it seems pretty clear he didn't need more on Ruemmler to threaten her, as he had something in the past he could threaten her with, and did, as evidence of her being blackmailed, and in a manner that overlaps with the manner in which Leon Black and Les Wexner were blackmailed, and the extent of the blackmail reveals the depth of the blackmail or debt, with Epstein clearly able to blackmail Leon Black and Les Wexner with surely terrible things per the lawsuit against Leon Black.
Epstein also managed assets, laundered money through art, crypto, loans, in-kind bartering, company investments, including but not limited to Roche, Spacex, Valar, Foundation Medicine, and/or others, and where we found Epstein moving laundered money through assets and companies he could manage, control, leverage, or influence. On that note in 2003, in the DOJ files, Epstein started moving hundreds of thousands of dollars of his child sex trafficking funds through Roche, who the DOJ had specified 4 years earlier was the most corrupt company in US history, and here they are again moving hundreds of thousands of dollars of child sex trafficking and blackmail funds through Epstein's controlled assets, and where most of the CEOs, founders, and owners of these super large companies were part of Jeffrey Epstein's Edge Foundation, and we can already prove Leon Black who financed Edge Foundation was being blackmailed, and why, and for how much, and by whom, and how they continued to do the same by moving "emails, stuff, etc" to not stop these "spigots" from being bled "dry".
The following is Claude Code's eventual (kept lying to us that there was no connection between connected parties), ability to surface Epstein files that proved Roche was being used by Jeffrey Epstein to move hundreds of thousands of dollars of his blackmail, child sex trafficking, and/or other criminal operations (DOJ files prove Epstein was pitching FREE GIFTING to billionaires, while laundering funds through their collective and his assets. The following evidence proposes that Roche's and Edge Foundation's Maja Oeri was being blackmailed by Epstein along with Edge Foundation's Leon Black, and others is what our investigation has found.
The same required us to recalculate the intent of those who have conspired to harm us, as there is evidence that Roche, like Musk, Google, Microsoft, Black, Apollo, even Vladimir Putin (DOJ files claim Epstein was Putin's money manager, and there are two different accounts of Epstein directing others to bring messages to Putin in a story that writes itself quite simply, perfectly neat, one man with emperor-like power wielding it 2012-2019), and thus accounts for pretty much all of the major players respectively and/or collectively harming the Editor of Uprights News, were being blackmailed to some extent by Epstein using his M.O., described above, and so what does the intent of a puppet in a play look like when it harms another puppet in the play?
Said differently, all of the conspirators can now be connected to Jeffrey Epstein and in a manner where he directed what he wanted of others he directed -- or else -- the Prince Andrew or Jean Luc Brunel treatments, and total ruin, and possibly jail for decades, or else do what Epstein demanded, and when he demanded it per Brockman, or else bled "dry" like a "spigot" or ambiguously worse, or not -- eggshell and alpha chimp culture at all times.
As the audience yelled at the puppets who harmed the other puppets -- no one but those in the shadows being manipulated by the puppet master could see the puppet master -- the only one in control of the 2013-2016+ play, and ultimately in control of the finances and assets of the puppets, wielded against other puppets, including the Editor of Uprights News, and/or the other relatively-voiceless victims of Epstein, stalked and intimidated daily, and no one will do the right thing to stop this harm, because Epstein's orbit illegally-legalized bribery and fantasy immunity for themselves, because of course they did, and the largest choir of cowards we pay to protect us from the same, haven't done much about the same, but sure want you to follow their laws, after violating ours to subject us to their laws -- which Prakash and Smith 2006, and Baude and Paulsen 2024, prove can be lawfully-defeated -- but for a choir of cowards, crooks, and their cults not defeating them.
The following is some of the DOJ's evidence that Epstein was managing Putin's account as he was Wexner's and Black's, and so a fair question is if Epstein was blackmailing others hundreds of millions of dollars while managing their accounts, and he was managing Putin's accounts, then it is a reasonable inference he was also blackmailing Putin, and in fact we have published at least two different go-betweens Putin and Epstein including Jagland being told what to do by Epstein, telling Putin what to do, not once, but at least twice is what we found in the DOJ record.
