Reporting from Common Dreams' stellar investigative reporter, Jake Johnson, revealed today the overt furtherance of the RICO obstruction conspiracy spoke of the broader ongoing criminal conspiracy by the "Epstein Class", as follows.
In 2002, the Editor of Uprights News, who is also the original investigator in what became all three Special Counsel investigations as leaked by Trump circa March 30, 2023, when he admitted that BEFORE he ran for office he knew of an investigation or "witch hunt" into him, the Russians, GOP, and/or others (who we now know is the treasonous child sex trafficking ring of Jeffrey Epstein, now known as the "Epstein Class", 8 of whom own about half of the wealth on Earth, along with most governments, communications, news, social media, satellites, artificial intelligence, and/or ad content communications and surveillance platforms).
Except Crossfire Hurricane into Trump, the GOP, Russia, and Epstein class,
(1) would not begin for another full year, and
(2) by 09/21/2014 Sacramento/CA GOP/RNC had conspired with the Russians and/or Epstein class (Bill Gates' Microsoft, Leon Black's Yahoo, Sergei Brin's and Larry Page's Google, Leon Black's University of Phoenix, and/or others), to stalk, cyberstalk, break and enter into the office space of our Editor (who at the time was tasked by US law to investigate and report about $40B in government fraud by the Epstein class and their coconspirators), and/or to cyberterrorize, terrorize, entrap, and wrongfully prosecute our Editor, who was reporting a long list of government fraud violations by the Epstein Class in a lawsuit investigation on behalf of the US government under many different authorities, laws, regulations, and Acts of Congress; and so
(3) Trump accidentally admitted that he and the GOP had received a copy of this GOP-Russia stalked and lynched investigation into, and retrospectively, the Trump Organization, the GOP/RNC, Russians, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, which had named Epstein's Microsoft, Epstein's Google, Epstein's Yahoo, Epstein's University of Phoenix, Epstein's Wildenstein family, Sacramento Police (who after being implicated per date stamped documents, became the entrapment arresting officers, in a with GOP's Scott Jones', who has since been accused of disappearing hundreds of millions of dollars in COVID funds, and who has been accused of sexual misconduct towards subordinate female employees under him), Epstein's "sweetheart deal" makers under the Bush family (Jeb Bush and GW Bush later personally met with the brother of the Editor of Uprights News AFTER they were named in that Russian, GOP, and Epstein class stalked, cyberstalked, lynched, and RICO obstructed investigation, along with Bill Barr, H.R. McMaster, and others who normally don't seek to meet with a "nobody".
Regarding point 2 above -- Leon Black, Bill Gates, and Epstein met a week before our Editor was entrapped by Sacramento Police (who our Editor had worked with and for in Natomas, and who had a training relationship with Leon Black at University of Phoenix Gateway Oaks campus in Sacramento, sharing the same computer networks and computers used by our Editor, who was investigating and writing a lawsuit against them all on Jeffrey Epstein's Leon Black's computers, using Epstein's Microsoft products like Word, and using Epstein's Google to search for laws and more evidence of the criminal conspiracy against the US government, murdered and/or endangered children, Russians, and Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate) -- after our Editor had already been cyberattacked and cyberterrorized by the Russia Federation, who attacked his investigation into Russians, Trump orbit, Epstein orbit, and the GOP on 10/20/2014, making our Editor one of the first if not the first civilian to by cyberstalked and cyberattacked in the United States.
The reasonable inference here is that in addition to the Russian Federation, Microsoft, Google, and/or Apollo Education Group stalking, cyberstalking, surveilling, monitoring, collecting, and/or violating privacy rights of faculty at University of Phoenix in a manner that allowed the conspirators a "head start" or advanced knowledge they were being investigated along with other members of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, and so the reasonable inference is that Jeffrey Epstein met with Bill Gates and Leon Black a week before the entrapment by the Sacramento/CA GOP and Sacramento Police (already named in the investigation for having RICO obstructed justice for the Editor), to communicate and/or coordinate through backchannels the entrapment of our Editor, to be able to unlawfully seize, lynch, RICO obstruct, harbor, tamper, and/or taint evidence, the GOP weaponing the government to protect Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and Russia from prosecution for the murder and endangerment of children in illegal medical experiments, constituting only a small part of a massive government fraud lawsuit investigation by our Editor.
