America's Hero Syndrome Crises: One third of all wilderness fires are set by firefighters and law enforcement who don't feel like they get enough attention, say authorities. Sounds like Donald Trump. Are they still our heroes if 4,000 Cal-Fire firefighters are setting our state on fire EVERY year?

According to the San Francisco Standard, "This year alone, there have been 112 wildfires that have each burned more than 300 acres, a 724% increase over the five-year average. Many of those are caused by people. According to Cal Fire, about 15% of wildfires are started by arsonists. But in 2024, about 50% of the 1 million acres that have burned were the result of arson."

"In 2016, the National Volunteer Fire Council (opens in new tab) reported that more than 100 firefighters are arrested on arson charges per year", an averaged of 2 firefighters arrested in every state every year.

However, as we are about to prove with statistical inference, as many as 1/3 x 12,000 California firefighters = 4,000 firefighters are setting California on fire EVERY year. If you live in CA, there are signs here and there thanking firefighters for being heroes and saving lives, with all sorts of hearts, stars, and the like, but secretly, they are the ones starting many of these fires, because their addicted to that praise.

Trump is no different. He's burned our country to the ground, and every turn, he's the hero AND he's the victim.

Our research into the same also found that arsonists are geographically situated, as are fire stations, and that they statistically "cluster", when random distribution should have an equal spread of fire across the state, and we were able to elucidate a range of 30% to 70% of fires being set by arsonists in some geographic locations. 

"Edward Nordskog has thought a lot about arsonists — and especially about firefighter arsonists. Nordskog spent 35 years as a detective with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, 21 of which were with the arson and bomb unit. He worked on 1,200 arson cases. He’s writing a book, his eighth, about the unsolved murders of firefighters by serial arsonists. During his research, he identified 13 arsonists — four of whom were firefighters — who were never brought to justice."

Said differently, about a third or 33% of Los Angeles Area arsonists were/are firefighters. Also compare how many cases he worked on for 35 years, compared to the number of expected California firefighters setting California on fire in order to receive "hero praise", like crack addicts.

Again, not different from Trump, constantly demanding like a cult leader that he, his family, their companies, and their friends -- Jeffrey Epstein's crimes syndicate and virtually every enemy of the United States -- be respected, provided immunity, provided more rights, provided more taxpayer funds, more defenses for much more crimes, and more "hero" praise and "victim" sympathy, despite being the ones burning America to the ground, literally.

We have been able to tie at least one California firefighter, Robert Hernandez, to 5 different fires set around the family homes of Epstein victims, making the families victims also, but that was the promise said Katie Johnson and/or Jane Doe in their respective lawsuits, to go after family members also.

More specifically, Robert Hernandez set 5 fires around the home of our Editor's mother and around the home of our Editor's brother's family in one month in 2024, the same month our Editor dropped his 11 year investigation started as a university professor and law student into the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein in Seattle, WA, and about a million pages of evidence were organized and provided along with 10,000 pages of IRAC legal analysis to prove well beyond a reasonable doubt that Jeffrey Epstein is the one who rigged the 2016, not Trump, nor Putin, now fully supported by the DOJ files that were released. Those million pages are missing from the DOJ's required unredacted release of ALL Epstein files the DOJ received.

“It’s usually bullshit, but they say, ‘I’m doing it (setting California and Californians on fire) so my guys can get some training (murdering Californians paying their overtime and praising them as heroes for it),’” said Nordskog, who has studied at least 200 firefighter arson cases and worked on a dozen himself. “These guys who do this don’t want to be viewed as somebody sick or twisted — that’s how people perceive serial arsonists"

But the are sick and they are twisted, because they are setting our State on fire to be praised more, while engineering the taking of our taxpayer dollars by setting the fires themselves.

"Nordskog says there’s another reason firefighters start fires, a mundane reason: boredom. Fire service work, particularly for small departments, doesn’t match the stories of adventure promised in the academy, where, he said, recruits are told, “You’re gonna be slaying the dragon every day, [and] the guy who’s talking is this old chief with a big mustache, he’s got a burnt up fire helmet on his head. The average U.S. firefighter combats only a handful of structure fires a year."

“Then all the problems that follow bored firefighters come to light — fighting in the firehouse, wife swapping, gambling, stealing, extreme hazing, issues nobody will tell you about — and then, eventually, someone starts lighting fires,” Nordskog said. “Usually, the local fire guys know almost right away that it’s one of theirs.”"

Now let's compare that to the 1200 or so cases over the career of an arson investigator, and compare that to as many as 4,000 firefighters setting California on fire EVERY year per statistical inference.

