The Pope and Jack Smith repeatedly defend American faith (church) and the rule of law (state) by taking on the enemies within the Epstein regime.

Taking a double sledge hammer to Epstein's crime syndicate this week, the Pope and Special Counsel Jack Smith both defended America two different ways, the Pope defending the actual values of Jesus, and Special Counsel Jack Smith defending against what he specified was the corruption of the Department of Justice.

Beginning with Jack Smith, this week Jack Smith specified that the DOJ has been corrupted, and so he is corroborating what we have independently been able to document, and others are coming around to the same with the failure to release our half and the victims' half of the Epstein files to protect the billionaires harming us for decades, aided by corrupted public offices like Joseph diGenova, Todd Blanche, Pam Bondi, Jeanne Pirro, Tulsi Gabbard, and/or others joining criminals in destroying America from the inside out, but now we all know why, because this was Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate who did all of this to all of us, and it looks like he blackmailed his way to the top of the pecking order, and was calling the shots the whole time, forcing billionaire victims to stalk and harm non-billionaire victims, or else, The Prince Andrew Treatment said John Brockman, the release of photos and bad press he also implied.

Per the New York Times, "Jack Smith, the special counsel who twice indicted President Trump, accused the Justice Department of having been “corrupted” by Trump loyalists he claimed were demolishing its credibility and seeking to undermine the rule of law.

Mr. Smith’s remarks, made last month in a private discussion at the Cosmos Club in Washington, represented his sharpest criticism of the department since leaving his post early last year. They came at a time when Mr. Trump is demanding Mr. Smith be prosecuted for his work as special counsel — an outcome Mr. Smith believes is likely, according to people familiar with his thinking.

“We have a Department of Justice today that targets people for criminal prosecution simply because the president doesn’t like them,” Mr. Smith said in the hourlong discussion on April 20, according to a video obtained by The New York Times. Mr. Smith was appointed in late 2022 to investigate Mr. Trump’s post-presidency retention of government documents and his push to overturn the 2020 election.

Mr. Smith, speaking in the deliberate cadence of a prosecutor delivering a closing argument, cited what he cast as the wholesale erosion of the department’s tradition of independence from the White House. “We have a department that fails to investigate cases because they might uncover facts that are inconvenient narratives the president would like to press,” he said.

Asked to comment, a spokeswoman for the Justice Department, Emily Covington, said, “I would expect nothing less from Jack Smith.”

The New York Times obtained a video of the event — an hourlong session in front of 300 people that included an opening speech and a brief question period — that was sent to club members and attendees.

The video offers a rare glimpse of the typically tight-lipped prosecutor, who has confined his comments to congressional testimony and closed events in an effort to defend himself against attacks by the president and his allies.

Mr. Smith told the audience, which included former Justice Department officials, that he remained optimistic that the institution could be recommitted to its nonpartisan mission, even though it had “been corrupted over the last year” by Trump appointees he said were more eager to impress their boss than follow laws, rules and norms.

Mr. Smith said it had become “difficult to track” the number of times federal judges had accused Justice Department officials of dishonesty or lack of candor since Mr. Trump returned to office.

He expressed solidarity with department employees who had quit or been forced out during the Trump administration. Efforts to portray them as Democratic partisans, he suggested, were part of a larger push by Mr. Trump to undermine the criminal justice system for political gain.

“To erode the rule of law in our country, you need to attack these people, and that is what we have seen since January of 2025,” Mr. Smith said, adding, “This attack on public servants — it’s not a byproduct of the attack on the rule of law. It is a central component of it.”

He singled out for praise a handful of federal prosecutors and F.B.I. agents in Minnesota, saying they did the right thing by refusing to investigate the family members of an unarmed woman killed in January by an immigration agent during a street protest.

The Justice Department under Attorney General Pam Bondi declined to investigate the agent for potential civil rights violations. Instead, Ms. Bondi and Kash Patel, the F.B.I. director, ordered federal law enforcement officials to find links between the victim and left-wing domestic terrorist groups.