By 2014, Jeffrey Epstein had already cultivated relationships with Russia's leadership, Trump family, and Wildenstein family after he was convicted for prostituting children.
And so this reasonable inference "fits", because the conspirators had the ability to cyberstalk our Editor's investigation into them, and our Editor can prove he was both cyberstalked and cyberterrorized by Russians, the GOP, Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, Trump, and others since then, for example see the Terror Log link at the top of this page, which is more evidence of the overt furtherance of RICO obstruction.
After Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, Trump, the GOP, and Russians conspired to disqualifying treason and elections fraud BEFORE the 2016 elections -- OUTSIDE of SCOTUS' illegitimate and RICO obstructing retroactive immunity for Presidents who commit crimes in offices that would disqualify the same SCOTUS justices approving the same -- in order to RICO obstruct the lynched investigation into them by the Editor of Uprights News -- the RICO conspiracy to obstruct justice for our Editor and the murdered and endangered children in illegal medical experiments at CHORI continued -- and where CHORI and Roche were financed by Epstein's Trump's Doral golf member's office, Robert Mueller (yes, the same Robert Mueller that Jeffrey Epstein's, GOP's, Trump's, and Russia's crime syndicate hand-picked to investigate their collective crimes, not prosecuting Trump and the GOP for the treason that resulted from Mueller financing Roche "shadow" site in Alameda, CA, and CHORI in Oakland, CA) for GOP financier Roche, also linked to Epstein's Wildenstein family, and also named in the lynched investigation of our Editor.
Trump even specified that Mueller had a conflict of interest, and that conflict was because it was Mueller's office who financed CHORI and Roche's illegal medical experiments on children at CHORI for Roche, which sought like vampires to excessively bleed sick little kids, killing at least one child or contributing to the same, to be able to have blood samples to test 6 new PCR devices being developed by our Editor for Roche, financed by Mueller (in the context that like the Wildenstein's in business with Roche's Maja Oeri, Roche's majority shareholders were among the richest families in the world, who pierced their corporate veil or limited liability protection in a provable manner) who (Mueller) was financing a "shadow site" that was violating all sorts of laws in a lethal manner, including some that OSHA investigated for cause, finding Roche and others had indeed operated illegally and in a lethal manner OSHA found.
Accordingly, to evade prosecution for this criminal conspiracy murdering and endangering children at CHORI for Epstein's Wildenstein's and the GOP's Roche, financed by Mueller -- in the context that under Mueller, the GOP, and Bush family, as many as 1,971 clients of Jeffrey Epstein (including Trump) were not prosected in a RICO obstruction conspiracy that has been overtly furthered through to this day, with still 3 million pages of evidence not released by the DOJ to further RICO obstruct this Epstein Class criminal conspiracy of biblical proportions, literally led by the Great Deceiver (Trump literally has the record for most lies told) -- this crime syndicate needed to further RICO obstruct the equally biblical in size lawsuit being written by the Editor of Uprights, which began with Robert Mueller, Bush, and/or the GOP financing the shadow site of Roche in Alameda engaged in lethal operating conditions, documented by OSHA.
More simply, Mueller, Bush, and/or GOP financed GOP financier(s) Roche and/or CHORI, including at Roche's shadow site in Alameda, and this resulted in the murder and/or endangerment of children in illegal medical experiments at Children's Hospital Research Institute Oakland (targeting poor Oakland community members in illegal medical experimentation by offering them free access to some medical 'care') and lethal operating conditions also at Roche's shadow site, also financed by administrations of Mueller, Bush, and/or GOP.
Thereafter, the father of the Editor of Uprights News asked Epstein's Wildenstein family for an attorney to sue Roche, but concealed by Wildenstein, was that he had mutual-shared business interests with Roche's Maja Oeri with Elizabeth Murray before, during, and after Epstein's Wildenstein family lawyer referral to sue Roche. As a result of this referral, our Editor was legally defrauded by a chain of attorneys whose conduct protected Roche and other conspirators, and the conspirators attempted to silence our Editor, who they deposed, with a small hush money payment, but under unenforceable conditions of coercion and legal fraud, for the conspirators to conceal the murder and/or endangerment of children at CHORI for Roche.