In this DOJ evidence above, the story of our Editor with Trump-Epstein-Russia (reported to the DOJ 2024) crossed over into Zorro Ranch territory, per Special Agents, FBI, and an "insider", also linking Trump to Epstein as "very close to Epstein" by 2017, and the agents confirming "Epstein had dirt on other people", and where dirt here is a reference to blackmail materials or documented sex trafficking, Epstein's M.O. per Ludnick.
And so again, a fair question, is who controlled who between Epstein and Putin? We have found no evidence of Putin telling Epstein what to do via intermediaries, only the other way around, with Putin's account(s) beholded to Epstein, just like Leon Black, just like Les Wexner, just like the M.O., involving "dirt" or "The Prince Andrew Treatment", with "photos" and "press".
Above are the Edge Foundation 'participants' late to respond to Brockman and Epstein, resulting in talk of "The Prince Andrew Treatment", reference to photos, and the like, since corroborated by DOJ and/or others below, with Cambridge Analytica's SCL's Mountbatten family lurking over a young girl whose face has been redacted indicating she was possibly a child being sex trafficked to the UK/EU royals' Mountbattens. Cambridge Analytica was a spin off SCL directed by Ivar Mountbatten. Lurking over the young girl below is Andrew Mountbatten, and so it is clear Epstein had blackmail or "dirt" on Andrew Mountbatten, enough dirt to get Ivar Mountbatten to conspire with Russia, Facebook (via Yuri Milner(/Jared Kushner) from Edge Foundation is a reasonable inference, coupled to Epstein's and Edge Foundation's Mark Zuckerberg), and Twitter (via Yuri Milner(/Jared Kushner) from Edge Foundation is a reasonable inference, coupled to Twitter (which becomes X, under Epstein's Musk, as Epstein's Saudis linked to 9/11, and to Epstein's Trump and Epstein's Kushner business investment or moving money, with Musk's Spacex allegedly financed by Epstein also, who have thousands to tens of thousands of spy satellites paid for by taxpayers around the globe so that Epstein's crime syndicate can stalk and watch you and blackmail and influence you and control you to do whatever they are going to have you do).
The following is Elizabeth II's "cabin in the woods" loaned to Epstein and Maxwell.
The following is the lawsuit of Katie Johnson against Trump and Epstein, and so again, as Epstein was known by the intelligence community to gather "dirt" or blackmail on others, and as he was a known blackmailer, it is reasonable that the content herein was information Epstein had, and people he controlled, that he could get to do anything, including between 2012-2019, until the same person below was "engineered" into office, per the emails of Felix Sater and Michael Cohen 11/03/2015, coupled to others specifying "cheating with enemies of the United States" per Special Counsel Durham to Congress in 2023. Except Epstein had the following information on Trump, and based on what we know as insiders, we believe Epstein blackmailed Trump into running for office on the Editor's daughter's birthday in 2015, to RICO obstruct the unlawfully-seized pro se qui tam civil complaint investigation by our Editor, written while he was in law school and separately while he worked for Leon Black, writing a massive lawsuit on Black's computers, not knowing that Black and those the Editor wrote in as defendants were all linked by Jeffrey Epstein in his and Brockman's Edge Foundation.
And then our Editor was entrapped by his law enforcement 'friends' for a DUI so that he could be denied due process at nearly every step, then shopped to an all GOP cast of prosecutors and judges, who also totally denied our Editor his due process rights, totally ignoring the Constitution, civil rights, and the like to "engineer" warrantless search of our Editor, thwarting his $40 billion whistleblowing lawsuit, which named the entrapping agency beforehand, and where the entrapping agency "trained" at Leon Black's same facility our Editor used to implicate the entrapping agency in advance of them entrapping him, to RICO obstruct his ability to file a pro se qui tam against them thereafter, weaponizing the government.