“There were facts that they wanted to push down and have nobody see because they would interfere with a story that they wanted to tell,” he said. “I’ve never been in a Department of Justice that would be willing to be complicit in something like that.”

Mr. Trump and his allies have repeatedly claimed that Mr. Smith was motivated by personal and political animus, and have demanded his prosecution, even though they have never produced evidence that he did anything wrong.

“Hopefully the Attorney General is looking at what he’s done, including some of the crooked and corrupt witnesses that he was attempting to use in his case against me,” Mr. Trump wrote on social media earlier this year.

The decision of whether to prosecute Mr. Smith now rests with Todd Blanche, the acting attorney general who served as Mr. Trump’s lead defense lawyer in the cases brought by Mr. Smith.

But unlike others targeted by Mr. Trump, Mr. Smith still could inflict damage on the president by revealing unreleased evidence. He appears unfazed by the prospect of shifting from accuser to accused.

The White House was so concerned about Mr. Smith’s investigation into Mr. Trump’s hoarding of sensitive documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida that they successfully blocked the release of a section of the special counsel’s final report that might have reminded the public of the evidence used to bolster the indictment.

And while Republicans publicly sought to spin as a victory testimony Mr. Smith gave to a congressional panel behind closed doors in February, they privately conceded that he handled himself well and posed a serious threat to Mr. Trump, given that he had a public forum to publicize his investigations.

For all his criticism of the department, Mr. Smith offered it high marks in communicating its actions and intentions more clearly than he did as special counsel. He acknowledged doing so was a necessary tactic in the social media age.

“I grew up as a prosecutor in sort of the Robert Mueller mode of prosecutor,” he told the audience at the Cosmos Club, referring to the former F.B.I. director and the first special counsel to investigate Mr. Trump. Mr. Mueller recently passed away at the age of 81.

“I speak in courtrooms,” Mr. Smith said. “I do not speak on the courthouse steps. I don’t do media.”

He added: “That limits a prosecutor and the department’s ability to explain what it’s doing. You know, if you’re competent and you do have integrity, and you do things independently. If you can’t get the public to know that, that’s really tough.”

And so Special Counsel Jack Smith made clear privately that nothing that comes out of the DOJ can be relied upon.

As we have illustrated, nothing that comes out of Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, Twitter/X, AT&T, Comcast, Qualcomm, Peter Thiel, Palantir, and/or their network can be relied upon, as the Epstein files have proven these people are not credible sources of intelligence, but rather, the record proves that they are conspiring to coverup their crimes against whistleblowers of crimes against children and crimes against the government and the obstruction of justice for all of the same, now with what Special Counsel Jack Smith has specified is the use of "crooked" witnesses and/or evidence to pursue charges against Trump's investigators, and so we literally expect to be further harassed in the same manner, except we will be able to prove what Smith said, and then some, and the qualifications, bad behavior, bad faith, false appointments, de facto officer status, and so many other protective laws with rip the conspirators and conspiracy apart. Because older laws and established facts prove that before anyone sought to interfere with any of Trump's rights, Trump was interfering with the rights of others, specifically the Editor of Uprights News, in a conspiracy with Epstein, enemies, the GOP, and some Democrats -- so systemic corruption, as specified by Jack Smith, who thus would have to be a witness for any crooked prosecution, along with all other Trump investigators, prosecutors, lawyers, judges, and others.

Thanks to Jack Smith for at least trying to bring some justice to this situation, before and after the 2016-2024 elections were stolen.

Defending the actual values of Jesus this week was the Pope, who just like the last Pope, has been very critical of Trump and Republicans, and where Trump literally holds the record for Great Deceiver, having told the most lies on record, and he literally is trying to deliver the end of times and the end of America is a reasonable inference.

"Leo XIV has called on the faithful to work for peace on the anniversary of his election as pope.