However, our Editor then was certified by University of California, University of Miami, and Stanford University School of Medicine (as a former intern and as a former employee managing human medical research), in medical research, and discovered that the experiments killing and/or endangering children were illegal and in gross violation of their rights, prompting our Editor to report all of the same to the FDA, who then RICO obstructed the same under the Bush and GOP administration, around the same time investigators in Florida were closing in on Epstein based on complaint(s) by child sex trafficking victims of Epstein.
And so under Bush, Mueller, and the GOP, and by RICO obstruction -- GOP financier Roche, CHORI, and others linked to Jeffrey Epstein (Wildensteins of Trump Tower or Trump properties) were able to get away with murdering and/or endangering children in illegal medical experiments on children -- at the same time they were helping Jeffrey Epstein's Saudis get away with 9/11 -- at the same they were helping Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate of as many as 1,971 clients get away with child sex trafficking, and where one of those clients included Trump, per Katie Johnson, Stacy Williams, Ivanna Kaminsky, and/or others.
With the GOP being the RICO obstructors of all of these crimes linked to Epstein, and where 9/11 for example was covered up by Jeffrey Epstein's and the GOP's Henry Kissinger (whose Theranos, linked to Betsy DeVos, later harmed the family of our Editor by not hiring the wife of our Editor, because she was asking hard questions they didn't want to answer.
Mueller was later found to be a golf club member at Trump's Doral club in Miami, and he was later linked to the law firms of Roche, Novartis, and/or the Kushner-Trump family, and so Trump was right here, Mueller definitely had a conflict of interest, because but for his office financing this shadow site, children would not have been harmed or killed in illegal medical experiments, and our Editor wouldn't have worked there, he would not have filed the OSHA and FDA complaints, and he would not have had to go to law school later in life to discover the whole conspiracy he then sought to report to the government as fast as possible, but only he could give the proper context to thousands of pages of evidence he retained and then examined in law school and separately as a faculty practitioner at Leon Black's University of Phoenix, researching the organized crime syndicate stalking and interfering with the economic activity of our Editor, overtly furthering the retaliation, harassment, and other government fraud laws that were violated by Roche, to intimidate witnesses not to come forward by destroying their lives using the internet.
By April 2004, in a conspiracy with East Bay Express, Jeffrey Epstein's Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo were the next to join this ongoing criminal conspiracy to retaliate against our Editor to intimidate him not to come forward any further via an online and seemingly permanent smear article meant to destroy the career of our Editor, and it did.
The reasonable inference here is that Epstein's Wildenstein family (living at Trump Tower with the Trumps and Russians or not far away in another Trump property), was in trouble for obstructing justice for the murder and/or endangerment of children at CHORI for Roche, linked to Wildenstein, the GOP, Bush, and/or Robert Mueller.
Then circa by June 22, 2007, Jeffrey Epstein's Trump Organization and/or a related Trump company, linked to the Wildensteins, furthered the witness intimidation and whistleblower retaliation by denying our Editor employment.
The RICO obstruction continued until our Editor enrolled and went to law school circa 2012-2014, and separately on Jeffrey Epstein's Leon Black's computers, engaged in faculty research to understand the nature, history, tactics, of the crime syndicate destroying his life for trying to get justice for murdered and/or endangered children in illegal medical experiments -- our Editor not knowing that Jeffrey Epstein was the criminal nexus to most of them.
During this period, circa 2013-2014, our Editor became deputized by US laws, regulations, and/or Acts of Congress to file a pro se qui tam civil complaint elucidating major crimes against the government (fraud) and against children.