If usually, the local fire guys know almost right away that it's one of theirs, and only about 2 firefighter arsonists per state are arrested, then we have an ongoing conspiracy to RICO obstruct investigations into arson by fire and by police officials is provable per the prosecution to incidence ratio.

More simply, police and fire are the ones that can investigate, and yet they are the ones starting a good chunk of the fires, at least one third, as specified by arson investigation experts. And so the people committing the crimes are also the ones who get to investigate themselves. And curiously, they rarely prosecute themselves. Sounds like Donald Trump, the GOP, MAGA, and the Democrats again, those committing crimes in conspiracy with one another against the good people of California, and of course they'll have to be the ones investigating themselves, to make sure they don't go to jail for the crimes they insist others have to go to jail for. America's two tiered justice system, one for Jeffrey Epstein's organized crime syndicate corrupting public offices, and one justice system for those of us who have to pay for it all.

And so America has a "hero syndrome" crises, because the losers committing all the crimes are doing so to rip us off, burn our country to the ground, and then expect us to praise them while keep on paying, is as perverse as their treasonous child sex trafficking crimes against children.

"Alan Carlson, a retired Cal Fire investigator who nabbed a volunteer firefighter in a hallmark case called Operation High Desert, said almost a third of wildland arsonists arrested are connected to emergency services."

This corroborated the Sheriff's statistic that about 33% are connected to emergency services (police, fire, first responders, military, and others who "need others to view them as heroes" -- so kind of how small children need their mommies to tell them they did a good job, folks with serious daddy and mommy issues -- or to view them at all -- per Epstein's take on Trump's reason for running for office -- to be seen -- was Epstein's spin on why Epstein rigged the 2016 elections, per other Epstein insiders like but not limited to Wolff).

"“It may be that teenage boy whose father is with law enforcement, or it could be somebody that’s an explorer scout learning to become a police officer and those types of things. Or it could just be, which is most frequent, a volunteer firefighter,” he said."

And so more than one expert in arson in California has accused police -- but especially firefighters -- as being those who need the most praise for setting our country on fire in acts of terrorism, and terrorism that is largely being ignored per conviction rates. Sounds like Trump again, engaged in acts of terrorism, with little to convictions that held. And so it seems the way to get away with crimes is simply to join police, fire, or any other government office that can be totally abused, outside of official capacity, and outside of immunity is certain.

There are about 75,000 to 150,000 sworn officers in California, and so applying the 1/3rd statistic to them would have them setting about 25,000 to 50,000 fires, but to honestly push back on this statistical inference, that exceeds the total number of fires per year.

Per ChatGPT, the estimated number of fires in CA since about 2002 ranges from more than 4,000 to less than 10,000 fires in CA, and where arson experts have accused police and fire of setting about 1,500 to about 3,000 of those fires EACH year, "our heroes". 

And, firefighters were blamed the most, which makes sense for pyromaniacs, or people who get sexually aroused by burning down California communities, as of course people sexually aroused by neighbors on fire are going to join the fire department to watch communities and neighbors burn, because for them it is thrilling that they caused or can watch the same, says the research. Twisted individuals indeed. Good thing we trust them with everything.

It makes perfect sense for them to join fire brigades, like it made perfect sense for Bill Barr's pedophile author father, Donald Barr, to hire Jeffrey Epstein at Dalton with ZERO teaching credentials nor a degree, because around children is where pedophile-linked Donald Barr and Jeffrey Epstein felt they needed to be. At the scene of the crimes they were suspected of perpetuating.

Attorney General Bill Barr would later be accused in the DOJ files of being present as Leon Black raped a sex trafficking victim of Epstein. Big surprise that the son of a pedophile would want to hang around the protégé of his father, only to be accused of sex crimes himself with or orbiting the protégé.

Our Editor worked for Leon Black and elucidated Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate on Leon Black's computers (but did not know of Black nor Epstein at the time, only their Edge Foundation billionaires, and Sacramento Police "trained" on the same computers as a government contractor client to Black's University of Phoenix), and then implicated Sacramento Police, who a week later entrapped him, about Leon Black, Bill Gates, Epstein, and others meeting in person with Bill Burns, Katy Ruemmler, Peter Thiel, Ehud Barak, and/or others who could "manufacture" or "weaponize" entrapment, and they did.

And then those our Editor accused ran for office in 2016 supporting one another until they overthrew the government, and they aren't giving it back, because if they do, the law says they have to go to jail forever, Aileen Cannon's intent in permanently sealing the flaws in her own appointment with the Brady evidence of our Editor, for full circle corruption, again.

And so if you are really into watching your neighbors burn to death, you join the fire department.

And if you want to get away with crimes and help others do the same you join law enforcement.