"The wars that are still raging in many parts of the world call for a renewed commitment – not only in economic and political terms, but also in spiritual and religious terms. Peace begins in the heart," said the head of the world’s 1.4 billion Catholics during a sermon in Pompeii on Friday.

Emphasizing the power of prayer, he said: "We cannot resign ourselves to the images of death that the news presents to us every day."

To applause from the congregation, the Leo continued that "no earthly power will save the world, but only the divine power of love."

The pope said he has two particularly urgent concerns: the family, which is suffering from a weakening of the marital bond, and peace, which is being jeopardized "by international tensions and an economy that prioritizes the arms trade over respect for human life.""

But this isn't the first time the Pope had to defend Christianity against Trump and Jeffrey Epstein's treasonous child sex traffickers involved in war crimes.

"Pope Leo XIV on Palm Sunday sharply condemned war and the use of religion to justify violence, saying during Mass in St. Peter’s Square that God “does not listen to the prayers of those who wage war.”

At the start of Holy Week, the pope tied the Church’s contemplation of Christ’s Passion to the suffering of people caught in today’s conflicts, especially Christians in the Middle East.

In his Palm Sunday homily, Leo repeatedly presented Christ as the “King of Peace,” contrasting Jesus’ meekness with the violence surrounding him as he entered into his Passion.

“We turn our gaze to Jesus, who reveals himself as King of Peace, even as war looms abounds him,” the pope said. “He remains steadfast in meekness, while others are stirring up violence.”

Leo said Christ “did not arm himself, or defend himself, or fight any war” but instead “revealed the gentle face of God, who always rejects violence.”

“Rather than saving himself, he allowed himself to be nailed to the cross, embracing every cross borne in every time and place throughout human history,” the pope said.

The pope then issued one of the strongest lines of his homily, rejecting any attempt to invoke God in support of armed conflict.

“Brothers and sisters, this is our God: Jesus, King of Peace, who rejects war, whom no one can use to justify war,” Leo said. “He does not listen to the prayers of those who wage war, but rejects them, saying: ‘Even though you make many prayers, I will not listen: your hands are full of blood.’”

The Palm Sunday liturgy, which opened Holy Week, began with the traditional procession in St. Peter’s Square with cardinals, bishops, priests, religious, and thousands of faithful carrying palms and olive branches.

In his homily, Leo reflected on Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem on a donkey rather than a war horse, saying the moment fulfilled the prophecy of a king who would “command peace to the nations.”

Recalling the Gospel account of Peter drawing a sword to defend Jesus, Leo cited Christ’s rebuke: “Put your sword back into its place, for all who take the sword will perish by the sword.”

The pope said that in the crucified Christ “we can see a crucified humanity.”

“In his wounds, we see the hurts of so many women and men today,” he said. “Above all, we hear the painful groans of all those who are oppressed by violence and are victims of war.”

“Christ, King of Peace, cries out again from his cross: God is love! Have mercy! Lay down your weapons! Remember that you are brothers and sisters!”

Following the Mass, Leo returned to the theme of war during the Angelus, praying in particular for Christians in the Middle East who have been prevented in some places from fully taking part in Holy Week rites.

“At the beginning of Holy Week, our prayers are more than ever with the Christians of the Middle East, who are suffering the consequences of a brutal conflict and, in many cases, are unable to observe fully the liturgies of these holy days,” he said.

“Just as the Church contemplates the mystery of the Lord’s Passion, we cannot forget those who today are truly sharing in his suffering. Their ordeal challenges all our consciences.”

The pope added: “Let us raise our prayer to the Prince of Peace that he may sustain the peoples wounded by war and open concrete paths to reconciliation and peace.”

Leo also remembered “the maritime workers who have fallen victim to the conflict,” adding: “I pray for the deceased, the wounded and their families. Land, sky and sea were all created for life and peace!”

He further called attention to migrants who died in the Mediterranean, saying: “Let us also pray for all the migrants who have died at sea, especially those who lost their lives in recent days off the coast of Crete.”

