This week, Jeffrey Epstein's Steven Bannon was ordered to jail -- resulting in Bannon, like Trump, desperately, corruptly, and/or in a manner consistent with RICO, obstruction of justice, bribery, extortion, and/or blackmail asking Jeffrey Epstein's GOP SCOTUS majority -- which Jeffrey Epstein's Steve Bannon helped unlawfully-install via a treason and elections conspiracy with U.S. enemy Russia -- to prevent him and Trump from going to jail.
Though our ongoing reporting regarding the content of the different boxes above provides much greater detail and the links to the evidence supporting the conclusions and summaries above, this article focuses on the seven brightly colored boxes above, versus the overlapping ongoing organized crimes in the grey boxes.
Red numbers guide our readers through the fitting pattern or shape of a snake, and eventually an even more fitting shape of an ouroboros -- a snake that eats its own tail -- representing an infinite fallacy, paradox, or impossible scenario -- because circular arguments employing fallacies are flawed arguments, and no illegitimate devouring of one's own country or self can continue forever.
The backstory for the brightly colored boxes is that the treason and elections fraud conspiracies by the GOP, Ronald Reagan, and G.H.W. Bush via the murder of JFK, the October Surprise treason and elections fraud by Reagan and U.S. enemy Iran, the Iran Contra drug and arms trafficking treason conspiracy by Reagan, G.H.W. Bush, the GOP, U.S. enemy Iran, and U.S. enemy the Contras, followed by their laughable "war on drugs", resulted in the illegitimate appointment and usurping of Clarence Thomas at SCOTUS, the purple box above, and in the context Thomas has been accused of sexual harassment, bribery, corruption, RICO, obstruction, and/or other high crimes and misdemeanors before and after his appointment.
Then all of this resulted in the disqualifying elections crimes by the illegitimate GOP SCOTUS majority in 2000, resulting in the illegitimate appointments of John Robert and Samuel Alito, in the bright orange and green boxes, in the above diagram, flowchart, and timeline.
There is a fallacy or circular argument with respect to the legitimacy of Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Bannon's and Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Trump's request of Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's GOP SCOTUS usurpers, to keep Bannon and Trump out of jail, as illustrated by the brightly-colored boxes, in particular the pink, dark orange, and bright green boxes in the lower left corner of the network diagram and chronological flowchart and timeline above.
That resulted in the RICO obstruction of justice for the child kidnapping, child rape, child sex trafficking, and child sodomy for as many as 1,971 clients, financiers, and/or associates of Jeffrey Epstein, including Donald Trump, Rupert Murdoch of Fox News, Steve Bannon, the Saudis, the UK/EU 'royals', and the founders of Google, Koch Industries, and Chevron, but not limited to the same, and where these last three and/or their founding families separately financed the Federalist Society (along with the Mercer family of the UK royals' SCL Group's Cambridge Analytica who conspired with U.S. enemy Russia to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into power in a treason and elections fraud disqualifying conspiracy) who hand-picked all of the GOP SCOTUS judges that were illegitimately-appointed post-disqualifying crimes by those appointing them -- as depicted in the pink and dark orange boxes.
Accordingly, as illustrated above, it was a series of treason and elections fraud conspiracies by the GOP -- also known in law as an ongoing treason and elections fraud conspiracy with many spokes being overtly furthered, including by RICO obstruction by accessories after the fact -- which resulted in the usurping and formation of the GOP's illegitimate SCOTUS majority, now being asked to keep two people who created that majority out of jail, and thus out of prosecutorial leverage as witnesses to the illegitimacy of SCOTUS.
More simply, if Trump and Bannon go to jail -- then prosecutors, Trump, and/or Bannon would be in a better negotiating position to strike a deal to have Trump and Bannon testify against the SCOTUS and other usurpers they helped illegally-"engineer" into illegitimate office, government employment, or promotions as part of a treason and elections fraud ongoing conspiracy by the GOP -- required to remove the "bad faith de facto officers" or illegitimate SCOTUS and all other judges that Trump and the GOP were disqualifying from appointing, and to void all of their changes to the government.
As we and others have, and have not (sitting on the same for now), elucidated many different legal ways to remove SCOTUS and other corrupted, badly behaving, and bad faith officers, employees, contractors, and other parties from the government and/or in service to them -- beyond impeachment -- removing and voiding the conduct of bad faith de factor officers is just one way to remove them.