And so basically, criminals are joining government career paths that allow them to get away with being criminals, by infiltrating and corrupting the investigation teams is a reasonable inference based on only 100 prosecutions per year, in the context that as many as 4000 firefighters and/or as many as 9,000 (because 25,000 and 50,000 statistical inferences are impossible based on the total number of fires) police officers and/or their kids are the ones burning down the State of California, and blaming the same on global warming and on PGE, who then passes the cost of the fires and lawsuits onto the people of California paying for the arsonists to set the fires to increase prices in what can only be described as an ongoing RICO criminal enterprise that commits crimes against the people of CA and then RICO obstructs investigations into the same so that no more than about 100 out of 4000-9000 are brought to prosecutors, or less than 5% of the time do the criminal prosecute themselves, and in an era where we have spy satellites (mostly in control of Jeffrey Epstein's Trump and/or Jeffrey Epstein's Elon Musk) capable of filming the Earth 24/7 and able to watch your children take a pee or golden showers, watch them change, bath, get dressed, have sex, and/or masturbate using spy technologies, which can see through homes and which can zoom in on things the size of a stamp from outer space, but they can't figure out who set 4000-9000 fires EVERY year? Res ipsa loquitur malum in se.

And so taxpayers are transferring the little money they have to Epstein's Trump, Epstein's Musk, Epstein's Thiel, and Edge Foundation billionaire companies, so their crime syndicates can burn down our communities, then pretend they are heroes, and if anyone disagrees, then they are victims, and yet we have paid for the technology to catch these criminals, but the criminals took over the technologies we paid for, and are using the same to RICO obstruct investigations into their ongoing global, domestic, and CA criminal operations.

It isn't hard to understand now why police and fire back Trump, because they relate to him, desperados who won't do their jobs properly, who do the opposite of what they are bilking the public for, is also government fraud, which may be repaid in treble. But only if the criminals investigate themselves, which of course they rarely do. So the perfect crimes and in an ongoing manner.

Again, Robert Hernandez is who set five fires around the home of the mother and then the brother of a cluster of SIX Northern CA Epstein victims in 2024, all family members of the Editor of Uprights News, and his aunt's and uncle's farm had also around the same period of years was surrounded by major fires up near Bangor, CA.

And so here and elsewhere (see regression map below and then also visit our Terror Log link at the top of the page and look for any of our stalking and death threats documenting Cal-Fire and police provably stalking and threatening our Editor and his family with death almost daily) and you have CA firefighters and CA law enforcement directly-linked to Jeffrey Epstein's stalking and death threats against Jeffrey Epstein's victims, six of them by Hernandez, and five more of them over in Rocklin, CA, and we have proof that these are linked, as Hernandez's firefighting unit and/or area near Willits and Healdsburg also flew way off course from Healdsburg -- where Hernandez set fires that could reach our Editor's two family homes in Sonoma -- and they directly joined the conspiracy by local police and fire around our Editor's home, to stalk our Editor and to threaten him with death also.

Our Editor has reported the proof of these crimes to the DOJ, AG of CA, Congress, DOS RFJ, Inspector Generals, JAG, and none of them seem willing to investigate those financing their election cycles, police and fire, so one big organized crimes syndicate is provable and almost daily -- the intent of DOJ to not release our Epstein files -- to not implicate those harming Epstein victims is provable.

Just visit our Terror Log, and you'll find those stalking and threatening our Editor with death almost daily are Cal-Fire employees, US Forestry employees, and local US law enforcement, overtly furthering the ongoing organized crimes of Jeffrey Epstein in a very provable manner -- and the basis for ALL of the obstruction by US law enforcement to not release our million missing Epstein files, is a reasonable inference.

Applying the twice-repeated 1/3rd statistic to the 12,000 firefighters in CA, and that's equivalent to 4,000 firefighters in California setting California on fire, because they are in "need of being perceived as heroes", by burning down California communities, and then saving a few houses and business, and being fed nauseating "you our heroes" (could be signs firefighters are putting up around CA) -- but little do the citizens of CA know, it's their heroes burning down our communities -- because they need some overtime, feel bored, need to feel praised, and/or are furthering CA SB2 gang activity, specifically for Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, is provable.

It's like a crack addiction for lonely and/or mentally-ill incels -- who have no real redeeming value as human beings, aren't lovable, and/or are self-haters, per bullying research -- and this affects the same part of their broken brains -- the ventromedial nucleus crave center of the hypothalamus -- constantly asking themselves if they have enough Maslowian resources for "social inclusion" and "status" -- and they rarely do -- and so like junkies, they burn down our communities and forests because they have mommy and daddy issues, and they need you to praise them like drug dealers push relief to addicts -- oh yeah, and you also have to pay more taxes in CA to keep these people and their rotten kids setting fires, alive -- oh yeah, and then you have to pay for their pensions, runs to the grocery store with government assets, illegally parking -- it's a national crisis.