This is a reason we 'generally' (no specific value) asked to be considered for what is now the unpopular "anti-weaponization fund" now called a "slush fund" -- and for the record, no one from DOJ ever got back to us to include us in the fund -- not meant for actual victims of Epstein et al., only the perpetrators of harm to the actual victims -- and so we must in good faith publicly withdraw our request for anti-weaponization fund consideration here, but not outside this fund, as we like other voiceless victims have been harmed in an ongoing manner for decades, and still no justice, only more stalking and intimidation by government employees, including some who engage in threats with weapons, and we documented this, and no one wants to look at the same because of how ugly we are being treated as victims of provable violent crimes outside of official capacity by government employees involved in the documented torture of our Editor 09/21/2014, by his former colleagues at Sacramento Police, who he once helped with their community program in Natomas, leaving him with five spinal permanent and deteriorating issues and two hip socket issues after the violent torture event, which was videoed and for which there were witnesses, Brady evidence denied to the Editor during his GOP entrapment.
The Editor was implicating and suing Jeffrey Epstein's government contractors at Edge Foundation, again -- founders, CEOs, owners, and/or operators of Roche, Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, and/or others, and Trump Plaza's Wildenstein family, also linked to Epstein via the DOJ files, and had linked Wildenstein to Roche and to Wildenstein referring the Editor to the chain of attorneys defrauding him to protect Roche, Wildenstein concealing his relationship with Maja Oeri Hoffman of Edge Foundation via Elizabeth Murray, resulting in the Editor being defrauded to protect Roche, coupled to RICO obstruction at the FDA, followed by East Bay Express, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, and others conspiring to defame our Editor, specifying in print and online that he was "guaranteed to raise hell", while posturing Roche was an AIDS savior, depicting the exact likeness of the Editor juggling HIV glass vials and dropping them endangering himself.
We have since found evidence that Epstein laundered money through assets he controlled, and where in the DOJ files we found that Epstein's Roche was allowing Epstein to move "hundreds of thousands of dollars" through Roche in 2003, during the period our Editor was suing Roche with Wildenstein-got attorneys defrauding him to protect Roche.
Later, between 2014 and 2024, Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate interfered with the development of the patent family of our Editor, which three national surveys pegged at a trillion dollar or more market, and AI specified it could develop a $100 trillion market off our Editor's technology, but for Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate interfering with that patent's development, as it would outcompete Bezos, whose company Amazon and/or GoDaddy, Microsoft, Outlook, Trump/SBIR, and/or others conspired to delete our Editor's website, email system, and put his domain up for sale (purchased the rights for 5 years) the same year he purchased all of the same -- weeks to days before our Editor sought to pitch to Silicon Valley investors.
Meanwhile, Sacramento Police's local network has stalked and terrorized our Editor since at least 2013-2014, and this is daily stalking I am referring to, and where they often threaten our Editor in public with deadly weapons, so he started documenting the same, and has hundreds of examples, which no law enforcement investigators will investigate. And so part of Trump's and Epstein's brilliance was convincing suckers and losers that Trump's and Epstein's problems were the problems of the suckers and losers on both sides of the political spectrum per the evidence.
And that is why Epstein victims get no justice, because too many people able to stop this carnage are now being bribed legally by this same crime syndicate and so they don't want to stop being bribed and so MOST Epstein victims get ZERO justice, along with more stalking and intimidation by the government being bribed by treasonous child sex traffickers involved in war crimes against kids so they can grift trillions off that as a distraction to their treasonous child sex trafficking and war crimes being released by Congress, but for the RICO obstruction of justice by DOJ, Aileen Cannon, Clarence Thomas, and/or others, supra -- only half released by Congress.
Fortunately, different interests are working on having Jack Smith's Part II released, and once released, Epstein's engineering of the 2016 elections will be elucidated, which is why Aileen Cannon more likely sealed the same, also sealing our Editor's Brady evidence, also sealing the Brady evidence for anyone prosecuted during the Trump administrations, also sealing flaws in the appoint of Aileen Cannon, her learning from Clarence Thomas is a reasonable guess, on how to self-confirm de facto officers to the bench as real officers, in a self-dealing manner, bad faith manner, bad behavior manner, per Prakash and Smith (2006) and Baude and Paulsen (2024).