A de facto officer is someone like the GOP SCOTUS majority, Trump, the Bush 'presidential' family, who were not lawfully, legitimately, Constitutionally, and/or properly nominated, confirmed, elected, nor appointed, but who may be allowed to stay in public office and not have their changes to the government voided -- if no one can prove they operated in bad faith -- and where the SCOTUS RICO, bribery, obstruction, and corruption crimes that have rocked the GOP's illegitimate SCOTUS majority this year prove that they have not only been engaged in "not good behavior", which allows for their removal outside of impeachment, and where they may be removed by a lower court ruling -- but they and others like Aileen Cannon have been abusing their power and engaging in "bad faith" rulings, allowing for their removal and the voiding of their illegitimate changes to the government.
But if Trump and Bannon don't go to jail due to more GOP SCOTUS RICO corruption and obstruction -- which would further disqualify SCOTUS and further make their changes to the government null and void -- then Trump, Bannon, SCOTUS, Aileen Cannon, and/or others would deprive the government some leverage against these witnesses who could help remove the illegitimate SCOTUS usurpers installed by Bannon's and Trump's treason and elections fraud with U.S. enemy Russia -- a treason and elections fraud conspiracy since confirmed by Trump's and the GOP's Special Counsel John Durham in his testimony to Congress a year ago yesterday, per our previous reporting.
Accordingly, Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Trump and Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Steve Bannon asking Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's crime syndicate/orbit-financed Federalist Society's GOP SCOTUS majority for reprieve from their crimes and prison, is Bannon and Trump asking SCOTUS to RICO obstruct justice for the conspirators and ongoing conspiracy that illegitimately-appointed the SCOTUS majority. Trump and Bannon unlawfully asking SCOTUS for relief by way of overt furtherance of disqualifying conspiracy spokes is an invitation for them to not just act as the corrupted criminal defense team for enemies of the United States, but for themselves, installed by enemies of the United States.
Furthermore, Trump and Bannon are asking and/or threatening those they helped unlawfully and illegitimately engineer into power to corruptly use that illegitimate power to prevent Trump and Bannon from testifying against those they helped unlawfully and illegitimately engineer into power to use the same corruptly -- so that Trump, Bannon, and/or others can unlawfully run for President and/or other office -- in order to further unlawfully appoint more illegitimate judges and others into key government positions that would allow them to continue their massive and very old ongoing organized crime syndicate, and get away with it over and over again, as depicted in the bright green box above, but really all of the boxes above.
This of course is a circular argument with respect to the legitimacy of Trump, the Bush family, the GOP, and SCOTUS, and the fruits resulting from the same, but not limited to the same, because Trump, the Bush family, and the GOP could not lawfully appoint the GOP SCOTUS majority having immediately disqualified themselves from public offices in a conspiracy with Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Barrett back to the 2000 elections fraud conspiracy spokes by the GOP, and so there is no lawful nor legitimate path to Trump, Bush, nor SCOTUS authority nor any of their changes to the government, nor fruits born from the tree of illegitimacy, involving bad behavior, bad faith, and plenty of ongoing organized crimes as part of an ongoing conspiracy to unlawfully overthrow the United States with enemies of the United States, to seize control of the justice system and legal landscapes, and the taxpayer's purse, which they transfer to their organized crime syndicate via government contracts and grants, a small percentage of which is use to bribe every level of government before, and after every election cycle, is what our research proposes.
Similarly, Trump is asking SCOTUS for immunity for his crimes while in office, but that includes overthrowing the government in a conspiracy with Russia in order to install the GOP SCOTUS majority being used to RICO obstruct for enemies of the United States and organized crime in bad faith and employing not good but bad behavior.
More simply, Trump is asking the illegitimately SCOTUS majority to legitimize his, the Bush family's, and Reagan's criminal misconduct resulting in the illegitimate appointment of the GOP SCOTUS majority being asked.
Even more simply, Trump and Bannon are asking the illegitimate GOP SCOTUS majority to legitimize themselves -- but where a large volume of laws can be employed to permanently remove all of them from public offices and to void all of their changes to the government -- perfectly explaining their "stop the steal", insurrection, treason, sedition, espionage, terrorism, fake electors, RICO obstruction, public corruption, bad faith, and bad behavior intent and propaganda -- because they don't want the law and facts to be applied to take back the offices the crime syndicate disqualified themselves for, or more simply they don't want what they unlawfully stole, to be lawfully taken back from them.
When Trump says "we won't have a country anymore" -- he doesn't mean "we" as in "we the people" -- he means "we" as in enemies of the United States heavily-linked to child kidnapper, rapist, sex trafficker, and sodomizer Jeffrey Epstein, and his clients, financiers, and associates -- who have repeatedly conspired to unlawfully overthrow and corrupt our government to remain in, return to, and maintain illegitimate power over the legal landscape of America and the American taxpayer's purse -- while evading paying taxes themselves, while RICO obstructing justice for all of the same as accessories after the fact.