This mental health crisis in California is known as "Hero Syndrome", which we will describe after some more firefighter arson research.

Per Wikipedia, because firefighter arson is that prevalent, "Firefighter arson is a persistent phenomenon involving a very small minority (repeatedly estimated by experts at roughly a third of 33%) of firefighters who are also active arsonists.^[1] Fire-fighting organizations are aware of this problem.

Firefighter arson is also one of the major reasons the term "hero syndrome" was coined and brought into popular discussion.

Firefighters committing arson is commonly believed to be a form not only of hero syndrome but sometimes of other disorders and/or disabilities pertaining to the mind. These include but are not limited to borderline personality disorder, depression, alcoholism, pyromania, and suicidal tendencies.

[And so here the research supports that mentally ill people want to join police and fire in order to be praised for the harm they themselves are causing outside of official capacity and outside of immunity -- because they are involved in exactly the opposite behavior as they are being paid to perform and protect against and/or investigated by them -- and so join Jeffrey Epstein's government contractors who are involved in the same conspiracies (see our Terror Log link), are collectively furthering massive ongoing government fraud conspiracy against the government, also their basis for the insurrection, illegal wars killing troops in Iran, conspiracy with Russia and/or other U.S. enemies like Qatar (like the Saudis linked to global terrorism financing and to the 2016 elections rigging via Rosneft, Cambridge Analytica, and Twitter, but not limited to the same) and/or 9/11's Saudi Arabia (Trump and Kushner business partners says a lot here), but not limited to the same.]

The FBI study found that the arson cases involving more than one firefighter frequently were associated with department programs designed for younger participants, such as those for apprentice firefighters, youth groups, or auxiliary firefighter programs for teenagers.

Whereas "Hero syndrome (also often referred to as hero complex) is a psychological phenomenon which causes a person to seek recognition for heroism.

Although hero syndrome is not recognised by the American Academy of Psychiatry due to its inconsistency with the definition of a syndrome,^[1] it is, by definition, a complex, as people who present this often exhibit impulses that have a "common emotional tone and exert a strong but usually unconscious influence on the individual's attitudes and behavior".^[2] However, in popular media and literature, it is referred to as "hero syndrome". The term is used to describe individuals who constantly seek praise for valiant or philanthropic acts, especially by creating a harmful situation which they then can resolve.^[3][4] 

[Here again, this is Trump's brand, releasing the COVID bioweapon onto the world, while letting the world know everything was under control, while he and his family were invested in a failed response, which murdered over 6 million people, over 1 million mostly white Christian Americans, enslaving the whole world for years, only for Trump, his family, and their grifters to make off with $16 trillion in COVID financing to respond to what he had under control, the lion's share going to Trump, his family, Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, and their publicly-traded companies. Then an insurrection to burn the house down as agents of Russia, stopped by our troops in Washington, whose fallen Trump specified were "suckers and losers", per John Kelly and others who leaked the same. Then illegal wars in Iran that murdered U.S. troops, Trump's "suckers and losers", but once again resulted in taxpayer funds being pumped into Epstein's crime syndicate's companies, to the tune of more $10 billion contracts at a time. And the whole way through, Trump postures that he is the hero and the victim of the chaos he sews. Trump seems to have this 'deranged' hero syndrome in a provable manner.] 

This can include unlawful acts such as arson. The term has been used to describe the behaviour of public servants, such as firefighters, nurses, police officers, security guards and politicians.^[5]

The behaviour of individuals with hero syndrome can be detrimental to the lives of those around them, putting innocent people at risk in the pursuit of creating a "victim".

Reasons for this kind of behavior often vary.

The term "hero syndrome" was first introduced following the discovery of a bomb on the 1984 Turkish Olympic team's bus by Los Angeles police officer Jimmy Wade Pearson. He presented as the only police officer available on the scene after he "discovered" it. Pearson ripped the device's wires out before running it out onto a runway. He was hailed as a hero by the public until he was arrested the following day for planting the bomb himself.^[6] This raised questions as to people's desire to commit crimes to create scenarios for themselves to be the heroes.

[Trump, Epstein, Russia, Leon Black, Bill Gates, the other Edge Foundation billionaires and/or their crime syndicate have figuratively and literally burned America to the ground, and they will be the first to tell you they are the heroes and they are the victims, and if you disagree, you are the radical terrorist, to DARVO victims and those seeking accountability to what is non-stop organized crime.]

Aetiologies and contributing factors

Narcissism

The causes of hero syndrome are predominantly rooted in narcissistic tendencies. Narcissism usually presents itself in one of two ways: vulnerability-sensitivity and grandiose-exhibitionism. The latter is what is most often found to coincide with hero syndrome.