And so on Jeffrey Epstein's Leon Black's computers, using Jeffrey Epstein's Bill Gates's Microsoft to compile the lawsuit, and using Jeffrey Epstein's Brin's and Page's Google to conduct this investigation on behalf of the US government, and this allowed the conspirators to learn their crime syndicate was under investigation, and then the conspirators named in that investigation conspired with Epstein's crime syndicate, Trump, the GOP, Epstein, Russia, and others to overthrow the United States in 2016 to keep them in charge of their own investigations to be able to RICO obstruct for themselves, which is exactly what they did and are still doing.
The conspirators then conspired with Jeffrey Epstein, Trump, the GOP, and enemies of the United States to overthrow America as agents of Russia and organized crime needing to get ahead of child sex trafficking and child murder in illegal medical experiments allegations they seized in 2014, and once they "engineered" Trump and the GOP into power using the internet, they RICO obstructed by hand-picking Robert Mueller to investigate all of the same but of course limited Mueller's scope so that he would not investigate Mueller's Office, the GOP, Trump, nor Epstein connections, in the context Trump and Epstein were best friends, and Mueller was linked to the law firm representing Trump's family and Roche's businesses.
Part of the ongoing RICO obstruction for the murder and/or endangerment of children at CHORI for Roche by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, the GOP, Trump, and Russia, includes the sort of state-sponsored terrorism and witness and victim stalking and intimidation we have documented in the Terror Log link at the top of the page, which aligns with the conduct described by victims of Black and Trump in Epstein-related lawsuits, but also with Trump's open call for revenge against his victims, witnesses, prosecutors, judges, juries, governments, and others trying to hold this crime syndicate accountable.
Our Editor has been fighting this treasonous child sex trafficking ring elucidated in the Big Pictures link at the top of this page for 24 years now, and as one of the rare male victims of Epstein's crime syndicate, also can't get justice for 24 years of crimes against our Editor, in order to RICO obstruct illegal medical experiments murdering and/or endangering children.
Another type of RICO obstruction we have elucidated is the literal dismantling of the laws, regulations, and Acts of Congress, used by our Editor in his GOP and Russia stalked, lynched, and obstructed investigation. This is important as it proves in a different way that the GOP, Trump, and Epstein Class did share the investigation lynched by GOP's Scott Jones et al., because now they were dismantling the laws used in that investigation against them.
An example of this RICO obstruction to protect Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and US enemy Russia, is when Betsy DeVos of Spectrum Health (connected to Alfa Bank and Trump Tower to create a backchannel for Trump, GOP, Russians, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate) and also connected to Helen DeVos Children's Hospital (which is part of Children's Hospital Association as is Roche's CHORI), chose to dismantle sexual misconduct in universities, in the context this was part of the basis of the qui tam civil complaint.
Another example of them RICO obstructing, by dismantling the laws specified their crime syndicate violated, was Jeffrey Epstein's Federalist Society's (funded by 2016 traitors and by Jeffrey Epstein crime syndicate) SCOTUS illegally attacking whistleblower rights for the purpose of RICO obstructing, a central piece of the qui tam investigation, that was violated when SCOTUS wished away our Editor's ability to bring forth a civil complaint, but where per our Big Pictures link above, most of SCOTUS was installed illegally, and their retroactive immunity for Presidents to RICO obstruct all of this, was actually them serving as their own judges as to whether or not their own illegal appointments were legal or not, and so they provided Trump immunity, overtly furthering the RICO obstruction of all of this, as traitors to our country, with full knowledge of the law, full knowledge of what they were doing, and full knowledge that their conduct was them judging themselves (unlawful), and full knowledge of the consequences (keeping the disqualified treasonous child sex trafficking ring on the ballot and in power).
As reported by Jake Johnson of Common Dreams, OSHA is now being dismantled, and where OSHA was yet another key provision in that Russian, Epstein, Trump, and GOP linked, stalked, lynched, and RICO obstructed investigation, which relied on OSHA regulations to prove the conspirators engaged in major crimes against the government.
"Lori Chavez-DeRemer’s tenure as head of the US Department of Labor was further embroiled in scandal on Thursday after bombshell New York Times reporting revealed that her husband has been banned from the agency’s headquarters over sexual assault allegations leveled by at least two staffers.