Near the end of his homily, the pope entrusted his plea for peace to the intercession of Mary, quoting the Servant of God Bishop Tonino Bello and praying that “the tears of all the victims of violence and pain will soon be dried up.”

He concluded the Angelus by asking the Virgin Mary to accompany the faithful through the days ahead.

“May she guide us during these holy days, so that we may follow Jesus, our Savior, with faith and love,” he said."

And so while Jack Smith and others fight for the rule of law in private parties, instead of appeals court, in hopes that friends won't be prosecuted nor will they be prosecuting -- the Pope urges people of faith to reject illegal orders that damn their souls and families forever, to distract from the obstruction of justice with the failure to release (our/victims') half of the Esptein files, for which any prosecution by or linked to Blanche, diGenova, Gabbard, Thiel, Palantir, and/or others in overt furtherance of the same would be in furtherance of an obstruction of justice, and for matters that have no statute of limitation, and involves murdering and/or endangering kids in illegal medical experiments, which is likely what started all of this for us all, as we explain in our Big Picture link at the top of the page in our menu.

Correction: Joseph diGenova is the correct spelling of the attorney and Fox News contributor linked to Trump and Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate who has been put in charge of prosecuting Trump investigators (along with Bondi and Blanche, who were also connected to defending Trump-Epstein-Maxwell and Russia 2016 defendants and conspirators), and whose wife is Victoria Toesing, also formerly involved with defending Trump-Epstein's crime syndicate, is our current understanding.

So basically, our understanding, now corroborated by Jack Smith and John Durham, is that the lawyers for the mob have been illegally put in charge of the Department of Justice and now are DARVO prosecuting those who investigated their clients in what might be embezzlement of public funds by conspirators seeking to have taxpayers bail Trump and Epstein out for their person liabilities and crimes against victims, while they are concealing evidence that none of them are properly appointed, and also concealing Trump and GOP disqualified themselves before the 2016 elections, and now with the Ruemmler revelation, it is clear that Epstein's crime syndicate has been gaming elections to keep themselves ahead of their ongoing crimes against the American public.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has specified as much corroborated by Special Counsel John Durham, and then all corroborated by our Editor's investigation, the precursor investigation to them both, acknowledged by Trump in 2023, when he specified he knew of an investigation or witch-hunt into him, linked to Russia, and to other investigations into him, and he specified he knew about this investigation BEFORE he ran for office, and Crossfire Hurricane did not start for a full year later, and so only our Editor was investigating Trump, Russia, Jeffrey Epstein, and Edge Foundation billionaires BEFORE Trump ran for office, and we now argue a central reason he ran for office, and likely blackmailed or coerced by Epstein into doing so is what the record is starting to prove.

And so our new goal is the same as our old goal to unite the left and the right against Jeffrey Epstein's billionaire fight, fright, and might, and we recognize that some of the billionaires we can prove have been harming us in an ongoing manner, were most certainly blackmailed by Jeffrey Epstein, who directed them what to do and what not to do, and so we return to our metaphor of an angry mob, yelling at the puppets conspiring to harm other puppets, when the puppets weren't actually the ones conspiring to harm, but were forced to harm one another by the puppet master(s), in this case Jeffrey Epstein and his global crime syndicate.

We have since reported that another Australian whistleblower with nearly the exact same scenario as us, has been subject to the same criminal response from the Australian government as we have experienced (which corroborates our experience, whistleblower whistleblowing murder by Epstein's crime syndicate, followed by that whistleblower being stalked, retaliated against, and ignored for decades by the government, despite evidence, which is exactly what happened to us also) with the US and other governments, who have been conspiring to cover all of this up, but now it is clear what happened.