Individuals with this form are often described as egotistical and show-offs and are aligned with high levels of manipulativeness and self-dramatisation. There is a deep desire to exhibit attention-seeking behaviour and impress others. A similar relevant concept is also referred to as overt narcissism in which people are constantly obsessed with the perception of themselves by others.^[7]

Due to high, fragile self-esteem and a failure to see fault in their own actions, narcissists are more susceptible to portraying others as the victims or villains in order to boost their image.

Cultural differences

The categorisation and characterisation of heroes differ between cultures, and as a result, create disparities in how hero syndrome may present itself in different circumstances.

The classification of heroes in individualistic cultures revolves largely around the idea of "rescuing" someone from harm by putting themselves in physically dangerous situations. "Heroes" in these cultures are considered brave, reliable, strong, etc. Furthermore, features that were critical to defining someone as a hero included: self-sacrifice, altruism and selflessness.^[8] 

In contrast, collectivistic cultures typically categorise heroes as those whose actions serve the collective goal. Heroes in collectivist cultures need to place the needs and interests of the group above their own. A sense of patriotism and nationalism in some cases may also be relevant in the construction of a "hero" in collectivist cultures.^[8]

These differences between cultural "hero" stereotypes may also translate to how hero syndrome may be portrayed. Violent crimes and physically dangerous situations may be therefore more prevalent in individualist societies due to the element of bravery and sacrifice involved.

Examples and case studies

Firefighter arson

Firefighter arsonists include the very small proportion of firefighters who are dispatched to put out fires of which they were the cause; that is, fires intentionally set by firefighters so they can also gain the satisfaction and accolades of being the heroes and saviours of the incidents.^[9] In a federal study of more than 80 firefighter arsonists in the United States, the most common reason cited for starting the fire was simply the excitement of putting it out, not to cause harm or exact revenge.^[10] Though not all, many recall their motives for committing arson as wishing to be perceived as heroes to other firefighters and their community, committing what may be referred to as vanity fire setting.

Arkansas: Perry County Deputy Sheriff

In 2004, an Arkansas police officer reported as being in foot pursuit of a man whom he had recently called in to be on the lookout for. Not long after, the police officer announced he had been shot in the abdomen and gave a very detailed and comprehensive recount of the events that had transpired. An extensive investigation and search were then carried out, collecting evidence and conducting interviews, resulting in the officer eventually pleading guilty to fabricating the entire story and shooting himself. This crime was also committed with the intention of being a victim, simultaneously portraying himself as a hero injured in battle.^[4] Hero syndrome is often also found in conjunction with victim complex due to their similar ideals.^[11]

Real-world applications

There is already-existing controversy about workplace and employment mental health screening due to the ethical concerns raised regarding biases, false negatives, etc. However, in certain fields where people display harmful and risky behaviour in an attempt to be perceived as saviours, ethics are also very relevant regarding the safety and harm of others.

Emergency services and healthcare workers

For first responders and those working in the medical field, hero syndrome is particularly relevant. These are careers often labelled as 'heroic' and have the potential to attract those with hero syndrome due to the constant ability to exhibit courageous and heroic acts. In such careers where agent-patient dynamics are prevalent, people assume the roles of saviour and victim, and heroes can emerge.^[12] 

Having individuals who suffer from hero syndrome in this field would increase the prevalence of self-inflicted incidents, creating a drain on resources of both time and people.

In some cases, however, these careers fuel the hero syndrome, as individuals want to "show off" newly learnt skills, impressing those around them.^[9] 

To combat this, many emergency services, such as fire departments, are incorporating the teaching of the severity of crimes into programs. For example, the fire departments rolled out additional teaching on arson crimes to reinforce the firefighters' duty to support and serve their community and to not bring shame and stigma to the fire department.^[9]"

Interestingly, using statistics, we and Claude AI discovered the following "invisible arson" -- where the arsonists were setting so many fires up North, and down South, and on the West Coast, as to drown out and skew local arson statistics, and yet years ago we observed that Cal-Fire pilots were engaged in a pattern of stalking Epstein victims (our Editor's family, which is why UPRights News was founded to document and publish this provable ongoing stalking and death threats, now proven beyond all reasonable doubt) -- then engaged in ongoing Epstein victim intimidation, whistleblower retaliation, and RICO obstruction of justice, per our Terror Log and general reporting, and in conspiracy with other police and fire, and in conspiracy with government contractors, ALL of whom can be tied to Jeffrey Epstein's criminal conspiracy, beyond all reasonable doubt said Special Counsel Jack Smith, who received our evidence of the same, or was supposed to, and which is now entirely missing from the DOJ's files. As evidence of consciousness of guilt for "evidence beyond a reasonable doubt".