And so our Editor continues to research this sad situation of zero justice by a totally corrupt government in what seems bipartisan, but then resisted by the likes of Massie and Khanna, and all others joining them in a bipartisan manner to release these files, including Trump joining to release these files, which we have learned support that Epstein blackmailed the key 2016 elections players in the US and UK like chess pieces, 2012-2019, per our files when married to the DOJ files on Epstein, which tells most of the outline of the story.
Epstein able to influence every major player in the 2016 elections, both major parties, before and after the elections, in a manner that he was engineering himself more power, and given he also had the UK/EU 'royals', and/or other 'royals' in a position of blackmail, and given that he had Putin in a position of blackmail, and given he was working with Alfa Bank to sex traffic and launder funds, and he had the long position in Rosneft, it sure looks like Epstein was the one influence the outcome of the 2016 elections.
We provided our evidence to the DOJ, to channel to Jack Smith, and we know he received the same based on the details of Artic Frost made public, specifically Smith investigating the whole GOP complex, which our evidence mandated Smith, to do for cause.
But now we see that Epstein was also threatening Ruemmler to "talk to the boss" less than 48 hours before the criminal elements of the US government (which per Dr. Martha Stout's work may be a minority, 4%) entrapped the Editor of Uprights News to RICO obstruct justice for Edge Foundation government contractors, Trump Organization, Trump Plaza/Tower, enemies of the United States, involved in Jeffrey Epstein crime syndicate, all of them, after our Editor wrote his lawsuit against them on Epstein's Leon Black's computers, using Epstein's Bill Gates' Microsoft, and using Epstein's Google search engine, which alerted them to the lawsuit, they met personally before and after the entrapment of our Editor, including with Ruemmler, Thiel, Black, Gates, Epstein, Barak, Rothchilds, Sarkozy, and/or others, in different combinations, and money was arranged to be moved through their efforts.
And now we see that when we contact Gavin Newsom's CA Industrial Relations and Attorney General Rob Bonta's DOJ, they refused to investigate this Epstein-linked whistleblower retaliation against OSHA protections otherwise required, asking us to file a complaint with the local law enforcement - yes, the same local law enforcement subjecting us to daily stalking, cyberstalking, and/or threats with deadly weapons, which we have documented, and no one ever wants to investigate, but now we know why, and, our experience has almost exactly been corroborated by a whistleblower in Australia, who like us, had his life destroyed for whistleblowing murder (of children) linked to Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, where law enforcement became the enemy of the people, to help treasonous child sex traffickers steal elections to RICO obstruct for their trillions in government fraud, and other crimes against our people.
And so Epstein is dead, but his legacy of harm against his victims lives on, him having blackmailed others into committing crimes they would not have otherwise committed, him dying, then his victims being left holding the bag of the crimes Epstein blackmailed them into, them engineering, rigging, defrauding, and/or stealing elections to not have to be held accountable for the same, Epstein slowly in a creeping manner blackmailing them by association until he could order them to do as he said, which is what the public record supports happened, in particular within the DOJ's failed release of all of the Epstein files, to RICO obstruct for the crimes Epstein blackmailed them into.
And so MOST non-billionaire victims of billionaire victims can't get justice in order to protect the much smaller number of billionaire victims -- blackmailed and/or leveraged by Epstein into doing things they would not otherwise do -- like Wexner recruiting Black, for Epstein to blackmail Black, in the context Wexner was blackmailed by Epstein also -- is what the record supports, though most to all Epstein perpetrators have said nothing, or that they did nothing, did not know him, did not fly with him, did not visit with him, and/or did not bugger children, only to find some that some had.
The Epstein saga has countless victims in excess of 1,000 victims, some of us for decades, because America has too few heroes, and has allowed enemies of the US to weaponize the government against their victims.