Epstein heard from his violators of privacy and the 4th Amendment that our Editor was writing a massive lawsuit against Edge Foundation members, and so Epstein who controlled them, organized them to continue to stalk and entrap and RICO obstruct our Editor, to discredit him again, Edge Foundation members at Roche, Yahoo, Microsoft, and Google conspiring to defame and destroy the economic activity and reputation of our Editor, for trying to protect himself and little kids from being murdered by lethal operating conditions controlled by Roche, controlled by Maja Oeri Hoffman and/or her family, and so they felt "forced" to stalk, obstruct, retaliate, intimidate, and harm our Editor, and it looks like Epstein was the one forcing them, per the records we have found, which proves mixing of finances and interests between child sex trafficker Epstein, and Roche, Microsoft,  Google, Yahoo, and Edge Foundation participants, and seems to prove their need to RICO obstruct our Editor's investigation into each and all of them is a reasonable inference.

We believe that the path forward is for Trump, Blanche, and others to stop stalking and intimidating Epstein's victims, and to recognize that Epstein's victims include the billionaires he blackmailed, received fees from, received gifts from, received art from, received investment gains from, and the like, and where we believe that Epstein leveraged his pre-conviction access to billionaires by weaponizing the same before and/or after his conviction via a "blackmail and influence by association to a pedophile conspiracy", which could get pretty much any billionaire to do anything.

We believe that the right and left in America and globally can be united behind all the victims of Epstein, but that requires someone to tell the story of not just the non-billionaire victims, which we have, but also the victim story of the billionaires, who seem "trapped" by their associations with Epstein with nowhere left to run, and victims and investigators coming at them from every direction it seems.

The solution is to stop hiding files required by Congress, stop hiding and destroying evidence, and stop attacking victims, witnesses, and investigators, and to make the evidence available to the public, minus sex photos and videos, and to bring the same all out into the open, and let the world see that Epstein was in control of and totally rigged the 2016 elections in the US and UK (in part to pack the government and courts with those who would not investigate nor prosecute Epstein's ponds), in part to obstruct the Editor of Uprights News, and he forced all of the 2016 players together, seemingly in control of them all, and where if they didn't do what he said, "The Prince Andrew Treatment", or worse, the "Jean Luc Brunel Treatment" ("suicided"). And so we think there is compelling evidence that Trump and others in Edge Foundation were forced into committing crimes they would not have otherwise committed, without the coercive influence and blackmailing of Jeffrey Epstein.

We believe that it was Epstein -- and not Trump nor Putin -- who was the mastermind of the 2016 elections, with leverage over both Trump and Putin, is what the evidence now supports. In one of our last articles, we have also found evidence that the whistleblower in Australia with nearly the same story to tell as our Editor has also corroborated being stalked and intimidated and not helped by the government for murders linked to Epstein, has reported that the crime syndicate of Maxwell and Epstein has continued long after the death of Epstein, which we can corroborate is true.

And so this means that whatever blackmail materials were used to force Trump, Putin, and others to commit crimes they didn't want to commit, may likely still be operational, but now it is anyone's guess as to how many copies of all of this evidence exist where in the world.

The point is Trump and these billionaires seem like they are in big trouble and operating and furthering a major RICO obstruction conspiracy to avoid prosecution -- but it seems they don't have any other choice, and so it looks like they are still being blackmailed (and in the context Ghislaine Maxwell emailed her sister from jail asking her sister and others to move the emails, stuff, etc, used to blackmail Edge Group billionaires like Leon Black, who Maxwell referred to as a "spigot" expected to "dry") --with the laws and the facts not on their side, and yet they have been handed power over their own investigations again (despite that leading up to the 2024 elections less than 1-3% of Americans were using Trump's social media company, and he was bleeding users, and that isn't reflective of someone about to sweep an election in the least. As a result, others are pushing for the 2024 receipts, to see if anyone illegally "allowed" Jeffrey Epstein's Trump to return to power, instead of Harris, a former prosecutor, who did not have a record of disqualifying felonies, from which all other DOJ activity are fruits from the poisonous tree of illegitimacy and disqualified candidates concealing the same to evade prosecution is also government fraud, and of the highest degree and order).