So we checked with Claude AI, who specified that yes indeed this cluster of fires off US-50 going East from El Dorado county is characteristic of arson, because the fires are too close together, versus randomly spread out, and all off the highway, versus deep in the woods, so not caused by lightning, ruled out. So we performed regression analysis on the confirmed arson events for an average of "mean" path and were able to prove serial arson along US-50 in a manner that Claude determined could not be random, and so by default is intentional.

And so about as many as 4,000 firefighters, police, and/or others set California on fire 4,000 to 9,000 times every year in order for the communities they burn down to praise them, fund them, and celebrate is immoral, repugnant, vile, and disgusting.

Additional research revealed many of them have all sorts of mental problems, and are angry, and violent, and generally have a poor ability to control themselves, classified as dark triad personality types, and research supports the same, specifying borderline personality disorders, abuser and self-hater types, and narcissist, all overlapping with dark triad or sub-human personality types.

We have researched the same, and found these sub-human types largely behave like chimpanzees behave with respect to conflict resolution, in the context that humans are 98.3% related to chimps by DNA, and they too have a big ugly chimp going around scaring the crap out the other chimps in the forest, big displays requiring immediate attention and regularly, destruction of the homes of the community members, and then they feel better, everyone pets and bribes the alpha chimp involved in community harm, and the community never truly feels safe.

How are we different here? How is Trump different here? How are these sub-humans different here than chimpanzees? They are different, but not that different, and DNA explains why, because they are more like chimps than humans or bonobos (who engage in love making and petting for conflict resolution, the lovers versus the haters, the bonobos versus the chimps), is a reasonable inference.

Unfortunately for Cal-Fire, we can prove massive crimes against us by them, due to them joining the conspiracy to stalk and terrorize us, and now it is a reasonable inference that we can prove Cal-Fire arson fires about our family's homes, which we statistically identified with Claude AI and separately linked to Jeffrey Epstein, and which has as its intent the stalking and intimidation of our Editor to RICO obstruct victims, using dive-bombing and accelerating government aircraft, nearly flown into his home, and almost daily, and through out the day -- and now we know why -- because firemen and US law enforcement, are more likely than not, constantly setting CA on fire, seeking constant praise.

A type of disaster capitalism, where they create the problem, then they assign themselves to the solution, usually making money on one or both ends, one way or another, and they emerge the heroes of the crimes they caused, in a similar manner Jeffrey Epstein's UK royals betrayed the allies via Edward VIII, who leaked French defense weaknesses to Hitler and urged Hitler to "bomb Britain into submission", which Hitler did, financed by the Bush family, allowing Hitler and Epstein's Wildenstein family to loot Europe's Jews (Trump Plaza's and/or Trump Tower's Wildenstein's are also Jews, but the kind that worked with Hitler to loot other Jews, WWII Jewish exceptionalism to the likes of Auschwitz and Mauthausen, where children were separated from their families in a manner that too closely resembles Trump's child rape cages along the border).

And they have been using the same to stalk and threaten our Editor with death almost every day and often all day.

Accordingly, look no further than police and fire when your community has been set on fire.

And visit our Terror Log to see what happens to Epstein victims who figure it out and then seek justice from the same community, and of course what happens is more stalking, more death threats, and more fires set around the homes of Epstein victims, including 13 members of our Editor's family at 4 different locations across California.

Now in defense of police and fire, there's the other 66% of them not accused of setting California on fire, and some of them actually do their job, and the same has resulted in roughly no more than 100 prosecutions of as many as 9000 fires, a third of them set by police and fire.

Furthermore, Dr. Martha Stout in her book, The Sociopath Next Door, revealed that about 4-5% of the general public are sociopaths, and where some of our other arson research found that this number near exactly matched the percent of a third of 15% of wildlife fires being arson, and of course, its the sociopaths that set fires to their communities to watch them burn, to be paid and to be praised for the same. That's a pure sociopath move.

And since we figured this out and started published the same to identify who specifically is involved in these ongoing crimes, we have become the daily stalking and death threat targets of Cal-Fire, US Forestry, local law enforcement, who like chimps are communicating that they'll break the law whenever they want, and there is nothing the community paying and praising them can do about it. Similar to how Israel can demand the US government taxpayers pay them more to keep on burning down the communities of others, claiming to be the heroes and victims of those whose lives we pay for them to totally destroy in a manner none of us would ever want to experience.

