Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Donald Trump sure doesn't make RICO obstructing his disqualifying crimes easy for Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's crime syndicate's-financed Federalist Society's hand-picked GOP SCOTUS majority -- especially since Trump admitted on Fox News that he knew that he had lost the 2020 election in August 2021.
"Donald Trump got caught forgetting his own lie — that the 2020 election was stolen from him — during an interview with journalist Ramin Setoodeh for his new book, “Apprentice in Wonderland,” according to a tape Setoodeh shared Thursday with MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace.
Setoodeh, the co-editor-in-cheif of Variety, told Wallace that he and Trump were discussing the latter's falling out with his once close friend, former Fox News personality Geraldo Rivera. As the subject came up , the presumptive GOP nominee let it slip that Rivera called him after he “lost the election” ...
As Wallace noted, Trump, "speaking casually," actually "admitted" that he lost. At the same time, he publicly insists that he won, a lie fervently believed by supporters who stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
Setoodeh said the interview took place in August 2021.
“He was very comfortable that day because we were actually watching clips of 'The Apprentice,' and I think part of the reason the mask slipped off was that he was remembering his life as an entertainer, he was very amused, he was excited to see himself in the boardroom,” the author said.
“This is all performance art for Donald Trump,” he added.
At least one legal expert believes Trump's remark could be used against him.
"This statement made on tape and on the record by Mr. Trump would be admissible in evidence against him on the issue of his corrupt intent in the four Smith indictments in DC that SCOTUS is inexcusably keeping on hold in United States v. Trump," Laurence Tribe, a law professor at Harvard University, posted on X.
Accordingly, now the GOP SCOTUS illegitimate majority got by,

(4) the Trump-Russia-GOP 2016 treason and elections fraud conspiracy (which Jeffrey Epstein's Trump's Special Counsel John Durham confirmed to Congress on June 21, 2023, a year ago), followed by GOP RICO obstruction of justice as accessories after the fact, resulting in resulting in the illegitimate-usurping of SCOTUS by Amy Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch, who have now been unlawfully-asked by Russia's and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump to legitimize themselves by providing Trump immunity for his disqualifying crimes while in office, which included the unlawful appointment of SCOTUS and other illegitimate judges by way of bad faith corrupt intent, for the purpose of further RICO obstructing justice for the ongoing organized treason and elections fraud crimes of Trump and the GOP, as accessories after the fact -- can't collectively-continue to unlawfully-act as Trump's criminal defense team by arguing that he didn't think he lost the election -- because he said he did lose the elections -- when he and others conspired to further Felix Sater's, Putin's, Michael Cohen's, Trump's, Mike Flynn's, Paul Manafort's, and/or others' 11/03/20215 treason and elections/voter fraud/interference conspiracy to unlawfully and illegitimately "engineer" Trump, the GOP, GOP SCOTUS majority, Aileen Cannon, Carl Nichols, and many others into illegitimate power as bad faith and thus removable and voidable de facto officials-usurpers -- to not serve but harm the United States as agents of Russia, Saudi Arabia (Trump's and Kushner's business partners), Iran, Syria, North Korea, Hamas, Hezbollah, ISIS, and/or other enemies of the United States, as enemies of the United States -- by engaging in the disqualifying crimes of treason, sedition, terrorism, insurrection, and/or elections/voter fraud/interference in an ongoing manner back to the GOP's Prescott Bush and the Nazis in WWII.
Now the Colorado ruling, but not limited to the same, corroborating the investigative findings of the January 6th Committee of Congress -- which collectively found that Trump did incite or further a disqualifying insurrection -- can't be readily squashed by an ill-got GOP SCOTUS majority linked to enemies of the United States and child sex trafficker, rapist, kidnapper, and sodomizer Jeffrey Epstein -- by way of arguing as Trump's criminal defense attorneys that he and they can't be held accountable -- because he knew that he had lost the 2020 election -- while publicly pushing lies that he didn't lose the 2020 election, and those lies were used to incite 1,000 other people into jail via disqualifying insurrection and elections fraud crimes. His theft, destruction, and concealing of documents also disqualifies him from office, which is why Aileen Cannon, Trump, the GOP, and other conspirators and accessories after the fact are so desperate to RICO obstruct justice there also, by delaying Trump's prosecution until after they "engineer" him into power, and not likely by popular vote, per Roger Stone, but by judges, lawyers, and technology.
Furthermore, it was Rudy Giuliani of the GOP's 9/11 who urged Trump to echo chamber "just say we won", after Trump was voted out by America, per Phil Rucker of the New York Times and Carol Leonning in their new book, I alone can fix it -- and so Trump knew as early as elections night that he hadn't won, but was told by Giuliani to lie to America and to say that he had won the 2020 elections, knowing he had not, and he has been lying to the public ever since, with the occasional lapse as on Fox News. Accordingly, there is ZERO doubt that Trump new he had lost the 2020 elections BEFORE his sedition, insurrection, obstruction of Congress, fake electors, and/or stolen/concealed documents disqualifying crimes