The reporting landed on the same day that a group of Senate Democrats launched an investigation into Chavez-DeRemer’s policy moves at the Labor Department, accusing her agency of showing “disregard for workers’ lives” by “rolling back protections that keep workers safe and hobbling the agency that is tasked with overseeing worker safety.”

The sexual assault allegations against the labor secretary’s husband, Shawn DeRemer, were made by two women “as part of an internal investigation by the department’s inspector general into alleged misconduct by Ms. Chavez-DeRemer and her senior staff,” the Times reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter and a police report.
“The widening misconduct scandal at the Labor Department has forced several aides and members of the security staff in Ms. Chavez-DeRemer’s inner circle onto administrative and investigative leave,” the newspaper continued. “The inspector general’s office is investigating a formal complaint that Ms. Chavez-DeRemer was having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a subordinate—a member of her security detail—and abusing her office by taking staff to strip clubs, drinking alcohol on the job, and taking personal trips at taxpayer expense. Her lawyer has denied the allegations.”
“This is Trump’s America,” retired US diplomat Ken Fairfax wrote in response to the reporting.
Meanwhile, Chavez-DeRemer has been playing a central role in what six Senate Democrats characterized as the Trump administration’s “attack on workers from all sides.”
In a Thursday letter to Chavez-DeRemer and David Keeling, the assistant secretary of labor for Occupational Safety and Health, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and other Democrats expressed alarm over the Labor Department’s “ambitious deregulatory agenda that includes many of the regulations that OSHA has promulgated to keep American workers safe.”
The lawmakers pointed specifically to Labor Department efforts to eliminate more than a third of the Mine Safety and Health Administration’s offices, roll back “a requirement for employers to provide adequate lighting at construction sites,” and loosen “respirator requirements for workers exposed to dangerous materials like lead, asbestos, and formaldehyde, as well as chemicals known to be carcinogens.”
“But you are not only rolling back rules that protect workers—OSHA also appears to be taking a lighter hand in enforcing even the rules that still exist,” the senators wrote. “According to OSHA statistics comparing the months of April through September 2025 with the same period in 2024, the agency reduced workplace inspections by 20%. Those statistics also show a 42% decrease in the number of ‘willful violations’ found during inspections by OSHA during the months of April-September of 2025 as compared to the same period in 2024.”
Chavez-DeRemer was confirmed as labor secretary last year with bipartisan support and a boost from the Teamsters union given some of her past pro-worker stances, such as support for the PRO Act—which she quickly distanced herself from during the confirmation process.
“Chavez-DeRemer refused to commit to supporting a minimum-wage increase, or paid leave for workers,” The Nation‘s John Nichols wrote following her confirmation hearing last February. “And, of course, she unapologetically declared, ‘The right to work is a fundamental tenet of labor laws, where states have a right to choose if they want to be a right-to-work state, and that should be protected.’”
“She has made it abundantly clear that she is not interested in serving as an ally of America’s workers or the unions that represent them,” Nichols added. “In the great struggle between the working class and the billionaire class, Chavez-DeRemer has chosen to side with Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and the oligarchs.”
And so the RICO obstruction for some of the worst things that have ever happened to America and Americans continues, and in this overt manner, which overtly furthers the 2002+ (RICO) obstruction of justice by the Bush, Mueller, Epstein, GOP, Wildenstein, and/or Trump orbit is a reasonable inference.
Fortunately, the courts continue to find for the persecuted victims of Trump, the GOP, Russia, and Epstein's crime syndicate of treasonous child sex traffickers, who continue to RICO obstruct all of the above by weaponing governments against victims, witnesses, investigators, judges, juries, and the like, to scare others into not holding them accountable, and this largely worked for them, because of the shocking number of cowards living in America refusing to protect America from being overthrow by a treasonous child sex trafficking ring linked to Trump, the GOP, Russia, and Jeffrey Epstein, supra.
They are faking legitimate government until they can take it for good, and they are pretty much already there.
Long live king Trump, his emperor Putin, and their end of what used to be known as our America -- thanks to the cowards and crooks we paid to protect us from all of the same.
How disheartening for everyone except this treasonous child sex trafficking ring, who harmed us more than anyone has, and who are still getting away with it.