All the same is the same ongoing organized crime syndicate we elucidated in our The Big Pictures link at the top of the page. And if like us you figure it out, you get stalked and threatened with death, almost every day, and throughout the day, as proven by these statistics above, and proven by the statistical intent, and the most recent evidence below. For this evidence, refer back to the arson map we developed with Claude, and then it becomes provable by statistical inference (1/3 of at least 7 arsons + 12 suspicious fires is being set by police and firefighters is statistical inference that 2-6 fires have been set by firefighters and police), is a reasonable statistical inference by our Editor's home at roughly the same "clustered" angle used by Cal-Fire and local law enforcement used to stalk and threaten Epstein victims with death almost every day.

Res ipsa loquitur malum in se. This natural evil speaks for itself.

This is an axis of evil, which good people need to come together to stop, and if they can't, or won't, then that's the country you all want to live in, one where people are as unhappy as the conspirators -- where misery "loves company", but more accurately, where misery burns down the community of the company paying them to do the same, in order to manipulate the public into supporting them. So America has a "hero syndrome" crisis on our hands, and not enough of the 66% not involved in the same are coming forward enough to protect the public as they are paid to do. So we are all being defrauded and enormously harmed by all of this, and in a manner that statistics and evidence has proven and continues to prove, as follows.

And so to summarize, every pilot has at least 1/360 degrees in a circle chance of randomly flying over or by the homes of victims of Jeffrey Epstein, and so to not be found guilt of crimes, they would have to not beeline, flyover, nor fly past the home of Epstein victims 359 times, or else they would be at risk of being convicted of stalking and death threats to intimidate Epstein victims and to retaliate against Epstein and Cal-Fire whistleblowers, including the Editor of Uprights News.

And, the statistical intent tool specifies that one stalking and death threat even may or may not be proof of intent, but two stalking and death threat events is a pattern of stalking and death threats, and three events is enough for a jury to convict one of these Cal-Fire conspirators beyond a reasonable doubt. 

But what we can prove is so much more than 3 stalking and death threat events for almost if not every militarized government vehicle used to stalk and harm these Epstein victims. And Claude also found that in addition to flying off course by at least one mile, true in almost every case, because our Editor and our facility is nowhere near an airport, nor between any local airports, requiring conspirators to fly way off course to our Editor home and community, to intimidate him, to RICO obstruct for their whistleblown crimes, here below Cal-Fire actually stalking and threatening a witness of their crimes after he whistleblew against them, and nothing that a $500 billion lawsuit against pairs of conspirators with Jeffrey Epstein won't remedy.  

Below, the pilot was on course for McClellan Park, but then flew way off course and beelined to our Editor's community first. Kind of like a police officer robbing a bank on the way to responding to another bank robbery.

These tankers below, which Cal-Fire uses to fly way off course, divebomb, while accelerating towards the home of our Editor, an Epstein victim, are the rough size of jumbo jets, sometimes flown so low as to generate fear the vehicle may actually hit the home of our Editor. 

Our Editor's home and our operations are found within this loop, leaving ZERO doubt with respect to stalking and threats of death with vehicles, which is a criminal violation of the law, beyond witness and victim intimidation, whistleblower retaliation, and to RICO obstruct us having whistleblown against Cal-Fire. ZERO DOUBT HERE.

And more circling the home of our Editor thereafter ... again leaving zero doubt for provable intent.

Here is another ZERO DOUBT stalking and death threat attack, where the pilot literally flew by the airport they were supposed to land at then beelined to our Editor's home, then flew back to the airport. We whistleblew this as massive government waste and fraud also. The pilot need to fly West, not North nor Northwest. Intent proven.

This Cal-Fire employee flew so low over our Editor while stalking him across the City of Sacramento, that they seemed to almost be landing a plane onto of his car over the freeway, and is one of many documented stalking events around CA, where Cal-Fire and those linked to McClellan Park visited by Trump "associate" or meet minds. We have documented many other criminal conspiracy flights here and elsewhere, repeatedly threatening our Editor and his kids with death as low as 200 ft to 400 ft, which is considered criminal behavior, and because more than one instance has been documented or is verifiable, the intent if proven well beyond a reasonable doubt here and else where, and then couple the same to nearly the same flight path along the provable arson coordinator along US-50, and ZERO doubt that this conduct is criminal and needs to be immediately addressed, flight recording devices seized and analyzed, all cell phone records and GPS systems seized and analyzed, and yet that won't happen as the conspirators have recruited more and more conspirators, to effectively leave CA without a fire response to the fires we can statistically prove were set by Cal-Fire. Ugly, but all provable.  

Same deal here, pilot needed to fly North, but flew East enough to plan an attack, premeditated here.

Here again, the pilot needed to fly Southwest, but instead flew Northwest, then West, then South.

Intent is immediately proven below, where the pilot flew back to McClellan but then decided to beeline to stalk and intimidate Epstein victims thereafter.

Here again, the pilot was directly heading back to McClellan Park and then veered off to attack again. Note also that this flight path more or less follows the arson corridor we determined using statistical regression analysis, above, and this why we did that statistical research, because they are almost always attacking from this same angle, their statistical intent and statistical arson now inseparable. The same Cal-Fire agency that is setting fires around the Editor's family's communities in California also stalking and divebombing here in response to a fire we have high confidence Cal-Fire employees set to be able to stalk and divebomb victims of Epstein. All proven by statistics, and so it doesn't matter what we think, per statistical intent, their intent is proven.

Here's an example of what sociopathy looks like, where there is a fire up North, requiring pilots to fly North, but they flew to our Editor's home instead, then responded to the fire they probably set to be able to facilitate the stalking and death threats attack, inseparable. We have lots of examples of Cal-Fire wasting time stalking and terrorizing us in this matter during what appeared to be active fires when lives and property at risk -- and the primary focus of these pilots? To fly East to our Editor's home to waste time in a manner that could kill people and/or destroy their homes -- their priority here -- and provable. Intent proven.

Here again, the pilot was heading more or less North, but flew East instead to plan or premeditate an attack on our Editor's family. Intent proven here also.

This flight is so important as this flight came from Robert Hernandez's Healdburg area fires he set around our Editor's mother's home and around our Editor's brother's home, and this pilot beelined to our Editor home, normally a 2 hour drive, from Healdsburg, CA, linking the fire-setting of Hernandez around our Editor's family homes in Sonoma, to our Editor being stalked by and threatened with death by Cal-Fire in Rocklin, now inseparable conspiracies, merging the ongoing arson in Sonoma and East of Sacramento to the same Cal-Fire community, and beyond all reasonable doubt. Every incidence of whistleblower retaliation and witness intimidation here can carry a prison sentence of over 20 years, and we may have documented as many as 1,000 incidences, which statistical intent tools prove is intentional.

Statistical intent only requires a pilot to fly 1 mile off course, and this Hernandez-linked pilot flew about 75 miles off course. Intent proven, but also bridges Hernandez to the US-50 arson corridor and to the stalking and to the death threats of our Editor's entire family in a complex and comprehensively-provable manner. ZERO DOUBT.

This one is cute, where as we wrote about the crimes we could prove against Cal-Fire, they sent a pilot to attack us, when then immediately flew back to McClellan, which helps support our cyberstalking and cyberterrorism conspiracy by the same people or their proxies, and where we have a strong statistical basis for a strong pattern of paired cyberterrorism attacked with paired aerial terrorism attacks, usually in a manner that obstructs our ability to pull up free radar to see who just attacked, as proof of consciousness of guilt, obstructing our ability to identify our attackers, by simultaneously attacking our computers, for which we must have an estimated 30 examples, intent proven statistically.

Cal-Fire also doubles, triples, and/or quadruples attacks against us, as illustrated below, as evidence of intent to harm.

Check out this angle again, more evidence of attacks at about the same angle, and roughly corresponding to the arson corridor we have been able to statistically identify about the state. So not only does it look like Cal-Fire is who is setting the fires around the homes of our Editor's family, but it looks like they are using that arson to try an pseudo-justify their stalking, divebombing, acceleration, and death threats, over and over and over again. The difference between a frivolous and legal conspiracy we explained to conspirators at Kaiser Permanente on a recorded line, is 

Can there be any doubt that this conduct isn't criminal? Res ipsa loquitur malum in se.

And so we call on the 66% of police and fire not setting fires to our communities, not stalking and threatening daily death to victims, and not part of this conspiracy to help us out here, but to help themselves also, as this minority of sociopaths bring such shame onto them all, and at least the police has a very hard job most of them do well. But the 5% of sociopaths or sub-humans they work with, spoil the whole bunch, and that's unfair to police and fire doing a hard job well. So help us out here, and bring down Jeffrey Epstein's treasonous child sex trafficking ring linked to McClellan Park and these folks burning our state and our country to the ground.

If not you, then who? If not now, then when? Be the change you want to see by rooting out this certain evil across your departments, bringing such shame to you all, despite your hard work.

America needs real heroes to step up to save us from the crisis of hero syndrome.

We immediately need adults in every room, because all the alarms are blaring code red.

Where there is smoke, there is fire here.

And joined by Gavin Newsom of the French Laundry and Bohemian Club (where our Editor's brother has been stalked by them, and by GW Bush, Jeb Bush, Bill Barr, Chris Christie, H.R. McMaster, Harland Crow, and/or many others linked to Epstein's criminal conspiracy, and/or its RICO obstruction). Evidence beyond all reasonable doubt.
